We are on vacation and my mobility scooter quit working. They were able to trouble shoot for us, and even though they didnt ha e what we needed they gave us the address of a place that did and we were on the road in no time. Thanks so much!

Worst Customer service. The Secretary who handles all calls and insurance is the slowest at taking care of customers. 2 Months until I got a call back to tell me she was trying to get a prescription for a Wheelchair parts and had been unsuccessful..... so instead of calling me the customer and getting help with tracking down the correct doctor she puts in in a file and sits on it. This is not the first time but is the last time i work with national seating and mobility any where in the USA. A wheelchair is something an active disabled body needs in order to be productive in life. National Seating and Mobility of Billings MT will hinder this with their lack of caring for their customers.
