Called and someone answered with a slight stoned sounding voice with a one liner of Biloxi lol.. asked about bushings for props we dont mess with that and we dont sell props okay.

Still way too expensive! Fair supply of available boating parts...if you really want to waste money. If youre not in a rush, find what you need online, in other marine stores, etc. West Marine is a shop of last resort.

West Marine lost all of my business and my brothers companies business! Found what I needed and looked around for about an hour. They were great right up to the point of checking out.... They dont take cash, U.S. currency! Apparently my money isnt good enough for West Marine... Go to Kens Marine. Better price better people better selection! Dont even mention being trans or gay, they will run you out if you are.....

So, after my husband being given the run around on our order for almost a month, I called to see why we had not been refunded. After being on hold for 18 minutes for research, the customer service agent on the 800 line informed me that we needed to call Bill at the local store because the system deleted the card information to refund the order to. When I questioned why no one could figure that out on the 28th and the 1st when we spoke with them, he said they assumed that it would just be refunded. I called Bill at the local store and we had to give him the card information over the phone to get a refund for an order we placed on the 14th of August, and cancelled on the 28th (only because they could give us NO ESTIMATED TIME we would receive our order). He said Well send a receipt to the email on file and our refunds are usually very quick. I informed him weve yet to receive any email from them that wasnt sales or promotion (because weve been waiting on the order cancellation email since the 28th) and that obviously the refund isnt that quick if weve been battling it and given the run around since the 28th. To which he basically said Sorry youre so disappointed in the store. No real care or concerns, and that was that. I will be continuing to monitor our account to see if anything is actually refunded.

Biloxi West Marine is always the place to go when you need quality marine products.I just stop by now and then to check out the clothes and other items in stock. I nice shopping stop for beach supplies and marine products.

I own a fishing/ pleasure boat and race many types of sailboats, so I spend a lot of time (and money) at West Marine. I cant recall a bad visit to ANY of their stores. The prices are a little high, but, their convenient locations are worth it.

They are running out of stuff on the shelves. Wth.

Above and beyond the call of duty, Hunter and Brad at the Biloxi store started pulling my order before I arrived (and I was running late, near closing time) and they stuck around so I could get everything needed to finish this job so the boat would be ready for the holiday. Going offshore next day and manager would not get the Garmin I needed out of the shipment that came in He said it would take too long to find it. Had to drive over an hour one way to buy one elsewhere.

Inexplicably expensive? I drove to the West Marine retail store in Biloxi, MS to buy a 1/2 Drain Plug and a Kill Switch lanyard for my boat. At the West Marine retail store and on the West Marine website: the 1/2 Garboard Drain Plug is $29.99 and the Kill Switch lanyard is $24.99. This seemed over-the-top expensive for a plastic kill switch and small brass drain plug so I decided to go online and look elsewhere. I found the exact same drain plug online for $6.09 (free shipping) and the kill switch for $6.10 (free shipping). I did not ask why there appeared to be a more than 300% mark-up but cannot imagine why on earth they would charge that much money?

Did not have brass screws that fit an impeller pump. How can that be? Half the time they dont have the parts and if they do its 3 times more than other marine stores.

They dont honor there price match guarantee if the item code is not exactly the same, even though the product is identical. Bad business ethics. Biloxi West Marine is horrible to deal with. I waited about 30 minutes before I was even assisted. After leaving, I ordered everything online from Amazon for 1/3 of there in store price.
