Very nice JCPenney right when I needed one it was there, clean and had what we needed. Im glad this one is available and around our hotel. Very nice people too which is also nice.

The woman who works the jewelry counter with the strong accent was truly an angel. Super helpful with helping me pick something really nice for my grandmothers birthday and my grandmother loved it.

I love this store, it’s one of my favorite stores in the mall. They have a good selection on suits and dress shirts. I would highly recommend shopping here. JCPenney is clean, well stocked, friendly employees, nice store and great prices.

Edgewater mall just the basic jcpennys. With the exception of the manager Norma who goes above and beyond for her customers. Norms without you we could of never gotten that airfryer to my son in California. Thank you so much you are a god send in this day and age.

Majority of most places have their fitting rooms open but JCP does not. Which sucks because how are you going to know if your jeans, dress, or shirt fits or if you like any of them on? Other than that I love shopping at JCP.

I went to the salon and absolutely wasted my time and money.. I thought I would save myself a trip to DIberville... NEVER EVER EVER AGAIN..I cant even call this a freaking hair cut, and I am trying to be presentable for a celebration of life service for my sister tomorrow afternoon..I have never been so upset and utterly disgusted with a cut in my life.. I could literally just cry.

We parked by the food court to eat before shopping and Came in through the mall entrance about a hour before closing, when we got finished looking around and proceeded to check out there was 1 couple ahead of me, the wife and my 2 year old and teenage daughter, the cashier, a lady with blue hair I think it was was helping the couple and had just walked off in the middle of helping these people and proceeded to close the doors to the mall entrance. Well after she done so , she disappeared, another associate came up and was in question as to where the cashier went , she proceeded to finish the job the blue hair lady did not finish. Well after we paid for our items we asked if they would open the doors to let’s us out the mall entrance. The cashier that helped us with check out came and tried to open the door but could not and had asked a lady in jewelry about how to open them and the lady in jewelry told us that they would get fined if they opened the doors after close , and that we had to exit the building on the far side of the building , well we walked to the other side and it had started Storming really bad and we had to walk almost a quarter of the way around the building in the rain with my 2 year old because our car was parked by the food court and they would not just open the doors to let customers out. I will not be spending another penny in jcpenny. They claim to care about our health but closing up seems to be more important than our health.

I understand COVID-19 restrictions, but Changing Rooms need to be open. I have a very hard time finding close in my size being 64 and thay had exactly what I needed. Thankfully, the clothes fit and dont have to make another 30 minute trip back.

They seem to have low stock in many places. Ultimately I was looking for some Capri stretch and didnt find them so online I go.

Over this place. My boyfriend purchased a ring from here and brought it in to be serviced. Then of course, the pandemic happened and everything closed, including the site they send jewelry to be prepared. Understandable, things couldnt be repaired. When they reopened, we went in to check on the status. They explained what i stated earlier and told us to check back in two weeks. Yesterday they left a voicemail stating the ring doesnt match the protection plan he purchased!! Id rather cut my losses, get a refund and purchase a ring elsewhere.

On tonight, 14 December 2019, JC Penny has a 40 - 60% sale. And if you use your Penny card, an extra 25% off for total cost over $100. A great sale on jewelry!

The back door of Penny’s by the parking garage is permanently closed. Apparently people were entering the door and grabbing large amounts of clothing and items and running out of the store! Employees cannot be the police, so we suffer for the few! You’re going to have to enter from the mall or the back side. Penn’s has a great hair salon with great staff but they don’t advertise the service and since they are hidden in the back corner of the store you may not know they are there!!

J.C. Penney is a long lived department store. Prices are okay but beatable with research. Customer service is good. They generally have a large selection. They to me feel very outdated and seem to be like sears living on a old name and reputation rather than looking for ways to lower prices and appeal to more customers including the next generation. I would humbly suggest they look at finding some brands they could stand to drop and bringing in more brands younger people are interested in so as to stave off becoming like sears.

Store was clean. Employees very nice. Great clearance sale was going on. Great deals in mens department. Cashier was very helpful. Easy to find products with wide variety available. There store brands are good quality. Will shop again soon.

I had an appointment there yesterday at 11. I arrived 10 minutes early. There were two people ahead of me so I left. Also, there were only two people working in this massive salon.... in a mall.... where thousands come to shop daily. Not good business.

If you are a big guy its note easy to find pants that fit correctly. Other than its a good department store.

Alan and Mel in the jewelry department are amazing!! They both showed me numerous pieces before I made my selection. Alan even took a photo for me with my husband. Plus he knew about my Crucian hook bracelet!! Very knowledgeable staff and great customer service!! Thanks to you both!!

I use to shop here regularly and owned many of their clothes. But, I stopped after a purchase in the jewelry department. I purchased a 28 inch gold chain. After it broke 5 times within 3 months, it was no longer 28 inches.I asked for my money back because their chains were priced by length. At first they refused but I insisted. I got it back through the store manager.They retaliated by dropping my credit limit. I said thank you and I am working diligently to pay them off. Im done with them.

The customer service I received yesterday was beyond horrible. Ive been a loyal JCPenney customer for over 20 years but will not be stepping foot into the store again. Upper management may want to look into further training for their associates along with personal grooming standards. It was apparent none of the associates I dealt with yesterday cared whether my issue was resolved or not. I will be taking my business to stores that actually understand that customer satisfaction is a primary factor in running a successful business.

Absolutely humongous store with so many items to choose from. The only downfall is its like hunting for gold to find associates to help you and 1 out of 10 checkouts are open.

I found some good deals on the two things I bought. However, thats where the good stuff ended. They only had two check out stations open, and the lines were long. The cashier I had apologized about the wait, but I explained that it wasnt her fault. The blame lies squarely on the shoulders of the bean counters who determined they could save money by reducing staff, and through association, cashier stations. What good does this do if customers get frustrated with the wait and leaves without purchasing anything??

I love the Jcpenny retail stores but the salon has fallen off! My daughter had her hair done yesterday and by the time we got home her hair had fallen and we went back today and see if they could do anything and the stylist was like no it’s because of the humidity and anywhere else if your not satisfied they would try something for $80 and the fact it’s Xtra because she is a master cosmetologist is unreal. For that reason I won’t be back.

Its a very nice store. Its very clean. Theres real nice merchandise. Friend employees.Though I think the prices are a bit high but Name Brands and variety of merchandise.

The store was a little cluttered but it looked to be they had a sale over the weekend and it had just ended so they were moving stuff around. I was able to get a skirt on clearance for $11 that was originally close to 70. There was many good sales and the sales associate that helped me was awesome I did not catch her name but she help me find my size in the skirt and then she help me find a coupon 2 get a discount even farther she was awesome

I used to like to shop in Jcpenney for the deals but its been a long time since Ive been in and things have changed starting with the price and it was so hot in there I couldnt stand it but they didnt have what I was looking for anyways. Im not going to say they were bad but Ive noticed a lot of stores have changed, big store but cant find anyone to help. I guess they only have enough people to just keep the place open but why not have enough cashiers and floor workers. I understand but I dont like it as a consumer. I would most likely shop here again but with caution, let me mention that this was also Easter weekend, which shouldnt matter because your service should be consistent, but just wanted to say that. Now I have purchased from here in the last year. I was in search for a winter coat and had looked in so many stores, but I did end up finding one here, they didnt have my size in store but they did order it for me and I was pleased with that transaction the coat actually came before they said it would and it was a great coat. I will have it for a long time. They are in a great place, the mall because if they were a stand alone store I dont think they would still be in business, just my opinion.

Not impressed at all. Staff wasnt friendly. I waited in the line up under the sign NEXT CUSTOMER and 2 people just walked up and were served. I placed my item I WAS going to purchase on the counter and left. If you have a system you should follow it. Wont be back.

An English speaking employee told my family we shouldnt buy a King size mattress set. She stated that the process would take 3 weeks or more before we could get the order and that the delivery was terrible, they would bring us the wrong mattress set. She advised us to not spend $1,200.00 because they have to make them in order and they also have poor quality in mattress material. I have great past experiences with jcpenney and think that employee need to be re-trained. It is our thinking that she had no idea what she was doing, she helped us not buy. Thanks for the opportunity to express the poor customer service from that employee.

Did some back to school shopping in girls juniors. They had a good sale on pants (buy one get one). It was crazy busy due to the last weekend before school starts. The staff was a little stressed

First time Ive ever had my hair cut at JCP hair salon in Biloxi. It was a great experience! I just happened to get Erica as my stylist and she did a great job. I gave her a few vague instructions of what I wanted to happen with my incredibly long hair and she totally nailed it!I was in and out in 30 minutes with a beautiful cut for $30. If you go, make sure to ask for her!
