THEY DIDNT HAVE THE DOOR HANDLE I NEEDED BUT THEY RESEARCHED IT FOR ME AND GAVE ME THE PART NUMBER AND THE WEBSITE TO ORDER IT FROM. THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL AND COURTEOUS.

Southeastern just got finished with my install and it turned out great. After our sales guy left for another opportunity, Jennifer, the operations manager personally took on our account and kept us informed on the window and door delivery schedule to the absolute best of her ability. There were supply chain issues with the window manufacturer that we chose (PGT) but it was out of Southeasterns control. Couldnt be happier with them as a company, always professional and courteous and so was the install team. Would recommend them for sure!

A few years back when we decided to replace our windows and doors in the house, our choice was Southeastern Door.This is a decision we have never regretted.The front door handle had broken and needed repairs. Upon contacting Southeastern Door for help, they gave us the same respect and support for repairing the door handle as replacing the windows and doors all those years ago.This was impressive! Kip worked quickly and efficiently in diagnosing the issue and had it fixed in record time.The same professionalism was demonstrated on the smaller job as the more costly job. It is Southeastern Door after all, so we should not have been surprised.

Southeastern Door & window gave me an expected delivery date after I placed orderI paid half of invoice then. Then they called a couple of days before delivery to remind me they were coming and time.They arrived on time, introduced themselvesAnd started working. They were very professional, put down blankets to contain any miscelaneous debris inside window.The new window. Is fantastic! Not only does it look great, but is sturdy and matched the rest of windows. When they finished they leaned up inside and outside.. Then thanked me for the business and offered to help with any other needs . I paid balance of invoice. Now we are completely happy customers!

Quality of the windows are superior. we can see and feel the difference. Noise reduction is good. The installers were very profesional and on time. They introduced them self. They make sure everything was clean after the installation of each window. I would recommend this company.

The whole experience was wonderful! The sales staff, the guy that measured, the guys that installed, all were so kind and so professional. The day of install, he wasn’t 100% sure about the way the plantation shutters should go due to the size of my windows. He called Sheri (sp?) and she made a special trip to my house to make sure he knew how she intended the install to go. I ABSOLUTELY love the shutters and my new kitchen window! I wish I had the $ to do several other things! I would like to mention Jennifer too, she made personal calls regarding COVID issues and made sure my appt didn’t get pushed back one minute longer than necessary. I appreciate everyone involved with the process and I LOVE the products!

Reading the other reviews kind of confirms what i was afraid of - If its a big job they are great, but if its a smaller job, they dont care. We had our front doors replaced well over a year ago. Just beautiful, but within a couple of months, the sealant started to bubble and flake off. Called them and reported it. Sent pictures, etc. Finally someone came out and agreed they needed to go back to the factory. It was almost 4 months before they came out and replaced them. The stain didnt exactly match the original frame, but we were willing to live with that. Less than two months later, the same thing happened again. My doors get no direct sun or rain. We have a twelve foot porch so they are shaded at all times. Its been over 6 months this time, and they were supposed to replace them today. My husband took the day off, and they came out and measured, but never came back. Now they say it wont be this week probably. This is crazy. We paid $5000+ for beautiful double doors that have not been beautiful for 10 of the 14 months weve had them. We thought we were going to the best. Apparently we were wrong.

I originally had a glass in a window repaired in 2017. Since the initial service, I’ve had window treatments made and installed. I’ll continue to use their services!

Wooden doors look awesome when they are installed on day1, they are terrible after that. Dont every buy one unless it completely protected by shade. I loved ours, but they are just not practical if your door gets any sun.

Not sure who Jennifer is but she needs to go ASAP. Funny I had to hear from my contractor how they run their business at Southeastern. But its a joke. Great products horrible company.

Called to get an estimate on door purchase and installation. Was told by Robert that he would email me some information and have someone call me to set up a time they could come to my house and assess the project. I never received an email, which is fine. No big deal. The next day someone called to schedule the estimate appt. I explained that my husband and I work 8-5 jobs and could have someone come by after 5 any day of the week or anytime on weekend. Apparently, their installers wont work after 3 and they dont work on weekends. So if youre a normal working citizen, dont use this company unless you plan on losing money at work to spend money with their company. Thats crazy business if you ask me. I will gladly take my business elsewhere!

Terrible service in my experience. Have a window in the front of my house that has been broken for over a year. Someone came out and measured and ordered the window. I have called multiple times and left messages with no return call. A year with a broken window is just a little too long for me. I have been patient.
