Great small and local dealership to find nice vehicles at a good price. Lloyd is awesome and wants his customers walking away happy and taken care of. Better to support smaller local companies rather than the big box dealers.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE!!!!!!! Went to Auto Appearance to look at a 2000 Dodge Ram 1500 short bed from Facebook marketplace listed for $6995. The truck was decent on the outside other than the fact that they where cleaning it as we pulled up and had already warmed it up which is a red flag already. Upon taking it for a test drive the truck had a check engine light on for the Oxygen sensors another red flag. After jacking up the front end and shaking the tires it was clear that it needed passenger side upper and lower ball joints, sway bar links on both sides, and probably a tie rod on the driver side, big red flags. Under the truck looked good from about 5 feet away but close up the front of the frame had some pretty bad rot right under the radiator supports, giant red flag. The upper radiator hose was squishy as soon as we turned the truck off, and we could take the radiator cap off immediately after driving while the coolant was warmed up, Meaning that the coolant system had a problem holding pressure which is another red flag. The cherry or I should say lemon on top of it all, Is the fact that when we checked the engine oil there was only a touch of jet black oil on the very end of the dipstick, meaning that the engine was about 2qts low on oil and they couldnt even bother to top that off before trying to sell it. The truck was a joke and the guy there trying to fluff it up talking about how its his baby and he doesnt want to sell it is an actual scammer. They are preying on people who dont know what to look for when buying a vehicle and hoping they are too busy fixing the car or diagnosing the car to take recourse on them. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM AUTO APPEARANCE FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY!!

Buyer beware auto appearance sells cars with illegal stickers then refuses to refund your money that you paid for the car I bought a car at auto appearance it was rotted from bumper to bumper llyod hes a court case pending because of this llyod sold me the car with a 90 day old sticker Maine state law is the sticker cant be more than 60 days old buyer beware

WORST customer service ever!!!!! I just bought a car from here and there is something wrong with it. Its letting off a REALLY bad gas smell and all they say it was is the fumes. YET there is a recall on the fuel pump. I will never buy a car from here again!!!!!
