Perfectly placed by the elevators on the casino floor inside of the Hard Rock. TONS of options for ice cream and toppings. The employees were super sweet with positive attitudes. You can definitely see the smile through the mask on the kid who made the BANANA SPLIT OF MY DREAMS. Worth every penny.

Of course the chocolate shakes are the best! The servers are very enthusiastic.

To our surprise the ice cream was so good and cheap. The toffee ice cream, triple caramel chunk, and cannoli was so yummy!! The service was fine. It is located inside the Hard Rock on the main second floor up the escalators. I do recolonization getting a chocolate dipped waffle cone. Yummmny! Overall, this ice cream joint was so yummy and refreshing! 🍨 🧊

Not the place to go for a milkshake. Well, at least the one I had there. $7.50 glass of milk. Thin!!! Ordered with NO Whip Cream. Tada, whip cream magically appeared on top.Very disappointing visit to B&Js. Train your staff better.

Melted ice cream. Smoke smell for days, looks like that ice cream has been there since 1775. No thank you.

We were going to do Ben & Jerrys in the Hard rock casino and to our surprise as we were walking up the young man working there shoved a spoonful of ice cream in his mouth. He did not know we seen him. I was totally turned off. There is a virus out here and as we are all being careful this type of behavior should not happen!

The ice cream store in Hard Rocks Biloxi Casino is good. It has most of flavors you can choose. I always get one ice cream cone when I play at this casino.

Love Ben and Jerry’s 🍦 They have a ton of options and it’s all delicious. My only negative about this shop is the location inside hard rock. It’s a hassle to park and get inside. I got a chocolate dipped cone with coffee and chocolate fudge brownie!!😍 It’s also expensive, but totally worth it in my opinion.

Quick service, attentive staff. No one using a cell phone which is always a bonus.

Unprofessional, rude kids working the counter. Visited on 2/22 around 7pm and waited around while both females working were in the back, nowhere to be seen. When they finally acknowledge that there’s customers, I’m met with terrible customer service. I asked why the ice cream looked melted and one of them replied “cuz it is” and starts laughing.I just walked away and didn’t even order anything.
