Had an issue, posted a low review and the manager called immediately to make the situation right. I appreciate good customer service. I have been a loyal customer and have referred several people to them. Because of her great management I will continue.

The first time I had to take my phone in for a screen replacement, it wasnt an issue. It was $160 in total for the repairs.The second time I called the store on 24, they said theyd have to order the parts and it would be $300 to order and another $90 for the repairs! I felt like that was a complete ripoff!So I called the CPR store in the heights. The total for ordering the parts and replacement was under $200! Definitely go to the CPR Cell Phone Repair in the Heights! They have better customer service and a very friendly and cute dog!

Out of nowhere I was having issues with a very quiet earpiece speaker on my iPhone and found CPR Cell Phone repair from a simple Google search. The following day I headed in, no scheduled appointment, and after a short wait the technician, Cameron, addressed my issue and was able to fix my phone on the spot in a matter of seconds (turns out it was just dirty speaker)! Given my issue was thankfully minor this round, I have full intent to return as a customer for any tech issue going forward. Friendly, prompt, and thorough service that makes for a wonderful experience!

My son has had his iPhone for two years and in this time the screen had suffered many drops on hard surfaces without breaking. It did finally break and he took it in for a screen repair, paying for it out of his savings. Two weeks later the phone fell on a soft surface and was severely cracked, even with a screen protector on it. Obviously, the screen that was used is of very poor quality. When we returned to the store to talk to management, we were treated very poorly. The manager, refused to inspect the screen to see if maybe the screen was defective. I had to insist for her to finally look at it. She glanced and stated that it was not their problem. I asked for a refund for the cost of the screen and she refused. Very poor quality products and customer service. The motto of this place is “the customer is always wrong and we are always right”.

Usually pretty good. Most recent visit was frustrating. Didnt feel like the employee I spoke to took the time to listen to me about the services I wanted or listened to me when giving them my contact info. Left my phone for repair and left a secondary number to call when the phone was finished. Waited 3 hours and went back to find my phone finished. They called and left a message on the phone I left with them for repair, letting me know it was ready to be picked up. Not very organized. New screen and protector still looking good though. Will go back for future repairs.

I woke up and my phone was completely dead. Would not start, charge, force reboot, factory reboot, just plain dead. Brought it in, they told me they would need to keep it because theyre amp meter was reading zero. I paid 25 bucks for an analysis, 3 hours later it was fixed due to a internal bad connection and they sent me on my way. Very professional, courteous, I will never go to Verizon again

I came in the other day to get some input on my laptop keyboard which I recently spilled water on and was no longer functioning. Although it was clear I wasnt buying anything, Megan spent 15 minutes with me to ensure that an auxiliary keyboard and mouse would work on my debilitated laptop. She also advised me about which USB flash drive would be best for purposes of saving my files on my laptop. She went above and beyond for somebody who wasnt spending a dime in the place. I was very impressed with the service.

Staff member was super nice to us. Fixed the problem with the phone fast and right. The price was great too.

Youre saying that then, with me in the parking lot, you returned to the store and looked at the footage which read ~6:00pm? What world do you live in? Get real, and get a grip on things. Stop lying to cover your employee who fabricated a reason to leave early.**Once connected via phone to an employee, Ian (sp?) and confirming store closure at 6pm as well as hurriedly approaching the store needing to put a device into their care asap - which he assured could be done *before* 6pm - I was put to ease by his general friendliness and assurance it could be done. Pulling into the CPR parking lot, now nearing 5:50pm, I gather my device and upfront deposit and get to the door and knock.CLOSEDI knock more. Ian, after some loud backand forth communication through the glass, opens the door. I tell him I am the one whom just called and yet need this device dropped off tonight.Im sorry, were closed.We just spoke and you said I had until 6 to be here, which I am... And you yet have 10 minutes to close.Im sorry, sir, manager wants to close.The door closes, and thats that.Thanks, CPR, for your misinformation and clear disregard for even your own hours and employee word. I will not be back, nor regard this business as worthwhile. Im sure they do great work, but this was unacceptablecceptable.

Came in with a plug issue, fixed in 5 mins and no charge. They seem to have the best phone “ armor” around. Will be back to get a new case next week

I brought in my OnePlus 7T in which is not one of the big guys in the cellular phone business. It had a shattered screen and CPR was able to quickly order a replacement and get the phone back to me. Everyone was polite and professional.

I brought my phone here to get a cracked display fixed. On the good side, they were able to get it fixed within a couple of hours. It was fairly pricy ($450 for a Note 20 Ultra). The really frustrating part of my experience was that they did not at all mention that the whole body of the phone had to be replaced; normally this wouldnt be an issue, but that also means that the color of the phone was switched on their decision. When I returned and asked why my phone was a different color, they had said they only had two choices (again, not once ever brought up) and took it upon themselves to choose the color I ended up with. They did offer to order the original color I had on there, but at the full price of the repair again. If you choose to bring your phone here for repair, I would be sure to ask them EVERY detail so you can avoid a situation like I had.

This store replaced the screen on my phone seamlessly and quickly. The customer service was spectacular and very friendly. The price was also very reasonable.

Was quoted 90 for two parts and was told an hour to fix the first time. got the parts ordered and was told 130 and 2 to 3 hours to fix. dropped my phone off and was told 170 and a whole day even though i live an hour away with a blizzard coming in. not helpful or respectful. I do not recommend they don’t give accurate prices!

Do not take your computer/laptop here. Mine wasnt charging so I brought it in. At first they said my computer was probably fried. They then said they couldnt get the part for the changing port and inexplicably removed a competent needed for data storage without my approval. I took it elsewhere and they said this place had stored the data component in such a way that it could have been ruined. Additionally, they stripped multiple screws on my laptop and to top it off the other place said that their handling of my laptop likely ruined the motherboard. In total I am out 50 bucks and received nothing but the possibility of losing all of my data in return. Save your headaches and money take your computer elsewhere.

Im asking the Kyle Striklin, to make things right with me to prevent me from posting my review on BBB. If Im not given my refund- I want my $394.00 back and will settle for the 15% deducted. What your staff failed to tell you. I wanted to exchange the items for a iphone8 plus, which more $$$ and return the phone. Your other manager 2 days ago said I could have the full refund back of $394.00. That was retroactively today by your other employee so yes I was an upset customer after going back and for for 30 mints. $400.00 is a weeks earnings and not cheap these days. You dont tell a customer you sold a broke phone to that could not be tested when I purchased or turned on at your shop because it did not have a chip in it. (2) other phone shops could not get the phone to work. The iPhone Plus case, screen and carrier were even more than then the iPhone 8 this would have absorbed some of the cost and still give you business but your were still going to change the full ticket price not (-) the items I was exchanging. I have referred several customers to your shop. Call me you have my number giving you have to understand why I was upset after going though your other staff before calling you. The you were going to still take a full 15% off the full ticket price rather just the cell phone. I was given a small receipt w/o your return policy on it. I should not have been told by you as a customer take it or leave it how your staff treated me as a returning customer in your shop. I will be purchasing another chip as well the phone does allow you to speak so the other person hears you. Thank you, Carolyn

My daughters cracked cell phone screen was repaired in a matter of hours.Two days later we took my cell phone and for speaker problem that was corrected on the spot great job.Super clean shop and less risk than doing it yourself.

So I had a Note 8 with a broken screen and bad charger port. I went to just repair my screen. They seem very nice and the showed me the new screen they are going to use. I left and came back later that day and they have it done and the clean my port that I havent been able to use for like a year. Great people and great place to repair your device.

These guys are great. They have fixed my phone on more than one occasion, and not charged me for doing so. On the times they have had to charge me, it is always fair and their service is always very fast. I would not go anywhere else.

I brought my phone in to get the screen repaired and they told me to come pick it up at 3:30. I show up at3:30 to find out that they had messed up a lot on the process to where my phone would no longer work. Wouldnt read my sim card, wouldnt make calls. Couldnt do anything. (All worked before I dropped it off)and then they proceed to make me pay for the screen plus paying additional fees for a brand new phone that they broke! Not happy at all!

Great service. The guys told me about a way to my repairs paid for (Wells Fargo protection plan) so I was able to get all but $25 of $350 repairs paid for. They were extremely helpful, nice, and quick to great and help me when I arrived at the store. I dropped my phone off at 1230 and it was done by the time I got off work at 530. I would highly recommend them for quick, reasonably priced, good quality service. They told me my phone might not be glued all the way and to come back if it came up. I appreciated the honesty!

Took iPad in to replace the battery they tested the tablet and recommend that we not repair it because of its age and the cost of the battery and the CPU was failing. Give Chase and the crew kudos for the honestly and savings of mind and money.

No one else in town has been able to help me with a case for a brand new smart phone no one carries yet. The owner found something I had asked for on-line and charged a reasonable price to order and ship it here. I was very impressed.

These guys are absolutely great! Very knowledgeable. They were able to retrieve lost photos even when Apple support remote was not. I am soooo happy to have found this store front and CPR for my computer needs and help. I will be telling everyone I know about them.

I stopped in without an appointment and the guys looked at my iPad for me. It’s been running very slow. They said it was most likely the adjustments and good old Apple slowing the system down on older models. They spent the better part of an hour walking me through the process and helping me to not only make the adjustments, but also created a couple videos on my phone for the future so I would have reminders on how to clean things up myself next time!

I had a IPhone 7 Plus that I wanted to sell but was scared to sell online due to all the questions of us it properly unlocked, can it go to specific carriers etc. Kyle at CPR took the time to verify it was unlocked and able to be purchased by another customer and gave me a very good price for my used phone. My iPad battery has been draining quickly for the last several months. I called CPR and they told me to bring it in. They didnt have a battery in stock, so I waited about 10 days for the new battery to be ordered and delivered. I took the iPad in this morning around 10:30 and the work was completed in about 4 hours. Good price and good service, in my opinion.

They wanted 350 bucks to replace the front glass on my S9plus. I only paid 350 for the phone. RIP off! 25 bucks for a full replacement kit to do it yourself. Scam artists for sure. Tried telling me its over 200 for the parts. Thank god for the internet. I work to damn hard for my money

We brought my wifes iPad in for a screen repair and they were courteous and helpful. 3 weeks later when it looked like there was already a crack due to poor replacement we took it back and they replaced it for free! The experience itself was great, I was able to fix the speaker in my phone very quickly within a hours worth of work and it sounded great until a couple weeks later. It is now muffled and does not really work when on speakerphone. I have now finally had a chance to write a review, and the speaker is still muffling. So I may call in to ask for a second repair, and see what happens after I make the call.

I needed my pc charge port replaced. They told me 2 weeks. They ordered the wrong part, got a cheap one from China that got stuck in customs in Chicago, and fried another piece and blamed me for it. They reordered the right piece and got my computer back to me at 4+ weeks and took $20 off my original bill. I asked for regular communication updates and received 3. My computer wont now charge the battery. It shows plugged in but wont connect to the battery. They ruined my very expensive computer. I need to take in to get fixed the right way. I will never go or let my friends go here.
