They closed the dining room apparently because the teenagers running the place were having a private birthday party of some sort

I asked for extra oreo and got the dust from the bottom of the container. this dairy queen blows. other dairy queen’s are great besides this one. this also happens every single time i go so it wasn’t just this once, this dairy queen actually is horrible

I visit this Dairy Queen a couple days a month.The service is good, and the staff is friendly!I have chosen a Strawberry Sundae, a Hot fudge Sundae, and a peanut butter Shake.( Not at the same time ) and found them to be cold, as well as delicious!🍦🥤🧋There is only one little issue that I could find with the establishment, that is they never seem to have cherries for a topping🙄 ( 1 less ⭐ )Whats a Sundae without a 🍒 for the top🤔Besides that, I like the place.😊

The staff here is really efficient and friendly. The line at the drive-thru can be all the way around the building and they clear it very quickly.They always seem to have a great attitude which is pretty unique these days. If youre craving DQ this is the one to goto.

Cant go wrong with a Dairy Queen.🍦 Although lately I find that they are very stingy/light with the blizzard ingredients. Last few visits had very little to none inside my blizzard.

Service was accurate and super speedy! Because only the drive thru is open at this time, the lines can get pretty long here, so be prepared to have to possibly wait in the shoulder of Route 1, which can get a little hairy at times...we were 7th or 8th in line and the total wait was just over 5 minutes. While I wish we could park and go in so we all could scan the menu with less pressure, thats not D.Q.s fault, so they still earn 5 stars IMO!And they always remember to flip your Blizzards ;)

I have lived in 5 states and been to at least 50 different Dairy Queens in my 43 years. My Dairy Queen in my current home town of Biddeford, is by far the best.. Its always been a cozy little place for my wife and I. Plays 50s and 60s music that always reminds me of my parents... good service team... pretty good speed. Best of all the food they serve ACTUALLY looks like it does on tv and on the marquee... That is a first for any fast food establishment... Alone, that puts them in high regard ... Keep up the great job..

Pretty much every time I come here you get my order wrong. I ordered a medium cookie dough blizzard. I get home and it was made with chocolate ice cream 👎. And plus there is barely any candy in the blizzards.

The amount of ice cream you get in a large is extremely small. Compared to the Dairy Queen in Saco, the larges are smaller than a small twist. They don’t even twist the ice cream, they kind of just blob it on there. Disgrace of a twist if you ask me. Suggest going to Saco one instead during summer months.

Biddeford Dairy Queen, to all the people who complain about sizes they portion them correctly to corporates rules and the size you order. If you order a small, you will be getting a SMALL. If a parent came in and ordered a small cone for their child and then got a cone that is basically a large just wouldn’t make sense. The cookie dough, Heath, M&M and Cookie Jar blizzard all have a form of chocolate sauce mixed in, they do not make blizzards with chocolate ice cream unless specifically asked for. The candy they put in your blizzards is portioned by spoons and the candy they have comes the way it is when you eat your blizzards. Prices are made by corporate and they follow the rules that corporate gives. The owner of the Biddeford Dairy Queen is only the owner of the Biddeford location and has no control over what other Dairy Queen’s decide to do. Thanks for reading my informative review

It took FOREVER for our ice cream to be made. I remember waiting about 15 minutes for 2 Blizzards and there was no one else there besides me and my girlfriend. But otherwise, the ice cream was delicious.

I wish I had taken a picture of the extremely tiny small sized ice cream cone I got.. it was disgusting really. I have seen smaller baby cones and this cost almost 3.00...the girl inside had no personality and just handed it to me as if she were bored. I hope when she grows up she can appreciate the value of the money she earns and wouldn’t want to be served anything like that by anyone.. I predict they won’t be in business 5 years from now. I should have taken the hint that no cars were In Line on such a hot day.. what a waste and it was gone before I hit the red light down the road

BAD SERVICE! Ordered a sandwich with no onions or pickles--pretty simple request, right? Drove home to discover that even though the clerk wrote No Onions on the box, she put onions and pickles in the sandwich. Mistakes happen, I understand so I drove back to get a replacement sandwich. The woman at the counter was sooooo rude--immediately said I didnt do that....and then was quick to blame to young woman behind her. Really bad attitude. Please avoid the bad service

To Small size ice cream sundae

I went to Dairy Queen and I simply ordered a blizzard and in the back room there was a woman named Kim spitting in the cups. Im highly dissapointed with my experience. And after that, my blizzard had THREE peices of cheesecake. I didnt eat it because of the spit, but it was on the top and looked disgusting. This store is horrible and should be shut down by the health services & CDC. I hope your store gets shut down immediately.
