This place has such good coffee! I really wish they would just expand everywhere! Give Starbucks some competition! They need it!! Best part about this place, they have a size you want. Buy the big cup, you will not be disappointed, it will last you a long drive!!

Went in 2 days ago and one of the workers is sitting there with no mask or gloves just coughing all over everything including her hands. she’s the one who handled my drink. i’m now sick..

Ordered 2 cold brews, a teddy bear, and a latte for the group. All were not good. Coffee seemed acidic.

Always have really good sandwiches. Timely service. Something was burning while we were there so there was an electric smell through the whole place. Had to leave it got so bad.

Love the coffee I always get a iced Carmel mocha. Its kinda strong and keeps me awake. You can get it hot. (Your welcome)

Allows make my drinks perfect. The food is amazing as well. This is my favorite place to go for food, coffee, smoothies (creme freeze), energy boosters. Really all inclusive. And my girls love answering the tip questions. I truly can not say enough good things about this location. Not all Biggby locations are like this one though. I would not recommend the Greenville MI location. Big Rapids is the best.

Usually a great experience and drinks are always fantastic. My last stop, however, customer service was atrocious. Employees were snippy and too busy conversing with themselves to be kind.

A cozy place nested in the middle of the a corporate strip mall, Biggby is an adequate coffee shop with good atmosphere and a relaxed staff. Their specialty drinks are punchy, but their coffee isnt particularly good and their baked goods possess a film of manufactured quality that comes from a truck.

My heart belongs to good coffee and I got a most delicious dark roast at Biggby. Service was professional and expedient. The wait was much shorter than I had anticipated.

Love biggby!! Best coffee in town a lil pricey but you pay for the quality!! They sell coffee beans or grounds, cups, food. You can buy hot, iced or frozen! I recommend frozen. Always smells good and they staff is always smiling and kind. Spotlessly clean. Offer rewards so remember to use your biggby card if you dont have one ask the barrista for one and they will help you out! My favorite coffee shop ever!

They put items on my bagel I asked them not to. I asked for help with my computer (trying to get on line)...none, theyd rather just chat and joke with each other.

I have always had great service here. The coffee is decent. Good pastries and cookies. You can purchase tea, coffee and accessories. Please encourage them to use fair trade coffee. There is plenty of parking. The bathrooms are clean. Over all a positive experience.

Great selection. Smells wonderful when you walk in! All staff members are very courteous. The only drawback to this location is there is no drive through. But if you went through a drive through you would miss the wonderful aromas inside!

It wasnt as good as starbucks or even real tea but its good enough to recommend if your on a tight schedule and nothing else available. Ordered the teddy bear which was more like hot chocolate. Atmosphere and seating is way better than starbucks if you need a spot to chill.

Great espresso. Nice atmosphere to relax and use the computer not feeling like youre bothering anybody. Enjoyed my time there.

If youre ever in big Rapids and want a decent cup of coffee for a really affordable price I would definitely recommend going to biggby coffee. The people are friendly they have rewards cards and theyre college student friendly.

One of the best locations. Very friendly staff and drinks are always made just right. Even though its right by the FSU campus and can get busy, I have never had to wait more than a minute or two. Sometimes there is a good crowd, but its never loud. Always inviting and makes for good company. Glad to bring my business here.

They have a good variety and great options!! I found one location offered almond milk, but another had coconut. Overall, I really like this coffee shop!

Recently had an issue with fundraiser coupons. Customer service was very poor. Why risk losing customers over $2? The coupons book cost 20 bucks and printed on them is this Bigbys location. How can you not take them?

I come here at least twice a week. My wife loves the mocha caramel. And at the risk of loosing my man card, I have to say that its pretty darn good!The service is always quick, and the baristas are always friendly. Not to mention, if youre looking for a relaxing atmosphere to study or chat with friends, this is a great location. Strangely, even though there are generally 10 to 20 people in the shop, its relatively quiet. Yet, somehow theres just enough ambient noise from conversations, cappacino makers, and baristas, to give you that connected feeling.I highly recommend coming here if you need to satiate the java monster in you. And definitely get the Bigby Card to score some free drinks.

Guy barista had a tude. And I asked for real strawberries in my drink and he used strawberry syrup. Biggby in cedar springs is way better.
