Was looking for a decent priced but nice kitchen table. Went to the other furniture stores. I remember seeing Timesquare Furniture & Mattress on the internet and thought we would check it out. Dont buy the insurance (not worth the fight). However Time Square is doing what they can to help us out as they know that the damage should be covered. I am please with the customer service to fix our couch and ottoman.

Not great service if you have a issue they will ignore it a hope you go away. products are lower quality I will find a new furniture store to spend my money with.My first post gave them three Stars because the product was poor and response was just as bad.this post has been moved to the lowest one star because its not just cheep products but the poorest employee and product you can find.

We were very happy with the sales lady and she did her best to assist us. We ordered a table, six chairs and a bench thinking we could have plenty of chairs for extra guests. We did this all by looking at a picture and we had nothing in the store to see as an example. The chairs came and were massive. They cant all fit around the table. We wanted to return one chair and the owner wouldnt take it back. All this to say after spending $2,500 I wont be going back.Customer service is bad.

Summer took very good care of my wife and I. She worked to get us a great deal on all the furniture we purchased. She listened to what our needs were and worked to provide good solutions. Very satisfied with the service they provided!

We have purchased furniture from almost every furniture store in Billings over the years and when we were looking for a new living room set we shopped around. We decided to check out Time Square and they showed us the top of their line set and told us it would last us longer than any we had purchased before (the prior set was actually purchased at Furniture Row and was still looking good when we sold it after 10 years). The price wasnt low by any nature but for longevity and quality it didnt matter. Fast forward a few months and the material starts to come apart. We contact them and after some back and forth they come pick it up and reupholster it saying that it must have been a bad batch, ok I can understand that. Well fast forward again and the material is doing the exact same thing. We contact them and they tell us that it is what it is and they have no interest in helping (basically retaining us as customers). I hope that my review helps to make your decision easier on where to go and where not to go when you are looking to buy furniture.

Ive been here a few times, and while Ive never bought anything, I can safely say the selection is very good. The prices can be very high, but there seem to be frequent sales that give great deals. My main complaint is more of a personal one. I hate being hounded by sales people, and that always happens to me here. On my last visit one sales person approached me and my roommate several times, often interupting our conversation about our planning for the house we were moving into. She wasnt particularly rude, but it was very annoying to me.

My back is going to love my new bed! Summer was a great help. She helped find exactly what I was looking for.After receiving my new bed and mattress, I found that the mattress didnt fit the bed. Time squares respond was that just how they make them. In otherword to bad. If I wanted to return I had to do it in one hour to do it, as they have same day return policy. Went to Matress King and found one that fit. They even said the would take it back if I wasnt completely satisfied. Same price, better matress and better customer relations and service. Wont be going back to Times Square anytime soon. That would be my last stop.

Are you kidding me!? These guys absoLUTEly jumped through a TON of hoops to get our mattress set purchased and delivered EVEN with a brand new 7 inches of snow on the ground! Amazing! Fantastic shopping experience coupled with KLOVE playing in the store!? I cant say enough good things! This is where we will buy from now on...

I was desperately looking for a mattress....and I do mean desperately. My current he mattress is so old, Im pretty sure it was used as a background prop for some renaissance paintings. Anyways, I called down there, because the prices arent listed on their website. Im assuming this is because they have sales, and have better things to do than update their website every two weeks. Better things like....providing awesome customer service. Seriously. It was amazing.My salesperson wasnt even a salesperson. She was the designer of the store, and she helped me like it was her own business. I wasnt looking to spend big bucks, as Im a single mom of two, and spending time in my own bed isnt something I do a lot of, since I am lucky to get six hours of sleep without a tiny human peeling my eyes open, telling me its time to get up before dawn, and that they want waffles with syrup...but not *too* much syrup...and the waffles cut just-so.Thats besides the point. But still...yknow...pray for me.Anyways. So, (Im pretty sure her name was Laura? Please excuse my memory, and refer to lack of sleep in previous paragraph). (Also refer to the fact that its 4:30 am). (Yes; the tiny humans are up). (Yes, I made waffles).Laura showed me beds, and she had picked one out for me before I even got there, based just on our phone conversation. I need a plush bed, as apparently my 35 year-old body has decided its not going to do its job and stay out together, and so Im in a lot of pain. She showed me a mattress that was the plushest thing Ive ever sat down on in my life. Then Laura was like, Lay down on it, and she got us pillows, even.Oh, I didnt mention I had a tiny human with me. My eleven year-old tiny human was treated just as well as I was, even though its pretty obvious she has no money and no credit score.We found an insanely plush bed that was on sale for $599, down from over $1,000. Then Laura was just like, Go ahead and just lay there, or try out other beds and look around...no rush. Then she just...WALKED AWAY AND LEFT US ALONE. I mean that in the best way humanly possible. There was no hassling, no trying to make me buy something I didnt want, etc. It gave me time to go look at other mattresses as well, as I was willing to shell out more cash for the right bed. I looked at gel beds, but I just didnt like them as much as a pillow top (I know; youre better than me because you like gel beds). Anyways, I decided I liked the $599 mattress and wanted to talk about financing.Laura reconvined with me and my tiny human, and we decided on the Heaven Mattress. She told me she doesnt handle financing, as shes not even a salesperson. Seriously, she did all the work of selling a mattress and wouldnt even get the credit for it. Thats awesome customer service. Anyway, she took us up to a woman named Summer who was down-to-earth and really nice.My credit is rebuilt, because I recently got out of a bad relationship which also left me in financial ruin (p.s. we need a site where we can rate exes, so others know to avoid them). I needed 90-day financing, with no big credit check needed, and got approved. I was nervous all the sudden. I needed to go deposit $50 in my account for the application fee, which I didnt mind.So I left to go deposit the money. But when I left, I looked over in the car at my eleven year-old tiny human, and I thought, I love you, dear tiny human, but...you and your tiny human brother are expensive. Maybe I can wait on this whole mattress thing.... And I waited. HahaI basically was too scared to commit myself to $200 payments per month, because Im one of those idiots who puts their kids first (eye roll). (Just kidding). But I ended up being too afraid to buy. I probably could have done it, but I have to be careful with spending. No fun.But this place is AMAZING. Even though I regret not buying a mattress that day, I was extremely impressed with this place and their customer service. Their store is clean, organized, great pricing, nice people, great location. Its awesome!!

While the store is wonderful and has a large selection of furniture, my husband and I were extremely offput by a rude sales associate named Laurie, who made a sexual jokes and comments that were very inappropriate for a place of business when we mentioned we were looking for a mattress. Would not go back and will be purchasing our bed elsewhere.

I asked the salesperson about ordering a table I had seen on the sales floor a few months ago. She said she knew the one and ordered it. It was the wrong one and I got stuck paying the restocking fee because of her mistake. I will never shop there again!
