Sadly I was informed production would be shut down at their store in Casper wy. Last year alone I spent almost a half a million dollars at this store. I want to alert the public when this happens, DO NOT SHOP HERE! The lead sales is one of most rude men I have ever came across. All production will come out of the store in Montana. Over a year ago to avoid the salesman in Casper I had panels shipped from MT and I received damaged panels after waiting way too long. When the company replaced the store manager in Casper I was overly impressed with the manager. I returned my business back to Casper because I received excellent service under the new management. It is very sad that the best store is getting rid of the production branch that has been the best of all these stores. To the men and women losing their jobs you are appreciated.

If I could give a no star review I would, The sales team at the Billings location might as well not show up for work. I’d be surprised if they did! Trying to work with them and not getting lied to is impossible. It feels like they can’t hang up the phone and ignore you fast enough. And getting a call back! HAHA what a joke!Took My business over to Pacific steel and I couldn’t be more pleased with the respect, speed and quality of product that they provide.

Recently worked with them to purchase steel for the shop that I work out of. I was shown many options and styles for both exterior and interior steel. Once we narrowed down what was needed and the order was placed and we received our product Shane was very helpful in making sure that we had everything we needed to install our product. Very poor customer service! My panels took a lot longer than quoted, with poor communication and when I received them they were damaged. When management finally got back to me they then attempted to blame me for the damage. A very dishonest bunch over there!

I recently went to Bridger Steel to replace some steel on my shed. Shane was very knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly. The turn around time was short, and metal exactly as we discussed. I highly recommend using Bridger Steel, and ask for Shane.

I came in for little project i was doing in my bathroom and even though it was a small order shane took the time as if it was the only order he had to do today. What a wonderful experience and beautiful store. I will come back again soon!

We recently purchased multiple large siding packages from Bridger Steel, not only was our client happy with the finished product but the coordination on all the parts and pieces was way easier with someone that knew what was going on. Our salesperson, Jesse, is very knowledgeable and he went above and beyond even if we were hard to deal with!

Went to bridger steel in billings to price out how much it would cost to buy supplies for a horse shelter before winter comes. Even with as busy as it was Shane took the time out of his day to help me. Nice guy, I am impressed.

Talked to a gentleman at the recent Home Improvement Show at Metra Park. He asked for personal information so as to send me a list of contractors who purchase steel for roofs. He said he would get back to me the next day (Monday). I have to concur with the other reviews. Though I never did business with them (was planning to), customer service means a lot to me and if you promise to do something, you need to follow through. This failure to keep a promise was enough for me to never do business with Bridger Steel.

I have been dealing with Shane on all of our orders for a few months and even with being new at Bridger steel he seems to have absorbed all the information and is already very knowledgeable. He is a pleasure to work with.

They have some decent products and good profile options but the customer service is incompetent and super RUDE. Dont hold your breath for a call back either. Apparently they dont need the business.
