CubeSmart has great customer service. The facility was nice, clean and very cool from the climate control system. The unit I occupied was a nice size but just not big enough for all my things. I had to potentially rent a second unit to get all my things in. That was a no for me. The price was a bit steep for that. So I had to put the things that could not fit into a friends garage. The only reason I couldnt give it a 5 star was due to the place being limited on the max unit size the offer and the price being a little pricey.

It was super easy and hassle free.

Cube Smart is always nice and clean very convenient from my home.

I had reserved a cube on December 24 to move into on December 26. Got an email stating that my cube was ready and the lock would be inside the unit. We get there around 6 PM with the UHaul and there was a padlock on our unit. We had to call customer care twice and finally got a call from an area manager who finally called an assistant manager. After waiting for 2 hours, she finally showed up and took off the lock. Not even an apology. We still had a 250 mile drive and had to deal with this. The kicker was that the area manager acted like it was my fault for reserving a unit around Christmas.

My things were always secure, and staff was friendly. Climate controlled storage was cheaper than most places around Ocean Springs. Main reason I moved out was because in 2019 I was only paying $55 a month. In January 2020, I had to start paying $76 monthly. Still a better deal than most storage units closer to me. But, I was able to make extra space at home, and was no longer in need of using a self storage unit. Overall, I would recommend.

The young woman at the Biloxi office i think her name is Charity (i am sorry i csnt remember). She was always helpful and cheerful. Grest employee!

Its a little pricey but its indoors climate control no bugs in and out

Jeremy was amazing in assisting me with my Uhaul reservation and fixing any problems I had. Would recommend him and this facility to anyone looking to rent a Uhaul/storage unit!

The gentleman behind the desk was helpful, courteous and professional in the extreme. He walked us thru the facility, showed us the storage bin and even pointed out the different entrances we could use. He had also arranged for a bin closer to the front for our convenience.

The bald guy (didnt catch his name) that works there needs to learn some communication skills. It was like talking to a bot. He wouldnt answer my questions with anything other than prices and compliments on the units. After I told him 3 times he hadnt answered the question I asked, he waved me off and walked away. Very rude. Its okay; Extra Space Storage wasnt far up the road and they are taking really good care of me.

Unit is not climate controlled. I had abunch of spices and wood furniture in the unit for 6 months and the spices all have water in them now and the wood is warped.

Friendly knowledgeable people and clean. Climate control so that your possession are kept properly. Nice spaces. They can also rent you a truck if you need to move a large amount at one time.

No complaints. It was easy-to-use with little hassle.

Climate control, thats all I have to say and if you keep it up Ill rethink the rating above.

The young lady behind the counter is great. The facility is in the old Walmart building on Pass Rd and Popps Ferry. It is a large facility and my unit is more than halfway to the back. Luckily they have little handcarts you can use to tote your stuff. I was a little miffed that the restroom was locked at 8 when I was there unloading a truck after slurping down a large McDonalds root beer but other than that all was smooth sailing.I originally elected to go with this place over others because of the price. They were about $50 s month cheaper than others i looked into.And if you like my review, tell them I referred you do I can get half off my unit for a month ;)

I went in last week to inquire about getting a storage unit but after the experience I took my business elsewhere. Jeremy walked right past me to another person who already had a locker who walked in after I did. He locked eyes with me as I walked in so he knew I was there first. When I told him I had to be back at work in 20 he just ignored me again so I left. I guess they have so many people paying for booths they dont care about new customers but that was just plain rude.
