This has to be the best autozone I have ever visited. Jerry and Dilan were extremely helpful! they help me troubleshoot a coolant issue and they went above and beyond. they are the definition of customer service. Thank you so much! Give them a raise!!!

I came in to get some parts for my truck. This may not be true for all the employees but the guy helping me out wasnt much help. And on top of the bad service he gave me the wrong parts. Took them back and went to O Rileys and got the right parts for 30 dollars cheaper. I m not too knowledgeable when it comes to fixing cars so I appreciate that O Rileys took the time to give me an explanation in the parts and what my different options were. They didnt just try to sell me the most expensive parts with no options like autozone.

I went because my battery was bad and the first employee told me that one of their machines had to say it was bad but both of their machines wasnt recognizing there was a battery kept saying check connections so I ended up having to go to Walmart to buy a battery came back put it in and had the second employee test my alternator which it passed I told him what happened with the other battery and he said that he would help me out and give me the refund of the prorated battery there was still under warranty where the first employee was giving me a hard time that he had to follow the rules but the second employee made my night bye refunding me the prorate value of the battery that was under warranty still at AutoZone but I ended up buying a new one from Walmart because the first employee wouldnt help me without a machine saying that my battery was bad...Transaction #919931Thank you second employee, sorry I didnt catch his name and I dont see it on the receipt thats why I put the transaction number receipt #759393Store #1517

Service, customer service was good. When one associate was having difficulty with a customer, another associate stepped up to resolve the issue. I didnt like being past over to another associate who was having trouble with a different customer, but I understood they were keeping things flowing to get people out the store expeditiously. I would have appreciated being ask if I wanted to wait for my original sales associate or allow someone else to help me. Nonetheless, we got in the Zone!

Unaware of missing bolts to hood latch until hood flew up and hit my windshield !! 😡 The nicest State Trooper saved me from the roadside and the kindest professionals at this store saved my trip. I think they went above and beyond to help me in the time of my distress. I cant recall their names but I hope you remember me 😂 God bless you all.

The staff were great. The computer system is their only down fall. They input information and the computer changes it to what ever it feels like displaying. The warranty kept changing on the vehicle I have to a vehicle I never owned. Always check and keep your receipts.

Just terrible I bought 1 injector for 49 dollars and some more stuff and I used my 20 dollar autozone rewards. next day I wanted to return the injector and now they only refunded me 29 and didnt give me back my full orginal price switch was 49. Sadly not satisfied

Bought a head light here. Had to replace the other side approximately 6 months ago, it was $10 less at the Auto Zone in Lamesa. It is worth the drive to go to the store in Lamesa.

Auto Zone thank you for installing a battery for me l have a broken back and cant lift the battery out of my van, l was at HEB grocery shopping and van would not start had to get someone to give me a boost so since OReilly was just across the street l went there first , was about to pay for battery and asked if they could please install it , they said no, so l said ok l will go check with Auto Zone they didnt care , so l drove to Auto Zone and they happily installed it for me, this means l will no longer be shopping at OReilly you got my business Auto Zone . I like Auto Zone very much. Because they are friendly and very helpful on anything that you may ask information on. Other than that , they helped on installing the wipers on my vechicle. Thank very much Auto Zone!!!!

If you know what part you need I suggest looking it up yourself. There are a few that know there stuff but if you know mechanics just look up and give them the parts number....way better.

Amazing help , friendly people. They took great care of me. Oriellys could not , no knowledge at oreillys. People on their phones, they were very unprofessional . Autozone was not, all dressed for business. They helped me very fast and new what i was asking for . The store looked great also.

There are too many managers and they DO NOT know the meaning of customer service. Yes they help but they dont even acknowledge the customers walking through the door and let them know they will be with them as soon as possible

The management and staff here in Big Spring Texas go over the top to give each person excellence in customer service, they dont try to take advantage of the fact that i am a woman.
