I like the fact that I am able to drink fresh clean water knowing there is no bacteria in it. I like the water softener to eliminate the iron rings on my toilets, sinks, and shower. My hair and skin feel softer. When the technician comes out, he is friendly and respectful. He tests the water and the equipment to make sure everything is working as it should. He placed water sensors by the units to notify me if water should leak to prevent damage to my home. Overall, this was a great investment.

Dan and Ron are great. Very professional and knowledgeable. Our water was very high in iron and had a funny smell. I am impressed with the results. I highly recommend this company.

The salesman was great. The installers of our water softener left a mess in our crawl space and our floor. Then they did not deliver our salt when scheduled and never called. We will see if it comes Monday. The softener does work great and is fairly quiet when it recycles.

We just bought equipment from the McCardel Culligan- we LOVE our water now. It was so bad before we almost didnt buy the place we had. I bet the previous owners could have gotten a lot more money for it if they had put in the Culligan system before- but that is good for us! The installer was very professional and we use the drinking water now for everything in the kitchen. We used to own a business and we know how hard it is for good employees. All people at Culligan weve dealt with have been great. Thanks!

After reconnecting with McCardel Culligan, a representative (Ron) was sent out and has taken care of all of our issues. Good place to get a water softener.

I gave a 3 star rating because the delivery service is good but the pricing is awful, especially for seniors. I feel Culligan is sticking it to the seniors by making the cost of salt delivery way too much. A bag of salt is $10.40 plus tax. Then there is the delivery fee of $5.00 which is on top of the salt bag charge. It is hard for seniors to lift salt bags to put into their system so they rely on Culligans delivery service. The extra $5.00 should not be charged; after all, the price per bag of salt delivered is already A LOT MORE than a salt bag picked-up by younger customers.

Culligan has saved my life! Our water is so dirty you cant see the bottom of a tub, or my children while theyre bathing in it. Our well cannot be dug deeper or made shallower as the water table is bad regardless of depth. The extensive machinery we run in this house to have clean usable water would cost us $10-$20k every 5 years without Mccardel. Not only does Pless & Tom do an amazing job explaining everything to us, they also come and test my water any time I have concerns, or need adjustments & we live hours away from their office. Thanks guys for the awesome service & affordable products-clean water is priceless!

While having lunch with the owner one day I pulled up my sleeves and he saw the tattoo on my forearm. my sons name I was fired 3 days later and told customers wouldnt like people with tattoos in their homes. I would find another place to get your water softner.
