Ive been to this location a few times and they made my favorite drink (Mocha Cookie Crumble) perfectly! Love it. I had to wait a good while for some croissants but no biggie.

This Starbucks is very busy in the morning because of the location that they are in, but they do a great job going through each customer nicely and efficiently! I love to get my Matcha Green Tea here. Stephenie was very nice and answered all my questions even though I know she was busy.

I like the service but the drinks not so much they always seem watered down

My favorite place to go when I have an extra 10 minutes to enjoy the mouth watering magnificent aroma of the Great Pacific Northwest Starbucks unfortunately my funds were cut short for numerous covid reasons and I only get to enjoy it once in a while which makes it memorable of the friendly staff comical conversations and their customer relationships make for a great day

Location is brand new. Restrooms are kept clean and their staff is very friendly and welcoming. Our drinks are usually fast and to our liking. Would recommend to anyone wanting an I-20 pit stop for coffee.

I’m not one to ever write a review, but the employees at this Starbucks location really went above and beyond for me today. I was warmly greeted by two employees upon first entering the store. I asked them for drink recommendations and they provided great suggestions for my order. My drink was completed quickly and was absolutely delicious! The barista even asked me what size water I would like when I requested a cup of water!! I ventured outside to set up my laptop to get some work done using their wifi but was unable to get my laptop to turn on. Thinking there might be an issue with the outlets, I returned inside to ask for help. The woman who helped me (I believe she is the manager) was so incredibly kind and attentive! She reset the breaker for the patio outlets, she then walked with me outside to make sure they were working and stayed with me until the issue was fixed (it was my laptop!!). She also told me I would be welcome to stay as long as I needed to get my work done! I could not have asked for better service and am very grateful for all the help I received today! Thank you!!

Due to the prices I dont go often. Love that there is more than coffee to order.

My mobile and in person orders are constantly getting messed up at this particular location and today they completely handed me someone elses drink.My drinks constantly come melted and one time even tasted metallic.

Drove to Big Spring Starbucks for a coffee and WiFi. After having difficulty connecting the strength was 1mb download and .79 upload. I researched before coming here what would be the best place to get internet and Starbucks were said to have 51 mb download- SO for the record- it doesn’t at this location. ALSO- the hot tea and Passion tea I had along with cheese and salami were all fine and good quality- ranking of one star is for WiFi. Its been a whileSince I visited this location and I’M HERE TO REPORT- same, horrible WiFi- go somewhere else.

Starbucks is such an amazing place for coffee and for a great atmosphere. They can get a little pricey but for the quality of the coffee it is totally worth it! The people are so sweet and they were great with my and my family! I 100% recommend going too starbucks.

Couldnt get the mix on the drink tried 2 times and failed, this happened yesterday evening shift

Although it takes a long time to get your coffee at this location (under-staffed), the coffee is always really, really good. The store and bathrooms are also clean.

This location is normally very fast && really friendly too. The restrooms are clean. The parking lot is a little tight. Ive ordered a variety normally iced caramel latte

SUPER SLOW! Been here 3 times in the last week. Different times of day. Early morning, evening, and weekend afternoon. Each time it took at least 20-25 minutes to get through drive-thru. Today, (weekend afternoon) it took over 40 minutes! And I had done mobile order, thinking I could pick it up inside, but nope! Drive thru only! Doors were locked

Needed caffeine on the road. Facilities were neat and clean. Place was busy but not crazy. Barista was helpful in my selection and I denied up with a pour over which I haven’t tried before. The experience was much better than expected. The coffee wasn’t as bitter or crazy hot as the usual Pikes Place drip on offer. Took longer to make but was ultimately worth the time. Good location along a busy interstate. Access on and off is easiest Eastbound.

I placed an order in the Starbucks app for pick-up inside. Beforehand, I checked the Starbucks app, Starbucks website, and Google Listing and all said that “Inside Pick-Up” was available, I mean the app did give me an option for it, cause I knew drive-through would be busy so I ordered ahead.. only to arrive and inside pick-up was not available. So I waited in drive-thru for extra 20 mins for my drink that was ready when I arrived (as my app said).. First world problem, I know, but I love the pre-order feature so much and I use it all the time, especially since Covid, so this was the first time ever for me that pre-order seemed useless but wish they would just fix that in the app and the website. 🙄 I mean, I’ll be back lol pretty sure it’s the only Starbs in Big Spring 🤷‍♀️😂

This location (I-30 & Broadway) is usually hopping any time of the day but the staff has always been GREAT at keeping up with orders to keep your wait time limited, orders are 99% of the time correct (during a rush, there might be a small mix-up, but its pretty rare and they are ALWAYS happy to make it right!) and orders always taste great!

Baristas are always so welcoming and greeting everyone that comes through the door, even when its hectic and they seem to be on the run. The workers take the time to check on you, get your drinks and food in a timely manner all while having a smile on their face. I live in Midland but come up here for work and always wait to get my Starbucks fix until I hit Big Spring because of their kindness and efficiency.

If you are traveling DO NOT STOP HERE. I went inside and it took 25 min Just for me to get my drink. They did drive thru drinks the whole time and cold drinks (people who got there after me) before they did mine. That is ridiculous.

Great fast service. Friendly staff. If they make your drink wrong, theyll fix it. The dining area is clean and lots of seating. Good music to listen to. The bathrooms are kept clean as well. Overall, a great place to relax and drink coffee or tea. And they have more stuff available not listed on the menu.

Me and my grandma drove all the way from forsan today/Tuesday 21 to Starbucks to see that it was closed! If your hours are going to be 8am to 12pm why not just close it or put on your website that it has changed! Thank you.

Really good!! Good customer service cashier waited patiently while I decided what to order. Assisted me with making my decision. BTW, I was in work clothes and was treated the same as the other white collars .

Went through the drive through. They had run out of an item I was looking for.The service is extremely slow.

Super slow! We were driving through town with a quick stop. There was only one person in front of us and two people working. We saw our drink sitting there for 5 minutes while they were working on the order behind us. The barista satar drink down and we waited five minutes for the cashier to get us. He was busy helping with the next order. I think they forgot about us, but did not even say sorry for the wait. Pretty strange. Not like we waited long, but first for us with service quality. The drink was good. The barista was helpful, but the guy she was working with was not.

The absolute worst Starbucks I have been too including the customer service there. Not that my small order will make a difference but I will never stop there again.

If you consider yourself A coffee connoisseur, then youll also love the Starbucks here as well. The employees seem very happy every time Ive been here. Which has always translated into very delicious drinks for me😍. And as a perk, they have an app you can install on your phone. That way you can pre-order and pay as well for your order ahead of time!

Starbucks has consistent standards but this location really sets the bar. This is now become a regular stop for us while travelling in West Texas. Pleasant, relaxed and helpful staff with drinks and food that always hit the mark. Highly recommend!

Fast service, professional and nice workers.

Be careful if you order hot coffee. I was handed my latte and the lid was not on all the way. Hot liquid spilled all over my hands, my lap, and my car seat. The barista still attempted to hand me the rest of my order as I’m trying to get the lid on the cup. No apology, just “would you like some napkins?” from her.

The barista fixed my coffee exactly right. It was so good on a cold day.

So far I have not found a Starbucks that deserves anything less than four stars. Sometimes you may have to wait, but thats okay. There are like only 3 or 4 baristas and arent we all a little impatient anyway? Good job guys!

Good, nice friendly people ! Wait times vary. Early morning, no problem, (5-7a). Anything between 7a-930a, expect a 20 min wait minimum! Some times they forget to check there Mobile orders, so if you dont wanna wait too long during the peek 7a-930a, I suggest you order at least 15 mins before you arrive.

They have coffee but not in the size you want.They are typically out of that anytime you order.The day I can go in and order my drink in the correct size and the pastry of my choice, Ill bump it up a star.It truly is a hit or miss store.(Went in again today 5/4/18, ordered drinks and they are still out of pastries of all sorts. I asked who does the ordering so I could help with analytics and the barista brushed it off with a laugh).5/8/2018 - as promised, i have another star. They had drinks and pastries available.Update: 11/20/2018 I removed a star. When a young lady asked about food, they said were out of that... so she asked why there was food in the display and the cashier replied in case someone wants to know what we offer.Basically, if you want coffee...they have it. If you want food, go elsewhere.

Baristas were very helpful and made my drinks to order. Many options if you are dairy free on your drinks. Soy, almond, coconut milk. Just make sure to ask. The mobile app is great!

Good starbuck. They never get my london fog correct but every thing else is great plus they always make it right and try to get my tea correct. Most of the time the rest rooms are clean and it is easy to access the location. The parking is good and the store for the most part is clean. The drive through is slower than Id like but Im just grateful there is a starbucks.

I waited in the drive thru for 15mins (that wasnt the problem) When I got to the window to pay for my order, the only $ I had was a $100 bill. The girl told me that it was against Starbucks policy to take 100 dollar bills and that I had to get change. Once I got the change and waited another 10mins to pick up my order, she gave me the Frappuccino that was made 20 minutes earlier when I originally ordered... It was completely melted😡 Apparently customer service isnt very important to this Starbucks.

This store is one of the best starbucks I have ever been too. I sat and witnessed a customer (who has left an ugly review about a barista) harass this poor girl when she was only trying to do her job. My heart broke for her! She held herself and composure so well while mr Eugene Snyder unnecessarily attacked her for not giving him enough cream. All I have to say, is you guys are outstanding employees and the reason I choose to come to this store over any other! Keep it up and don’t let people who aren’t happy in their lives affect yours!

Customer service is inconsistent. Tonight all the floors and tables were dirty. We were unsure where to sit. With four people behind the counter and only one guest in the store, cleanliness should have been a priority. In the mornings, cleanliness and customer service is perfect.
