Great selection owner was nice customer service was alright...

I visited this store for the first time on new years day. I was treated very well, the girls were extremely helpful even through my many questions. The sales that day were exceptional and I left feeling like I had just struck a jackpot.The selection of wigs, hairpieces, aids, slippers, and so much more were astonishing. Im definitely going back for more items and probably some slippersGive the ladies here a chance to win your business, you wont be disappointed!

That place should be condemned. Its not safe for employees. Creosote is leaking from the ceiling. Plastic drop clothes covered half of the store. They seriously need to relocate. They have a lot of different items, but Dont spend more than 20 minutes, because your nose will be burning when you leave.

Great service. They was out of what I needed. The cashier asked for my phone # and said she would called when they came in an she did.

Surprised they had a stylist in the shop and good supply of products..might have to start shopping here more often

It was my first time visiting this hair supply store, and I was not too impressed, the store is still in stocking fixing up mode. It doesnt have a large selection of hair, hair accessories, etc. But the little young lady behind the counter was very helpful and polite. Sad to say, Still have a long way to go.

The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. The prices were fair and consistent with market values. I like the variety of the store also!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING ANYTHING FROM HERE , ESPECIALLY JEWELERY. YOU WILL DEFINITELY GET AN INFECTION!!!!!!!! I BOUGHT 2 PACKAGE CONDITIONERS AND IT COST ME $5. I FOUND THE SAME CONDITIONERS FOR $2 AT WALMART. THEY CHARGE EXTREMELY HIGH PRICES FOR STUFF THATS SUPPOSED TO BE REALLY CHEAP. I ALSO BOUGHT A NOSE RING AND THE FIRST DAY WEARING IT MY NOSE GOT INFECTED. THANK GOD I TOOK IT OUT WHEN I DID. THE RING WAS RUSTED WITHIN A DAY!!!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND. EXTREME RIP OFF. WORKERS ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, SCHOOL KIDS WITH NO RESPECT. PLAYING UNPROFESSIONAL MUSIC AND CURSING WHILE WORKING!!!!!

They always have everything me and my wife needs their very interactive with their nest very friendly and helpful and the management I love it

Really need to fix up building and their aisles. Hair is not organized. Packages still in boxes all over the place. Employees dont greet you entering the store and always look at you like they have a problem, roof was leaking water and the water was spilling into a box full of their products and NO one did anything about it. Overall the employees and building need a makeover

Got followed and harrassed by a male worker for a $1 wig cap when I spend $100s at this establishment monthly. I wont be back.They changed owners and are not affiliated with the one in gulfport. This explains why the customer service has gone down...
