Pretty neat and clean building except the restrooms and shoe area. Prices are a little high end but reasonable for the product quality. The workers are typically not very nice or attentive but the store itself is well maintained and organized so you can usually find your way around yourself.

Its just a bummer that all it is is a clothing and jewelry store. Nothing else to offer the community but more clothes and jewelry. Id rather see it a place where you can get housewares and linens, accessories and home decor.

No winter coats for women yet, young cashier over charged me, didnt give me my percent off on sale sweaters, left store , didnt seem right, checked receipt, went right back handed been gone 15 min store closed,lights out! Live 45 min away, now have to go all the way back tomorrow! Not happy! Never ever had this problem before at jc Penneys! Love to shop there!

Lots of selection and styles. Not crazy about the store set up. (Racks, etc.) CSRs at the jewelry counter are very nice and helpful.

The staff is very friendly, and its a relatively slow store so you can always find someone to help you find what iylt is youre looking for by and associate who is seemingly happy to help. So in my opinion four 4-stars is is definitely deserved despite the selection not being able to be described asan overabundance of choices.

I went to the JcPenny store to have my ring repaired which has had the same stone fall out twice in a very short time frame. Garret was amazing with being thorough! All of my experiences at this JcPenny have been amazing with all of the staff. They are very helpful!

Friendly cashiers and unbelievable deals! I saved so much money since they had an additional 50% off their clearance items. The selection was very large too!

Not really impressed. Dont have much for clothes. I always feel awkward going in there too. The employees overly watch and make it weird. I feel like I am getting judged

This store may be small but it is packed with clothing, especially womens. Id like to see more little boys and girls items but understand the limited space problem. Sales people were friendly. Also, limited parking poses a problem.

There is always some sort of sale going on and they have a pretty good selection of clothing, shoes and jewelery. Anything else you want you have to order on-line and since its a smaller store sometimes they arent included in some of the specials (like sephora).

If you are into over priced skinny jeans or high waist mom jeans... this is for you. Anyone inbetween those styles, you will not find what youre looking for (as far as jeans).They have a very small kids area (this is the smallest JCPenneys Ive ever seen. Found my grandson a few cute T-shirts at reasonable prices.Its very hit & miss at this store.

Not enough product! Missing items. No winter jammies and nighties. I tried for tikes pjs for boys and girls. Slippers as well. There were also racks of clothes so close together we can not get all the way around them.

Went here with my husband and his grandmother. He was unable to find any clothing styles he liked, and their plus size womens section was a joke. They didnt have any plus size jeans, and the tops were all for older women.

Great selection and sizes available! I hate ordering clothes online because they never are the right size....(ie) each brand of shorts or jeans fits different. One size of 38 waist is the other brands 40! At least at Jc Penny, they have many dressing rooms and the associates dont look at u like ur gonna rip off the clothes, if u take multiple sets of the same brands of pants. They r extremely helpful, friendly and courteous! PLEASE DONT GO OUT OF BUSINESS!

Looked at me wierd the whole time I was shopping and then overly checked all the things I was buying as if I were trying to hide something to steal!!! It was imbarrassing and something I would never do and now will never go back to be treated as scum!!!! I would of spent more if the people would of been more professional and friendly!!

They dont carry big enough bra sizes for my wife. Only reason we go here is for them.
