I went in and got a very small just plain black print of my dogs paw done by Ian. I had to ask him to redraw the first one because it looked like a generic dog paw. Nothing like the one i brought in. the second one was a bit better so i said let’s go for it. the tattoo itself looks horrible, it’s not finished, there is blank spots everywhere, the shapes do not match my dogs paw, and i genuinely hate it. never cried over a tattoo but this one got me. he also charged me 150 when i was just planning on 100. i also have a friend who got her first tattoo here and she does not like it and has had it touched up already within a month. not to mention the woman on the phone told me if anything i would be getting a “good deal” because she would have charged 300. do not recommend and will not be back.

Please please please go to see Ian for a awesome tattoo experience! He is always on top of making sure that it looks good and making sure that your healing process is going to be easy and painless. He has a very quick hand which is really good for having needle stuck in you LOL. And I will tell you that this is one of the cleanse list tattoo places I have gone to. They take time to make sure everything is sterilized and ready to go. I do love that this company is a local so please go to support this local business. I have gone to other tattoo shops and I will tell you I was very disappointed with the other shops!! I went in recently for a update on how he thinks that it looks and it turned out amazing. The healing process went by super quick and I am so glad that I found this place!

Rude staff who don’t know how to tattoo. got my first one done by ian and had to get it touched up before i had it even a month. my friend recently got a dog paw tattooed by ian as well and the first drawing was literally from google even though she brought in a print of her own dogs paw. he left blank spots and hamburgered the skin really bad. once she tried to talk to someone about it she was told she had received a deal because the person she spoke with would’ve charged $300 instead of the $150 she paid. overall terrible experience and i will not be back.

I went in yesterday to get a forearm piece. They had a guest artist from Cali. I was astounded at how good my new work was. He didnt know this but it was a very emotional tattoo for me. I recently got out of an extremely abusive relationship and this tattoo was kinda my last step in regaining myself. I just wanted to say from the bottom of my heart thank you. You gave me something I thought was lost. It wasnt it was just waiting.

I went in a couple of weeks ago to get some flowers on my forearm, the piece is what I wanted and they were very nice. I do feel like I was overcharged ($300) because it took less than an hour and is smaller than my hand but I’m glad I like it. It 100% could be worse and I could’ve gotten something I don’t like but I’m sure money does matter to others reading reviews. I would shop around if you’re looking for simple designs, I wanted to get a couple other tattoos here but I don’t want to be taken advantage of money wise. I’m not sure if it was because I was young and alone or because I only had one other tattoo (that I also got here and was charged fairly for.) I’m not sure if I can even fix this or if it’s my fault for being naive, I was told it was $150 an hour and I have no problem paying good money for something that will be on my body forever but there’s got to be a line drawn somewhere.

Alex does amazing work, but Im only giving 3 stars because he is rude and hard to work with. Would not listen to me with the placement of my tattoo. He also has the heaviest hand of anyone Ive ever had tattoo me making it hurt more than it needed to.

This place.... I cant say enough good things about this place. Good representation of the art they do. Adrian was amazing. He took such good care of my daughter. I only wish we lived in MT so we could continue to be his customers. He is super encouraging and inviting to the customer as well as the guests they bring with them. She has had a tatoo done at another place and Adrian and the other gentleman (working the desk and assisting Adrian) made this experience far exceed any expectations we may have had. As I said.... This tattoo parlor is awesome I got the top of my hand completely tattooed and i cant stop looking at my ink the artist there are top of the line they know what they are doing and exactly how to do it to come up with a badass tattoo I would recommend anyone that wants ink to come here I wanna see these guys on ink master they would make the judges look like rookies my ink was America traditional and I will definatly keep going there to finish my sleeve I would give this shop 10 stars if I could because they are worth it and that much more amazing work you guys if your reading this please dont close haha you got the best ink in town

Made an appointment the day before for two tattoos and got there, and the artist was at first professional then started to rush us and came back twice with a design that was clearly not what we asked for. He ended up saying there wouldn’t be time for the appointment.

Alex has gone above and beyond when doing my tattoos and helping me decide placement and fitting me into the schedule. He is very knowledgeable and does amazing work! Alex you and your staff rocks!! Keep doing what you all do best!! 🖤

Cleanest and friendliest shop in town. I was lucky enough to get tattooed by Brian who is awesome. I LOVE my new tattoo!I felt like I was being waited on the entire time. Cheri went out of her way to be sure I had my paperwork complete, she offered me water. The entire processes was so professional and honestly such a higher caliber of tattooing and customer service then any other shop in Billings.I highly recommend checking this shop out! Not to mention their pricing was so much better then ANYONE in town. I couldn’t believe I got close to a half sleeve for $600, in full color!I will most certainly be back.Great job everyone you are all incredible

I took my son over there. He talked to one of the artist about getting a tattoo done. He gave them $100 deposit to go back when they had an opening. The artist did not tell my son that the deposit was none refundable at the time of receiving the deposit. So when my son went back 2 days later to ask for the deposit back because something beyond his control happened and he needed the money back the artist decided to then tell him that it was non refundable and that if he didnt leave he would call the police. That is not how you conduct a business. You are supposed to tell a potential client if a deposit is refundable or not upfront when the deposit is given. 🤬🤬

I have been to a lot of tattoo shops but Ive never been to a tattoo shop that is so fast and fast is a good thing for this place theyre able to draw you up and tagged you within the same day and it looks absolutely amazing Alex knows how to run a business and his crew theyre very professional and what they do theyre all amazing artists and creators this is definitely a must if you want to tattoo. And we cannot forget his wife Cheri she is the backbone of this company she works very hard into making sure that this tattoo shop is run correctly and properly Alex and Cheri are a great team as husband and wife running a business

After watching how this company presents themselves on the Internet and Facebook I would not recommend them as they are very unprofessional. They might be good tattoo artists but their Character as people is abhorrent. i was going to set up an appointment and spend at least 1k on a arm piece and saw one of the owners chase a lady outside yelling at her, and went as far as posting that ladys Workplace and Vehicle on Facebook. naturally i went to see if what she was doing was justified but only found out she was going off of unproven facts and seemed to get a few fundraisers mixed up. Very Unprofessional and a Very bad character Image in public!

Krazy Kristi was not even there!She tortured her artist and was so rude to everyone (wonder where she got that from!!!)Needless to say her artist was so polite and kind as was Cheri.Fact is Krazy Kristi and skanky Sadie feel like they are better then everyone and that they are entitled to whatever they want.Everyone knows you got fired from Saint V’s because you were to Krazy to even change bed pans.
