Extremely poor communication and unexpected delays. I give thanks to the government for not allowing me to use a different distributor that actually takes their business seriously and delivers goods in a timely manner. Perhaps Neighbourhood Diabetes should invest the money they are saving in using offshore support into better management and a more efficient notifications system.

I have never received such poor customer service while trying to make a purchase. I have called three times this week and spent over an hour and a half on the phone trying to speak with someone to order a CGM transmitter , all three times i have been told someone would call me back before the end of the day. now it is Saturday and someone finally called and not on the number supplied. a message was left and i cannot understand what the person was trying to convey, and when i call back the number they left there is no place to type the extension that was left. all i get is a message that they are closed.Well done Neighborhood, i will be on the phone with my insurance carrier that says i have to purchase supplies from Neighborhood and let them know exactly what a pleasurable week it has been trying to do business with you.Fred

Ive been trying for several weeks for get supplies for my child but for whatever reason they cant seem to work through getting me what my child needs. Ive never wrote a negative review in my life but this is the worst experience Ive ever had with any company ever!! Terrible service - the people on the phone give me a different story every time I call. Im actively searching for a new company. Since they were purchased by Liberty Medical is has all gone downhill - Brutal all around!!

In the past few weeks, it has been very difficult to reach customer service, with incredibly long hold times (a few months ago, I rarely waited at all to speak to a representative). I have been unable to reach a customer service representative yet to reorder supplies. I am hoping they will remedy this situation soon - Im sure Im not the only customer in need of diabetes supplies.

If I could put zero stars, I would. This company is in the business of withholding medical supplies from people whose lives depend on it. This company took over 6 weeks to get a replacement sensor for my continuous glucose monitor, and finally processed it when I called them and told them I had instructed my husband to spend every penny of my life insurance on suing them for withholding my life saving device if i died in my sleep. I had the device the next morning. This is one of at least 20 issues Ive had dealing with them over the last 5 years. They dont send supplies regularly, even though they say they send a reminder i havent gotten one in years. I really hate them.

Have had nothing but trouble since they relocated. Cant get my pump supplies on time and they say its an error in their system every time. Have to call every month for more dexcom inserts and always end up going at least a week without.

Incapable of processing paperwork in a timely fashion, spent time harassing doctor for scripts that they already had but never put through system properly. Pump supplies promised overnight 3 days in a row, when called after 4th day they apparently didnt see scripts in the system. Doc control specialist assured scripts had been in, but order never shipped. No care in the world for peoples health.

Since they restructured, dealing with them about Dexcom supplies has been fruitless. Ive been out of supplies for 2 months, called them at least 10 times. these are not skin beauty products, these are medical supplies my life depends on, and the number one response is let me transfer you...,

Ive never written a bad review (or any review at all) about a company. Im beside myself trying to get the most basic order filled through Neighborhood Diabetes. Since the sale to Liberty Medical things are just awful. I will fill my last order with them, if I can, then move on.

Horrible! Have to always wait at least 10-20 minutes to speak to someone. I was told to re order my CGM sensors for the following month as soon as I receive my current months supply. My son is a week on his last sensor they told me it was shipping out a week ago! I called and was told oh it ready to be shipped. I said it hasnt even shipped yet?????? How long?? 7-10 business days?????? Im about the flip my lid!!

Dangerous Medical Supply Company..We have a 2 year old type 1 diabetic and for 4 months they have told us that her CGM, and pump supplies were in the mail, and 4 4 months they have not arrived, with them citing that her pre-auth or script needs to be renewed, and then we confirmed that they have an active pre-auth and script, and just failed to look at it. Now again, month 4, they are not sending her supplies, and she twice went into life threatening hypoglycemia. Thanks neighborhood. You just won a law suit that we are working on actively. Please protect yourself and you child and do not use them......

The co needs to be revamped! You have to wait 20+ minutes every time you call. Unacceptable and if you can, use another company
