Parts arrived quickly and install was performed in a timely and professional fashion with techs making sure things were to my standards and answering all questions. Id give ZERO stars if that was available. Dont trust the sneaky, lying salesmen that show up at your door. For the past six months Ive been trying to get assistance on a security system that has not been working. Was basically told it was my problem. I finally got through to someone to disconnect service (Ive called several times and the supposed tickets created for someone to call me back for that seem to just disappear) and go with someone actually local and reliable, I got told we owe a fortune for the remaining service. NONE of the previous customer service reps mentioned any of this.

Comtech did an excellent job installing a large flat screened TV in our living room. They advised us on proper placement and size of the TV, along with the best choice of wall bracket. They made the arrangements for the electrician to run the proper wiring, so that no cords are showing. They even placed all of our components in our new cabinet (which they helped move into place). This was a surprise for my husbands birthday and they were very accommodating to make sure it was done in a timely fashion and kept a surprise. Thank you for a professional job!

I am so happy I chose Comtech to install my new television and soundbar system! Erik did a great job explaining all of the different options on the remote, something I would not have known otherwise. For instance the difference between music surround sound vs. movie sound! I absolutely love it! The customer service is excellent! Im so glad I went through Comtech rather than a box store. They installed a home theatre system with 6 speakers and multiple component pieces, hid the wires so they did not show, mounted a large tv on the wall. The 2 man crew were very friendly, knowledgeable, did not rush, took the time to do the job right, took off their shoes before entering (!) and overall did a fantastic job at a fair price considering the time they spent. Would recommend to anyone!
