Asked for recommendations on two dog beds, one for a corgi, the other a husky. Received feedback with a couple options. Ordered and received within a three day period. Both dogs in their respective beds within 10 minutes of opening. Great customer service & products. Highly recommend!!

More than the product itself, it was the honest and heartfelt support that I got from the owners of this company that has changed my mind.A little while back, I searched for a Product on their website and accidentally ordered the wrong product. This was my error. Before I proceed, I must tell you that I received a heartfelt hand written thank you note, thanking me for supporting their small business. I have saved this and showed it to others as in this day and age, I believe that means something.Back to my story; I contacted the company and ask them how I should proceed as I am handicapped and going to the post office to return it is actually quite a to do for me. In the end, the company contacted me and told me to keep the previous product and they would send out the correct product for me, which they did. Leader Pet Supply is a LEGIT and very nice and honest place for shopping for pet needs!I found that the website for ordering was a little bit confusing at first...initially, I didnt sign-up up to the website to place my order, and that was more than half the problem. Still not a member, I put an order through and it seemed to go through only I did not get a confirming email of my order, and I was nervous to put through another order without first confirming whether or not my first order went though.I noticed that on the website it said 24 hour service on a phone call. So I called, it was Sunday night and really didnt think someone would be manning the phones. I got an answering machine and left a message. ABOUT 10 MINUTES LATER....I got a return call from Leader; it was the owner! Boy was I surprised!To make an already long story short...he was so nice and polite and looked up my order and assured me that my efforts to place my order did NOT go through. I was assured. Also by this time had figured out, and confirmed that I needed to first sign up as a member BEFORE placing ANY order. So I went back, signed up and placed my order.....4 or 5 days later my order arrived!I was so pleased with this company then and now.I also got a complimentary email thanking mgs for my trust in their company to place an order with them.
