I expected the job to last 90 minutes but they got it done in 30 minutes. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. When I got in the car I saw a thank you card along with a brochure about how to take care of the new windshield. The staffs service is outstanding! I will definitely go there again if I need another windshield done even though they are 100 mi away because they are that good.

Shout out to the team at Glass Specialists of Billings. I got in my vehicle this morning to discover water was leaking from somewhere around the windshield area. I panicked and got ahold of Matt at Glass Specialists, knowing that I probably wouldnt have a fix for a while (glass and employees are both in short supply at the moment). Less than an hour I had a brand new windshield installed in my rig along with a card thanking ME for my business (they are the ones who saved me, I didnt realize how dangerous it was that I was driving around with a compromised windshield). Replacing my windshield and calibrating they said it would take about 3 hours, it was an hour and a 1/2 very professional service.

I was referred to Glass Specialist from my dealership after I got a huge rock chip that kept spreading. Jason and the team were super friendly from the start and worked tirelessly to help me out. Since my car is brand new it was very difficult to get my particular windshield in. Jason called all the time with updates and kept me in the loop. I finally, after 3 months of Jason trying to find and have my windshield delivered, it came in! I was scheduled less than a week later and it was installed in less time than he told me it would take. These guys and gals are top notch and I recommend them 100 out of 10!!!

They were fast, very friendly, great workmanship, best of all there were no extra charges. I owed what I was quoted. The price was also very competitive, as I had called around and received some quotes.It is not a big deal, however they left me a thank you card which was signed by staff. Just a nice touch to give you that small home town feel.

The window and installation was almost cheaper than Toyota wanted for just the glass. I had an appointment, they got me in on time and we’re done within an hour. I went in today with my one year old daughter, as a walk-in, looking for a windshield replacement. Even though they were busy, they had a cancelation and managed to squeeze me in on the spot. Everyone, from customers to ALL employees I encountered were so friendly, even with my one year old daughter yelling and enjoying the echo of her voice inside their lobby. My truck was also cleaner when I picked it up than when I dropped it off. They vacuumed the front and wiped down the entire dash and left me a very kind thank you card. Had a hard time locating a windshield for my 85 Toyota truck, due to Covid etc. Glass Specialists found one finally. Matt and the crew did a great job putting my windshield in!! I had a set of factory clips for my molding but the truck is old along with the factory moldings and Matt needed more clips to hold the molding down. He had a set too and used them WOW!!! LUCKY FOR ME!!! The windshield looks great, its hard to get use to such a clear view looking forward, the old windshield was 20 plus years old!!! I was in to get the windshield on my 2015 Outback replaced after a rock hit an existing chip and created a crack across the windshield. I was quickly checked in, the staff was unbelievably friendly (like more than I reasonably feel I should expect), and while they quoted me 90 minutes for the replacement, it took around 65-70 minutes, tops. They handled my questions quickly and professionally and I walked away feeling like I paid for exactly what I got. Then I got to my car…there was a hand written note with their signatures on it. Maybe I was raised a little old fashioned, but to be willing to hand write a letter and personally sign for the work you completed definitely made me feel like every little possible detail was accounted for and that my safety and satisfaction was their absolute #1 concern. Hopefully I won’t be back for at least a little while haha, but if something were to damage my windshield again, I certainly know where I’ll be going back to.

I would definitely recommend Glass Specialist if you need a windshield replaced. They are very professional and friendly at the same time. Ive unfortunately had to have my windshield replaced 3 times, and every time Ive been very happy with their service.

The crew helped to troubleshoot an issue with a new windshield error code. It was a very obscure error that the team took as much time as needed to fix, even going so far as to totally replace the windshield. I absolutely love this place! Theyve replaced my windshields in the past and and I go in to get the glass treatments. They are professional but a fun bunch. I dont take my vehicles anywhere else.

Wouldnt even try to fix my chipped widow, crack too long they said. They wanted $750 to replace windsurfing. I think giving it a chance to fix the chip, without guarantee, would be well worth it. Ive had bigger chips and cracks fixed, and they lasted years. No harm in trying!?!?

I was 15-20mins early and was greeted right away by the front desk. They checked me in and drove my truck into the shop right away. It was about an hour to an hour and a half long wait. Nice place to sit around and wait though. The hand written thank you card was a really nice touch. Highly recommend to anyone

I came in early they were able to get me in and out very quickly. hopefully will not have to use them again, but if the windshield breaks or cracks again, they will be the first place I call.

These guys were right in top of everything. Got an easy text quote, fast appointment and they were done in an hour. They made sure the dash and carpet were cleaned and left a couple very courteous notes after. They have a small waiting area and coffee available with shopping within walking distance.
