Bad business with horrible employees that don’t care about there customers or care to help. Go 5 blocks down the street to cvs they have a drive threw there as well and people who actually care about there jobs and customers and aren’t just rotten pieces of living human flesh

This place is an absolute disaster 😂. I have dealt with them for four years now. Its been an absolute nightmare with them this year. Iv went without heart medications that are absolutely needed for my heart. I called today to have a medicine filled and was placed on hold for an hour and a half. Just to get some ride person to hang up on me. I moved all my meds to another pharmacy today. Beware they are going to kill someone by not getting there meds right.

I called to get tested for Covid-19, pharmacy Tech, Jen, abruptly told me we are not testing at this time and hung up on me. She didnt offer an alternative testing site or any kind of assistance. These are the people we have in the health care system!? Scary!

I have been going to Walgreens for over 20 years never happen before at other locations in Billings. Heights Walgreens: Call ask for Pharmacy phone rings hear someone then phone goes on hold music plays. Rings again some one picks up puts on hold music plays. 23 minutes same thing. Hang up call again same thing 27 minutes. Some one there thinks this must be funny until it happens to them or they think they not getting paid enough to work should quit give someone who wants a job.

I never leave reviews as I’m always on the go BUT , I have GOT to WARN as many people as possible how TERRIBLE this pharmacy is!!!I arrived to a LONG line of frustrated customers,Asked to get my script that they said would be ready and that’s where the nightmare started !!The script wasn’t ready , as they said it would be , No big deal , Right ? Wrong !!!The next 2 hours I spent at that place were the worst of my life as some little funny msnPharmacist tried to tell me 1- my doctors credentials were no good ,( ludicrous) 2- I can’t pay cash ,they won’t take good RX , EtcIt’s as if he was TRYING anything he could to not give me my script , he made me feel like a degenerate, it was very BAD!!!! STAY AWAY!!! I’m looking to file a complaint with the state Board , These people are out of line , Yes, My script was handled at Osco in about 15 min after that no prob ,,, Thanks OSCO! Walgreens, on main with the little funny man behind the counter power tripping needs to be shut down !

I have been there a minimum of 10 times trying to get the same prescription filled. They keep typing in the same information and expecting a different response. They will not call anybody or be proactive in any way. They keep doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result while I have been out of my medication for over a week. They are ridiculous and I will never use this store again. Goodbye Walgreens

The staff and pharmacists are so bad that I had to put my health at risk by not picking up my special prescription here and waiting for it to be refilled elsewhere (takes weeks to fill). The staff have made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe. All need training in customer service. They need to replace the staff/strip their licenses.

Yeah it’s no wonder your store already has 2 stars and barely at that. Rude staff that argue with customers on the phone about a charge that HAS CHARGED MY ACCOUNT. Can’t even find the single item I placed the order for. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE.

I had to come to Walgreens to pick money up from Western Union and I asked the lady if she had $100 and she rudely said I dont have it and we dont do anything over $50 (which is incorrect) and I asked can you pull money from the back? Because the last time I had to pick money up the the employee went to the back and grabbed money to make it a full $100. But the employee this time was completely rude. So I called the Walgreens located on Grand avenue if I can pick up my Western Union and explained what had just happened at the one in the heights and he had told me that the employee I spoke to is incorrect and they dont do anything more than $300.Walgreens needs to step up the game and teach their employees how to be nice and respectful to customers.

Listen to the other reviewers, this is the worst pharmacy in Billings! The line is forever long, they’ll send a text saying rx is ready but when you get to the window it isn’t. The staff are rude and disorganized. We switched to sams club, well worth it we never have problems there.

Friday afternoon around 2:30, website says it’s open but called and put on hold for 30 minutes still no answer. Drove up and window is closed. You need to change your message on the answering machine. Instead of having people left on hold for what looks like it might’ve turned into 48 hours, change your message and say there’s no one there to take your call. Instead of stringing someone along indefinitely.

Ive never had a problem with this Walgreens, nor its staff until tonight.My family gets our prescriptions here at least twice a month, were always there for some reason or another.Tonight (4-04-18 around 8pm), my sister and I went there to pick up her medication, during that time we were browsing the shelves of Walgreens.Not only were we being followed by the staff there, but an older gentleman who was bald, kept coming up to us and asking if we needed help. Of course we said no and carried on with browsing. He came up another time and was telling us that weve been in there a long time and that we should hurry up. He continued to tell us to hurry up and that weve been in there long enough (at this time we hadnt even been in there for more than 30 minutes).I was half tempted to drop the items I had in my hands and walk out that door.How disrespectful can a person be? This man was disrespectful, rude, and quite honestly one of the worst people Ive seen work there.I am shocked he is working at a place where he needs to socialize considering how he treated my sister and I.Would I recommend this place? The pharmacy has never let me down and I will continue to use that service, but I will never shop inside that store unless its an emergency.

I have never been to the pharmacy here without waiting at LEAST 30 minutes. EVERY time I have been through the drive-thru (which as has been at least 10-15 times) you are sitting there for 20-30 minutes. Today I brought my boyfriend to get his antibiotic eye drops and I have currently been sitting in the parking lot waiting for 45 minutes and still nothing. I understand sometimes they are busy and you have to go through insurance and all that but 45+ minutes?!?! There is nothing more infuriating than sitting and waiting for almost an hour every single time to get a freaking prescription.

Pharmacy told me they are to busy to fill my perception. I have adult ADD, for 10 years Ive been taking Ritalin. They never have it in stock. My Doctor sent a perception in 30 days early but they were unable to fill and dont know if or when they might get the drug in.

Went inside to get bandaids that close a wound. (Butterfly bandaids) for my daughter and i was looking for them so i asked a employee if they had any because i didnt see any on the wall. She points to the wall and says they should be their. I told her i didnt see any. Thinking maybe she would go and help me. But she looks at me and says i guess we dont have them then. No help what so ever. Thanks.

I was traveling and called this location to have my script pulled from a Las Vegas location. Staff were helpful and courteous. When I picked up, their counter was swapped with customers. All six employees were working as quickly as possible and were positive and helpful. Clearly, THIS location is popular for a reason.

Worst pharmacy in Billings! Rude pharmacists. Make mistakes, but wont admit them. Stand their with hands on hip and act like youre guilty of something. Their text messages telling scripts are filled, then you go and waste a ton of gas waiting in line only to be told that it was an error, when actually thats when it was supposed to be filled, but they havent gotten to it and that is somehow your fault, too. Worst pharmacy in Billings!

All pharmacies experience busy times. Most of the staff are friendly and cutious. Like the reminders and notifications for meds, as well as auto refill. Will continue to use for all medication and pharmacy needs.

Honestly my family has had enough. Too many bad experiences and rude customer service to go fully into it. One bad experience, I went into the store to grab some childrens benadryl and did not know what isle it was in. When I asked an employee what isle it was he said I had to see the pharmacist. I explained that I had called ask a nurse to find what I needed and just need to know what isle it is in. Employee just kept saying a pharmacist has to make a recommendation on medication. I didnt need a recommendation, I just needed to know where in the store it was. I left with out it and went to walmart and found it right away. That is just one of at least 10 bad experiences. The pharmacy is worse.

The store is fine but the Pharmacy at this location leaves a lot to be desired. They almost always mess up the insurance and billing on my prescription. Im actually suprised when they get it right. They are also very slow and the drive thru is even worse.

My toddler was sick and given a prescription for an antibiotic from our hospital, however it was bitter and made him vomit. I called walgreens and spoke to a pharmacy tech who said i could bring it in and they would add flavor to it. After driving 20 miles into town to have it sweetened i was rudely greeted by a pharmacy tech who was unwilling to help. The pharmacist then came over and told me she would call her manager to check if she could add the flavoring. After going around the corner i watched the pharmacist attempt the phone call and then start on other prescriptions. After standing there for 10 minutes without her returnung to tell me any information, i grabbed my sons prescription and left. They were very unhelpful and unhappy.

Rx has 11 refills available in a 12 month period, this equals a 30 day supply. When I couldnt get it refilled, we were treated like we did something wrong, told to call insurance. I called insurance who informed me the pharmacy coded it as a 90 day supply and they need to resubmit. Well, walgreens heights staff will have none of this. Rude, wont listen, interrupt and condecending. I doubt my lack of business will even be noticed, but my family will not return. This has happened multiple times in the heights, but the customer service at this point has reached a new low.

My 87 year old mother has her medication delivered from this Walgreens and on two separate occasions this month (August 2015) they have failed to deliver the package in under a week. In particular, she called in a refill 6 days ago. It isnt here today. After three calls to Walgreens they claim it has been sent out and was picked up by FedEx (they also claim FedEx only picks up twice per week). They do not have a tracking number for FedEx. A call to FedEx confirmed that they have no package en route to this address (but listed a separate package (not from Walgreens) that was delivered earlier this week). This is NOT ACCEPTABLE for a pharmacy to have this kind of policy when they are dealing with drugs for life-threatening conditions.

Don’t bother making an appointment here for a Covid vaccine. I brought my oldest son for god appointment yesterday, we were here for over an hour past the appointment time and we arrived 15 minutes early. Today, my daughter and I both came, 15 minutes early as well (like the website states) and it’s the exact same thing. We’ve been sitting here for an hour. I even walked up to ask what the deal is and was told that they’ll get to it when they can and appointments don’t matter. I’d recommend CVS in the heights as an alternative. I had to take my youngest there for the phizer vaccine as he is only 13 and we were in and out with maybe a 5 minute total wait.

The worst Walgreens ever! They are super slow always, i was waiting all day for my script and the rude lady pharmacist kept saying they didnt get the fax so finally after the fourth time my doc sent it they realized that there fax machine was out of paper. The main pharma gal there is rude and needs to learn that us customers pay her salary. So they banned me cuz she said i was rude but only after about the fifteenth time waiting for my script in two years. Really very poor customer service and a terribly ran pharmacy! She will find out who i know at the corp headquarters!

As i stood in line the girls behind the counter were pushing each other and screwing around at pharmacy. Serious display of no professionalism. Not to mention my prescriptions are never ready. Didnt have this problem on westend.
