I am on the search for a certain tool and Industrial Sales and Services was recommended to me. So I call and was transferred to Sales and Keith was the gentleman who answered. After I gave him the description of the tool I was looking for he was extremely rude and laughed at me for even asking the question. He is representing your company in sales and instead of trying to help me find this tool which I have called other companies who carry an array of tools that was very helpful in trying to find this tool for me and recommended you guys your representative was EXTREMELY rude. I own a company here in Billings and your company could have been very useful to mine but I will never bring business to your company after my experience with Keith.
