Estimate was for 1300+ some change.then they started adding more things without giving a total of the new cost.so the question is do the techs work on commission? If so that explains it all.

These guys are awesome. From out of town and had a blowout on my travel trailer. We were received like family and all repairs were made with a friendly smile. Prices were very few. Highly recommend.

These guys are absolute lifesavers! I have had another place in town tell me twice my tire was beyond repair, and I would need to buy a full new set for my AWD vehicle. BOTH times I come to L.P. Jared and L.P Anderson tire point deserves 10 stars. We were on a road trip from Idaho to Alabama and noticed our brakes grinding 10 miles out of town. Out of all the tire shops we called LP Anderson was the only place that said they could help us figure it what to do. I was panicked cause we are on a tight schedule and I wasn’t sure if they could help. Literally as we were turning in our tire locked and you can see the skid mark. Jared and crew ran out to help and did just that. Within minutes he had 5 guys helping us and figured the issue. We had just had our brakes done by Les Schwab and they screwed up , but point S went the extra mile and helped us regain our freeway freedom. They weren’t even going to charge us much. I am shocked and awed by the pure exceptional service we have received at this facility. I will recommend this place to every single person I meet and every cousin auntie and uncle I have in Montana! Most the time when I come to L.P Anderson the experience is wonderful they are fast and friendly and do quality work. There have been a few times where this was not the case. They are always friendly and do quality work but not always fast. Thats alright though. Still reccomend.

Had a hard time finding some small trailer tires from shops across Wyoming and Montana. I called L.P. and talked to a guy in the service department, told him I really need help getting them because I was headed to Montana the next day to pull a pontoon back to southern Wyoming and needed them as spares. All the other shops didn’t have what I was looking for. He found them and got me hooked up within 10 minutes! It was a relief! I will recommend this business for sure!

First, I had an issue once a few years back. LP Anderson accepted responsibility and made sure I was satisfied. They went above and beyond. Fast forward three years and I needed snow tires for my new car. I went to Costco, Tire Rack and TireRama. No one could find me an acceptable tire for my Q7. Enter Jeff Sloan...He not only located me tires (two in NJ and two in CT), they were what I was looking for. If you need tires and can’t find what you are looking for, go to Jeff. I’ve never had a better experience purchasing tires. I was given a quote over the phone and had new tires on my Rogue in less than an hour. They didn’t try to upsell on performance tires or the extras (even though the warranty plan is totally worth it! If you can afford to pay a little bit extra, I suggest you do it). Easy peasy.

I want to give a HUGE positive shout-out to L.P. Anderson Tires on Montana and Miles Ave in Billings -- both chivalry and customer service are alive and well in Billings! I awoke this morning in these frigid temps to very low tire pressures ( I should have filled them a long time ago but now theyre just stupid low) and the three service stations I usually fill my tires have out of order signs on the pay-compressors because of the cold. I pulled in L.P. Anderson Tires with my tail between my legs feeling pretty silly for not having done this earlier, and asked if I could pay them to put some air in my tires. The gentleman helping me said, No, you cant pay me. Yet Im happy to put air in your tires. May I have your key? -- In this climate and day and age, I about burst into tears. I thanked him profusely. They left my car running and warm as I got into it. What great folks. THANK YOU!!

Had some issues with my back driver side tire with wheel studs and lug nuts while driving through town. Gave LP a call after hours thinking I was just going to leave a message but talked to a really nice gentleman. Came in the following morning and was greeted again with such nice people! I even had my dog with me and they welcomed her inside as well. The man that came out to grab my truck even unhooked/hooked my trailer up for me. Driving across country by myself, this business made me feel so comfortable and you could tell theyre honest by the way they treat, listen and talk to you. One rim on my new used car must have been cracked, my new tire kept going low. I found a used rim & have stopped at 3 other tire stores in the last month (2 were the same company) & was told itd be a 2-3 hour wait. L.P. Anderson was just as or even more busy as the others but welcomed me in & had the job done in a 1/2 hour plus reprogrammed the tpms on every tire. Much appreciated & highly recommend

Ive bought tires here for the past ten years. Once got a flat tire on a Friday night but was able to drive it to their parking lot. Left it over night and figured I would call them first thing in the morning. I couldnt call them because they beat me to it! Called me moments after they opened to tell me they fixed the tire and I could pick it up any time. They didnt even need my keys! That is customer service!

We were pulling our 40ft 5th Wheel from Alaska back to Virginia. In Billings we became aware of a tire and springs problem. Despite the fact that it was an incredibly hot and busy Saturday afternoon, Brad Cone (Mgr) and Adam Andregg worked knowledgeably and tirelessly (no pun intended!) to get us safely back on the road in less than 2 hours! Thankful to them and we would definitely recommend them!

I went into see these guys this morning to buy a set of 4 brand new tires because my rear tires were constantly going flat (very slowly) they are on a low mileage vehicle and there is some cracking on the sidewall which is what I thought was causing the leak just from age, not wear. They offered to do a dunk test on them and found two very small nail holes In the tires! I had one of the tires into another shop just last week and they failed to find this leak! Instead of paying $800 for a new set of tires. I paid $33 and will enjoy at least another 30k miles on these tires.When I do need new tires, I will definitely come back and spend my money here!Thanks!

I stopped in on my way to work and I was in and out in just a few minutes. Get it in writing! After getting the run around for a week about when the tires I purchased would be delivered I decided to go with a different size they had in stock at the same price. I asked about tire rotation since it wasnt mentioned on the invoice and the salesman Jeff told me their policy. I mentioned its not on their invoice and he said I could just write it down myself. (?).When they were finished I was told the tires were $20 more. Had it not been blizzarding I would have told them to put the old tires back on and return my $660.Get any quote in writing (the price can change in the half hour it takes to install) and as far as their after sale policies, bring a pen with you so you can write it down yourself - as though that would be binding. Traveling through Montana my front tire became loose and lost a lug nut leaving me stranded on the side of the interstate. Called L.P Anderson and everyone I dealt with was extremely helpful! Went above and beyond to find the right lug nut for my after market wheels and special lug nut key! Drove out to assist me. Then after it was fixed they made sure to have me test it out and then rechecked everything! They made my unfortunate situation a lot less nerve racking! If you live in Billings or just traveling through and need assistance I highly recommend calling them!

I have been dealing with these guys for 40 years. We moved away for a while but came back & went straight to LP the next time we needed tires. They are competitive but even if they were high I wouldnt dream of going elsewhere to save a few pennies. Because of how I have been taken care of over the years, I tell everybody about LP.

After being told it would take 4 hours at tireama on gable lp sent 2 guys to my location to replace 8 drive tires on my commercial vehicle. Finished by hand (no tire machine) in just under an hour. Amazing service! #goodserviceishardtofind

I dont normally take the time to write reviews, but after todays experience I feel like I must. To make a long story short, we have spent the last 24 hours in Billings having some unexpected work done on our 39 ft fifth-wheel. The last bit of it, a wheel alignment, was scheduled for 4:00 this afternoon, which meant just killing another day on our trip home. Imagine our surprise when we got a call at 8:45 this morning. It was Jeff at LP Anderson saying they had had a cancellation and could get us in this morning. From my perspective, Jeff could have just enjoyed a slow morning with a coffee break. He didnt have our cell phone number and could have easily not worried about the out-of-towners who clearly arent going to add to his local business. Instead he called the repair shop where he knew we had been the day before, got our number, and had us on the road by 10:30. Great business with employees who go above and beyond!
