I ordered a BLT from the café. I paid $10 for it. It was 98% lettuce. A 4 inch piece of bacon and two small slices of tomato. Owning my own business, I would like to know if a customer is dissatisfied. I went in and ask for the manager. I was told she was too talk to me. I explain to the staff and was told “sorry”. I don’t think I’ll be going back.

Its nice to have an organic Natural Foods market right here in Biddeford. I find the staff pleasant and helpful. If you frequent stores in nearby cities that offer organic and natural healing options, try shopping local - 🤔you just may be pleasantly surprised 😊. Bottom line - if you havent peeked in New Mornings, you should❣

Went to both stores in Biddeford and Kennebunkport. Both stores have unique offering. The Biddeford store is located downtown and is in walking distance to other downtown stores. Anxiously waiting the re-opening of their cafes.

Great selection of health products, food, small apothecary of tea and herbal remedies, oils, lotions, soaps, chocolates, wines, butters, etc. Clean, nice, healthy, friendly.

Good selection of natural products, but a lot of the food items are overpriced (even compared with other natural food markets).

Great selection of many different foods. Organic produce, from local farms during the summer, chicken from bell and evans , and beef from wee bit farm. Cant get anything better

Fast response on emails. Doesnt carry a full list of items in the store, but instead they try to update their fb and ig with that info. Friendly but only helpful if you ask. I didnt notice anyone asking me if I needed any help. It was my first time there. Thanks for carrying so many different brands. Thats great.

This place has really well-done pre-prepared Foods. They have a great selection of Frozen and refrigerated items as well. The shelves are well stocked with a great variety and selection of foods and vitamins. Its one of my favorite places to go to! Also, the staff is very friendly and helpful.

You can bring your own containers for bulk foods, spices and tea. Staff is always super helpful!

Wish they were open on sundays. would also be nice of they sold local produce & bread. would love if they put scented products in a case instead of near food. good selection of products but a few times i have bought items past date so be sure to check. lucky to have a natural store closer but i think they have room for improvement.

This is the go to spot in town if you are looking for vitamins or supplements or advice on them. Everything you can imagine and then some! Very helpful and knowledgable staff makes this an interesting place to visit.

There are so many products its great but its just a little pricey. Ive found some products for several dollars cheaper at Walmart or shaws.

I wish they stocked Miyokos cheeses, they are simply delicious, but I understand, since theyre rather expensive. But, the selection is pretty good elsewhere in the store. The café is my favorite part, the soup(s) of the day. Yum.

Called and was told to hold ...she was waiting on a customer...held for 10 mins ..hung up called back...no answer...poor customer experience.
