They were able to replace the broken glass in my window in a few days. I have the type of windows that just the glass can be replaced and it wasnt a special type of glass. The speediness of them replacing it made up for the cleanliness.

If I could give 0 stars I would. They told me they would email me when my windows were ready. Called a week after they said theyd be ready and told me they had tried calling me numerous times to say they were done. They proceeded to argue with me about the fact, saying theyd been sitting there for months. If that were the case why hadnt they called me, or emailed like they had said they would.Then they leaned the windows up against the passenger side of my truck where they could not be seen and told me they were around the side of the building. I almost broke them all driving to go find them. Then they began slamming them into the back of my truck. Terrible customer service. Zero accountability. I will not be using them again.

I purchased a great table that needed a new glass top. They had a new glass piece fabricated within a couple of hours. Everyone was friendly and professional. Thanks!

I just recently left my job here. The reason? Im brand new and I dont know how everythings done yet, so I was standing there watching a couple workers so I could figure out how to do my job for not even 30 seconds and this guy sees me from all the way across the warehouse, glares at me the entire time he walks up to me, then gets in my face and starts getting nasty. Ive never met such a rude and nasty individual in my entire life. Turns out, this individual was the owner. If you read this jackass, the key to having good employees and having employees that like and respect you is to respect them. Not treat them like theyre some sweatshop workers you piece of garbage. The windows are very well made, however, the owner needs to get his act together and learn to treat people with some respect. If he treats his employees like that, I can only imagine how he is with his customers, or even his family. If he even has one. Dont see how such a nasty person could ever get anyone to love him.
