I had an issue with my fiances ring and they quickly took care of it and didnt aurgue whos fault it was ..thwy fixed it for free . great place

Amazing place. They may not have quite the huge selection that other stores have on hand but they can make your jewelry dreams come true. Debbie the owner is very nice and knowledgeable as well as her staff. They have some beautiful stones and gemstones and great prices for their products. We have purchased our engagement rings and just general gifts here. I lost several diamonds out of my ring and they replaced them quickly with absolutely no hassle. Great people great place.

I bought my fiance a turquoise ring here for christmas. They boxed it and wrapped it. After Christmas it needed sized and she wasnt sure if she liked it. So we went back and were looking at a dinosaur ring she liked. I asked the worker if they would take the turquoise ring back without a receipt? A yes or no question. She asked if we put it in a new box because that is not their box. I told her no thats the box you wrapped it in. She then proceeded to take the ring over to her coworker who must work with the rings. They whispered around for a bit, then she came back and said, youll need the receipt he doesnt recognize this ring you could have just brought in any ring. Excuse me? I would have bought the dinosaur ring regardless, but not after that. We left and my fiance searched for the receipt for 2 hours until i told her to stop in which she broke down crying from the way we were treated. I will never shop here again.

Lots of good jewelry. I unfortunately got bamboozled into buying a salesman sample from one of the chain jewelry stores in the mall. What I though was the real deal was actually a fake, and the staff at Buffalo chips showed me that. I was able to get it figured out but without their knowledgeable staff I would have never noticed the difference

The employees are amazing and help with what ever you need. Very unique jewelry...things you cant find anywhere else. They will fix size and create anything for you. AWESOME!!!!

This is the place to go for engagement rings. I found a gorgeous sapphire for a third of its retail price because she prices based on the deal she gets got to pick my own beautiful setting! This is a better price and better quality ring then I couldve purchased anywhere else.
