Ive tried other places but they are the best and fair pricing.

My husband and I really needed a front end alignment on our Honda accord. I called Pep boys around 420pm and they said if we could get there in about 30min they could do it and they close at 6pm. My hubby got there in time and we were able to get the wheel alignment done. It was a pleasure doing business with them!

I had some air-intake issues on a 90s Honda, and a rusted out connecting pipe; although the parts weren’t the easiest to come by, I received exceptional service. Cooper and Susan provided me with excellent customer service and kept me informed the entirety of the process and Jason who worked on the car did an outstanding job. I’ve taken my wife’s Jeep Wrangler 2011 there as well and received just as great service for that vehicle. They know their trade and value, and the end result shows. Will be using their service for the foreseeable future.

The overall service is really good.I was greeted with a smile, the moment I walked in the door. John was polite with a positive attitude. I had called before arrival.My reason of not giving a five star review. I had to wait over one hour for my vehicle was taken in. I went just for an alignment.Once they took the vehicle to work on, it wasnt much over 30 mins... And my keys were in my hands.They didnt try to sell me anything I didnt need. Exceptionally clean facility.Next time, please dont make me wait so long when there was only one other customer in the waiting area.

Do not bother making an appointment, it either doesnt work or something.. I made my appointment for late morning and got there ten minutes early, and spent FOUR FREAKING HOURS there.. apparently no one could bother to let me know that my appointment in THEIR system said 1:45 in the afternoon and I still didnt get out until after 3:00 either way. I am not even sure if I got an accurate analysis on my car with the way this all went.**I WILL NOT BE A RETURN CUSTOMER**

My experience with Pep Boys from the very beginning was not so great.I originally scheduled a complete tire change and was told “shouldn’t take long” , therefore me and my husband decided to just wait and walk around the mall. A few hours had passed, hadn’t heard anything. I called them. They had not even touched my car. They then stated give us another hour. We walked back over and decided to wait in the lobby area. I will say they where very busy and polite but unfortunately we spent our entire day with Pep Boys and we had a scheduled appointment. When we left I thought my car looked a bit different. Long story short they put the wrong size tires on my car!! They were waaaay to small. They again where very polite and apologetic and did correct the issue free of charge, as they should. Because of the politeness of the staff I again scheduled a simple oil change for my car for after work on 06/15/2021 @ 5pm. I got Pep Boys around 440-445 and was told there was no way, someone ahead of me came in for an oil change and it turned into brakes and some other stuff. Then another woman employee says “we wouldn’t have scheduled an oil change for that time anyways”. The gentlemen says “ the internet lets them do it”. The way they spoke was unprofessional and they clearly do not honor appointment customers. I had appointments both times and it just did not matter.

The technicians were super friendly and very helpful. They were happy to answer all 1,000 of my questions. 😂

Great value, super nice and very professional. But.....SUPER SLOW! I had an appointment, and it still took over three hours to replace the tires and do the alignment. Should have been a sit and wait job, but I wish I had just dropped it off. One dude worked on my truck and he was slow as molasses and not very focused (kept stopping to do other things). Doubt Ill be back.

Truly disappointed with my 1st and last visit to Pep Boys in Biloxi, MS. I ordered Continental tires there and the price was favorable, but the service was horrible. I can overlook the issue that someone forgot to call me when the tires came in, but the 3 and a half hour wait to have 2 tires installed isnt acceptable. i was informed of less than an hour install time when I made the 8am appointment too! It was such a waste of time for so little money saved!

Cannot recommend them enough! Very nice, professional crew. Woke up to a flat a couple months ago, and since they are REALLY close to my house, I managed to make it over there. They discovered that my valve stem was broken. Got it repaired, filled my tire and the spare and had me on the road again in no time with no charge! I was so impressed, that I made sure to return for my next oil change and odd ticking noise in my engine. They took care of my oil, and replaced an alternator belt that was worn out, and was very reasonably priced. I love they that are so close to my home and will definitely be using them for all future auto needs.

Pep boys replaced battery under warranty, small fee for installation. Courtesy inspection revealed brake light out and very dirty air filter both of which they fixed for reasonable fee. Couple other items pointed out which they dont repair but mechanic did point it out to me. Thanks .Front counter personnel and mechanic very polite and professional. Nice clean facility.

Friendly but expensive went in for 2 front new tires @ $198 or so , and a uber 20 point vehicle inspection, walked out over $450 due to uber inspection, had to replace back breaks,, expensive But pass unber inspection and driving safe and my uber riders will ride safe, Thank you Pep Boys, Biloxi Ms.

Stopped by to have my battery checked. They showed me the 1st test, sounded like it could be the alternator $$$$, after letting it run, determined it WAS the battery not getting a good charge. My second time here...Id recommend them !!!

I had taken my vehicle in for an oil change and had a bad tire vibration issue. Lucky for me they had a great sale on cooper tires. They had them in stock on a Saturday. I was stuck at work and not able to get my vehicle before they closed. Between management and a service tech they brought my vehicle to me.....🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩

Was told that i needed a new battery when it was the serpentine belt that needed changing. Ended up stranded on the side of the road. 🙄

I called to verify that they had a specific tire in stock on Saturday, spoke to Susan and she confirmed they had them and would hold them until Monday when I could come in. I come in Monday and they said they could only find 3 when the system shows they had 4. Complete waste of my morning.

Took 3 hours to do 20-30 minute diagnostic and to even start to look at my car for what I came in for. Got there at 8am and there was only one other customer in when I got there as well. I didnt leave till little after 11....lady at front desk was super nice but other than that not impressed with the mechanic that helped me as it seemed he didnt care or want to actually do his job.
