The staff is always working at full speed to get orders fulfilled as they is usually a long line. I live the bacon cheddar bagel and the French toast. The others are good but Im partial.

Great bagels and cream cheese. Love it fir the taste. But highly unorganized. Expect anywhere between a minute and 10 minute wait to place an order. Infact, Ive been here when bust and my order was taken soon and when not so bust, my order was taken after 7 or 8 minutes. The owner, who is a good guy, should have an order taker, and 2 workers on each line preparing orders. Ill still go there but Id be lying if I have not walked out on a few occasions. Also, the tables need to be cleaned more often. I see dirty tables evrryti.e I go in.

Great service and wonderful bagels. The bagels are made fresh everyday and the cream cheeses are house mixed. I had an everything bagel and jalapeño cheddar cream cheese. My wife worried that the jalapeños would be hot when she tried mine but really liked it, she said she could taste the jalapeño but it wasnt really hot and my wife is a wimp when it comes to spice.

Had ordered a everything bagel with cream cheese. First delivery I got a plain bagel with cream cheese, I called I was super nice and understanding, then I called and waited a whole hour for my everything bagel with cream cheese warmed and when it got here not cut no cream cheese not warm. Was a little disappointed.

I love that you offer delivery for the people that cannot leave their home office. Coffee is good, however, I specifically asked for NO EGG. sausage and cheese only and it came with egg and no cheese.. Now normally I wouldnt complain but whats the point of having special Instructions if youre not going to read or follow them? Im sure this is a one-time issue so hopefully whoever is looking at orders well start reading instructions. Thank you

Havent had a bad bagel ever!

Staffing has changed and their customer service skills have decreased significantly. They dont greet you like they use to also packaging has changed, they use to put pickles and bagel chips in a box for you to go. Now they just wrap the sandwiches and throw them in a bag. I have been there several times lately, hoping after this covid they would improve and figured one time there would be a thank you but their staff is young, too rushed, they forget to thank customers and smile. They use to have great attitudes in the morning and now it has changed so much. I hope they can change back to not being so stressed and overwhelmed. I hope this review helps them improve i truly wish them the best. They use to be one of my favorite places to go with family.

I was a regular customer. Despite its false advertisement of bagels. They arent boiled. But none the less I like to get my breakfast before work with my girlfriend. Love their variety. But the owner himself flat ignored me. Mind you I was a 3 times a week customer. Then his dumb cashier a former taco johns employee... proceeded to help everyone behind me. Id understand if I was complicated but I always got 1 bagel. Toasted with cream cheese and a drink from the cooler simple as hell. Not to mention I tip well. I tip 3 dollars on a 4 dollar purchase. I will never go back. Under no circumstances. They wanna treat repeat customers like garbage. They will regret that when their doors close. And I hope its soon. Ignorant business owner.

Used to be “Great” American beagle! I understand the new owner thing and we gave them the benefit of the doubt, but after more than a year they still can’t get much right. I am out of patience. Slow service, rude service, very dirty and out of things every time I go! How can you not have Lox cream cheese the last three times I have gone? They told me the Lox goes bad too fast! Are you kidding me?! Went in three times to buy gift cards for Christmas and no one knew how to sell me a gift card. Its two weeks before Christmas! How can you not know how to sell a gift card! I am done! Our family and friends will not go back. It hurts to bad when you know how good it was for many years.

It was horrid, the service was really bad. This girl with glasses and braids, who was serving my family and I, had the worse attitude. She had asked us 3-4 times what our order was with a rude tone. The order was wrong as well, she had used the wrong type of bagel and put way too much cream cheese. She had packed it togo even though we said for here and when she brought it to the table she had tossed it onto the table, she rolled her eyes at my family even tho we have done nothing but been polite even though she has treated us in this manner. I dont know if this girl had a bad day or what but that was the worse service I had ever experienced in my whole life. The bagels have been better. The BLT I usually get was overkilled by mustard. But the food wasnt too bad.

Hadnt been in here since I was a small child so I thought it was just a standard bagel place, but its much more than that. Paninis, wraps, coffees, and even pizza bagels offer a pretty varied selection. Oh, by the way, the coffee is self serve with around 5 options.

Some of the best, if not the best, bagels Ive had since I left the east coast, but the staff (who is very friendly) isnt very consistent. Sometimes I get almost no cream cheese, sometimes theres so much that I have to scrape half of it off. If they were more consistent, Id give them 5 stars.

Soooooo...... Im from Queens, NY. I LOVE BAGELS. This place is a disappointment. I lowered my expectations. Since this is Billings. Still. Disappointing. My husband got the bagel with cream cheese. With the thinnest layer of cream cheese. My plain bagel (which I got since everything else looked horrid) was alright. My java chip though was amazing. Which is why this is a 2 star and not 1. Oh and the service is good. All together it was 20$. Not worth it.

Always been one of my favorite bagel places in all of the western US. Highly recommended the Asiago omelet breakfast bagel.

Used to love stopping for a bagel before work. I would stop 1-2 times a week. Their product is excellentBut, since about the end of August I have walked out 4 times. Not because of service. I walk in and they dont have bagels. No Asiago, no jalapeño cheddar. All they have are the donut flavors. Stop making all the strawberry and french toast that sit there all day and start making more of the popular flavors.
