I had just returned off of deployment to see my rear passenger tire had gone flat. I had to call AAA for air. I asked the technician if he knew of an affordable and reliable place near by to get my tire repaired? He recommended Delta World Tire!! I can not say enough about the fast, courteous, reliable, and affordable service that I received!! I will be recommending them to all of my military friends who are new to the area and need this type, or any type of tire service!! Thanks!!

I took my tires there to install them and they didnt like that I bought them somewhere else. That didnt bother me. I took the truck back for a flat repair and again they were professional. The tire they repaired was not balanced after they fixed it so it vibrated. I understand there can be mistakes, but I walked in today to state my concern and the first thing I was told was something else must be wrong.After they checked it out, I had to ask the guy what they found wrong. It turns out that the front tires were unbalanced - originally installed by DTW. The guy walked away while I was standing there. I will not go back, nor will I recommend them to anyone. They need to work on customer service. Having to pry the information out of them as to what was wrong and being treated like I was an inconvenience was unacceptable.

Delta World Tire was Fantastic in my time of need! I got a screw in my new Tire late Sunday evening. I brought my Tire in the next day around 11am. They helped me get it out the trunk and took it inside for me. I left the Tire with them and went to work. They called me once it was done. I came back they replaced my donut/spare tire and loaded the spare back up. The price was super cheap and they were a pleasure to deal with. Thanks Delta World Tire!

My family moved to gulf coast two years ago. Recently started using Delta Tire World for our car repair and tire needs. Was referred to delta tire by a local body shop for new tires and alignment. No appointment necassary, drop car off or wait and they will get after it as soon as reasonably possible. So far our expierance with delta tire has been positive and their prices fair and reasonable. I would certainly recomend them to others do to our personal expirance so far. There are several delta tire shops in area, we have been going to the shop on popps ferry road.

Honest shop.Took my 2001 GMC Serria in for 4 new Cooper tires and a front end alignment today. Had the truck ready in 2 hours and told me my front end didnt need to be aligned. They easily could have charged me for the alignment and I would never have known I didnt need one. Been a customer for years and will stay one.

Horrible service. A single tire change onto rim took over 2 hours. All the employees literally stood and watched. After paying over $167 . We put the tire on ourselves.

I put high value on trust. When your car needs servicing, you want to know that there are people who will tackle any problem as if it were their own car. These guys are the best. Very professional, and competent. My technician even looked up the wheel lug torque specifications and used a torque wrench. Who does that? These guys. That attention to detail is what makes me bring my car here every time.

Amazing service. Theyre friendly and affordable. No wonder theyre pretty busy, they must have a lot of repeat customers. I called numerous places to quote me tires and they were at least $100 cheaper. They also have a nice inside area to wait in with a soda dispenser and cookies. The gentleman up front recommended to drop off your car with them and then he will call you when its ready (if he doesnt call because its very busy, make sure to come back by closing that day). Would definitely recommend this place!

Great place to get routine oil changes and tires from. DWT has great prices and great customer service. The staff there are very personable. Very quick turnaround.

I’ve gone to these guys a couple times after firestone screwed me over and they have gone above and beyond to help me out. I’ve been having problems with my car the last couple weeks and haven’t been able to pin point what it is. I took it to them asking for a tire rotation and if they could find my knocking noise that happens here and there. Although they couldn’t find it, they rotated my tires and charged me nothing. They know I’ve had problems with FS and didn’t want to cause me more of a headache. They always take care of me and do more than I ask! I am never disappointed with them not to mention how professional and kind they are.

Brian quoted me a very reasonable price for a brand new tire. They dont sell used tires here. I will be returning here for all of my future tire needs! I will also be sure to recommend this place to others.

I was very impressed! I had a flat tire on my car that occurred close by. I pulled in to access the damage and it happened to be here. I was in a hurry trying to make an appointment and didn’t have time for a new tire. A nice gentleman put my spare on in no time with no charge! Very thankful for them, he saved the day!

I got there at 7 and it took 2 hours to put on two tires and affect an oil change. Service was good people were pleasant but they always take too long. There is no customer urgency in place

Very professional from the beginning ,nice ,clean .Bryan was awesome they even brought me to get food while my car got repaired ,their tires are awesome. Clean bathrooms, plenty of seating . They even have cell phone charging station. Thanks Bryan I received my Michelin rebate .

Poor customer service. Condescending attitude at front counter. Have good service and work at Pascagolua location. I cant speak for work of Biloxi location as I promptly changed my plans..I can get a crappy attitude anywhere....for free so why pay for it?

The guy at the front counter is condescending, curt, and rude. He is only polite when you agree with everything he says and dont ask too many questions. The mechanics are actually quite friendly and professional - so no complaints there. However, my main issue with this place is that I was told that four of my TPMS sensors needed to be replaced at an estimated cost of around $200 when, in fact, I discovered that the simply needed a recalibration.I thought that it was extremely suspicious that all four of my TPMS sensors (which worked perfectly fine before bringing my car to them for a tire replacement) suddenly had dead batteries the moment I attempted to drive my car off of their lot. They refused to take responsibility for the problem and clearly were neither skilled (nor honest) enough to assess the actual problem (which turned out to be a simple recalibration).Speaking of which, I brought my car to a Firestone on Keesler AFB for a second opinion a few days later and they recalibrated my TPMS sensors for free and the problem was fixed instantly. I find it hard to believe that large and successful tire shop like Delta World Tire did not have the tools necessary to make the same determination and fix. Pure greed and dishonesty if you ask me.Lastly, you cannot schedule appointments at this place and I had to wait nearly 3 hours each of the two times I visited them...ridiculous! Based on the rude customer service, long wait time, and seemingly dishonest service, I cannot recommend this place to anyone.
