Good customer service, nice selection of bikes and gear/equipment. This was my first bike shop experience and I have to say it was a good one! Previously, only owned junk box store bikes from Walmart and whatnot, but a true bike shop is the way to go, you definitely get what you pay for! These guys know there stuff and can help a newbie get onto the ride that suits them best. I will gladly recommend this business to my friends, and be a return customer myself. Happy trails!

Been trying to pull my bike back together after more than six years of being ignored. Not only were they incredibly friendly, honest with their recommendations and experiences, and very fairly priced, their work was excellent and they fixed me up twice in the last week, both times in under five minutes. They were super respectful of the need others had for their bikes as their main transportation, and worked hard to get people’s bikes back to them as soon as they could. Definitely going back to them the next time I need a fix!

Havent been in this shop in a long time. Everyone was friendly and they have plenty on hand to choose from for products. Wife is looking into a Trek e-bike next year. We will be buying locally.

Super fast and friendly service from the service department. I came to Billings on business with plans to squeeze in a couple of rides but quickly realized I had a mechanical issue that could not be put off. The Spoke Shop had it resolved in no time and I was still able to get in some good riding. Had a chance to speak with Dean, the owner, and he was extraordinarily nice and welcoming. Great shop, great selection, great service. Id recommend to anyone.

My bike ride was interrupted with a flat to my rear tire. A trek to the Spoke shop and within 10 minutes they had it fixed and I was out the door! The following day, the front tire went flat! Another trip to the Spoke Shop and same great service! Last year I had my bike overhauled and again, the service was excellent and the turn around time was 24 hours. Dropped my bike of for basic services and I was told they would be able to do it the next day. I was pleasantly surprised when I got a text message later that day saying the services on my bike had been completed. I picked it up the next morning and it was like a new bike again. Staff is friendly and knowledgable and do a super job. I am actually looking forward to riding enough to need services on my bike again, because I know the crew at The Spoke Shop will take care of me and my bike.

Huge shout out to The Spoke Shop in Billings! If you have never had a Bike Fit, this is without a doubt the best money I have ever spent on cycling. Chad at the Spoke Shop is nothing short of stunning in his abilities to detect and correct errors in body position, seat, handlebar and shoe position. 5mm makes a HUGE difference! My position on both of my bikes is spot on, power is up and comfort is WAY up...I love my bikes all over again!!!

I usually dont take the time to review, but I had such a negative experience here that I hope it may help someone else out in the future. I bought an electric bike from this shop a few years ago for $1,250. I live about 6 hours away (round trip), so I also paid for delivery. The first time I used my new bike it quit working within 5 minutes. I immediately phoned Sarah at the shop (the same day I bought it) to alert her to my problem. I told her a I rarely come through Billings, but she said I could bring it by anytime to have it checked. Since I couldnt get to the shop for sometime, I did some Google research and discovered it was a battery problem, and the replacement cost was another $600 plus shipping. After putting in the new battery, I took it on my first trail. It made it about a half a mile and has never worked since. About a year and a half later I was going through Billings and brought it back to the Spoke Shop. They said to leave it with them, and they would try and fix it and contact me. I never received a return call or email. I finally returned to Billings this June to inquire why no one had contacted me, and the owner said they couldnt fix it and the only option was to put the money spent towards a new e bike. I was honestly not interested in spending $5000+ on a bike, but I also didnt want to lose over $2000 for nothing. The owner and I agreed to $3000 additional, I pre-paid him that day, and he ordered the bike. It was suppose to arrive in July. In August I got an email my bike was in and ready. I made a special trip over today to pick it up and when I arrived, the owner said he would not discuss anything and demanded I pay him an additional $600 or the deal was off! He didnt have to courtesy to call me about it, or talk to me about it before driving all that way and forced a very uncomfortable situation in front of many people. Ive never been treated like that by a business owner and feel it was very unprofessional. I have the receipt to show I was fully paid from the shop in June, but it didnt matter to him. BUYER BEWARE!!

All the techs I have worked with there (Joey, McKay, Sarah) have done extensive upgrades to my bikes and it has always been excellent, expedient work. Most recently, I wanted to explore options for a different drivetrain on my gravel bike. With sourcing of parts challenging right now, Hannah figured out a creative solution that got me closer to what I wanted while biding time waiting for more parts to come available. Hats off to Hannah and the whole Spoke Shop crew- the level of communication, speediness, and skill of the shop crew is unparalleled! Happy customer for the better part of a decade.

Bought yet another bike from spoke shop. Always love these guys. Consistently have a great product, great service and are just nice people to deal with.

I have tried to give Spoke shop a chance. With the Specialized my brother & I SHARE BUT THEY HAVE BANKER HOURS. Also they continuously call me to get my bike when it isnt even fixed. I live 22 miles away but they dont care to double check if the work is really done. I am not satisfied with their services at all and will keep Google posted if things change. In short. Spoke shop is not a dependable bike shop at all. Sorry. I didnt want to write this but its continuous and I feel duped.

I got clipped by a car on my road bike and things were looking pretty bleak. I brought it into the spoke shop and the techs were super knowledgeable, helpful, and didnt scalp me on repair costs. The spoke shop will always have my business.

The Spoke Shop is a dishonest company. We called and scheduled a bike tune up and agreed upon a level 2 tune up for $129. We had the bike dropped off for its appointment and came back when they texted us to pick it up. Upon pick up the charges were almost $600! They took a look at the bike and decided to do a higher level tune up and take the bike apart. No one called to inform us or ask if it was okay. They made the decision on their own and then we were forced to pay.

Where to begin.. The Spoke Shop.. just WOW!!! From the store to the faculty, everything is just amazing and awesome!! I live in Cody Wyoming and is an almost 2 hour drive to the spoke shop and I’m glad I went there.. not only was everyone there incredibly nice and courteous but they helped me above and beyond what I’m sure they needed to do as a business even staying past closing to complete building my bike for me and test riding it to make sure it was all good to go before my long drive home. Fixed broken bike same day! Great bike shop.

Discovered my rear sprockets were completely loose as I came through town. Stopped in here to see how long it would take to fix. I was shocked when he told me 10 minutes.Sure enough, I was in and out in 15 minutes. Even the price was reasonable.I highly recommended them.

Was having a problem during the pandemic finding a Trek Domane SL 6 in my size. Tracked one down using the Trek website to The Spoke Shop in Billings Montana. Hanna, Cooper, and Bryson took good care of me and walked me through the process of getting the bike to me here in Utah through BikeFlights. Excellent customer service at every stage. Good selection of bikes. A majority of the staff is helpful, professional and courteous. I would recommend buying a bike here. I would not recommend making a trade. The offer they gave me was below even low-ball, in my opinion. They had a similar used bike for $265 offered me $55.

Really great service, they immediately addressed us and promptly found the perfect bikes for the boys. They were quick to help with sizing and test driving the bikes. The shop was prompt to put the kick stand on. We will definitely be back.... I want a cool bike now :)

This is probably a great place for elite bicyclists. We are average people just looking for a tune up/repairs on a bicycle we previously purchased there. When we walked in, a girl said hello and directed us to the repair area. Pretty much completely ignored for the next 20 minutes. We ended up leaving and took our bike to a different shop where we received great service.

It’s been about a decades since I bought a new bike, and not being super knowledgeable about the sport I only had a vague idea of what I needed. One of the employees, Tim, was incredibly helpful in getting me set up on the right bike for what I wanted to do. Priced fair, and the workshop in the back had the one I picked out perfectly tuned up and ready within an hour. One of the best local businesses in Billings, going there is always a great experience!

I returned from Arizona to endure a 2 week Corono quarantine. Unfortunately, I discovered a gash in my bike tire and tube. I called the shop and Dean picked my bike up, replaced 2 tires and a tube, repaired my mountain bike and returned them to me by supper time. The price was reasonable and the service outstanding. Dean has saved my sanity! I purchased both bikes at the Spoke Shop and remain a loyal customer.
