Chris was so nice! He helped us with cutting 2 blinds and while he did he was great with our son and dog. He commented on how our son was wearing a shark hat and shirt and I told him that he loves all sharks. While checking out he found us at the register said I was hoping you were still here! and asked us if he could show our son a picture. He knelt down next to our son and showed him pictures of the sharks he caught. He wasnt wearing his apron anymore, we thought it was so nice that he took the time, possibly on his break to show our 2yr old , (who just had a meltdown right before) some sharks. Really made us smile. Thanks Chris!

Placed an order online to pick up in the store. M18 Batteries. Online said they had plenty, but when I arrived said they were out. They had single packs of the 6.0 but not the double pack of them. So unfortunately I have to wait or go to another store to pick them up. But would like to extend a big thank you to Sam (female associate) for making the disappointing experience a pleasant one. She was funny and a great sport!!! Home Depot I hope recognizes her as a key part to there team. 🙏

Bought a Closetmaid 9-Cube Organizer shelf, and as I followed the directions while putting it together, the materials crumbled apart like Styrofoam. The cardboard box it came in was made of more sturdy material than this shelf. How a store could sell such poorly made materials, says a lot about the business. I literally just threw nearly $70 in the trash. I will never return if this is the quality of products that they sell.The employees were amazing, too bad they work for a store with such low quality standards.My question though is it even worth returning, the garbage product, or will it be a huge hassle?

Hit or miss. Customer service is either very good or very bad, depending on which time you go. So many employees that cant help. (Not my area is the response, while walking away, not willing to find someone who can help).

This visit exceeded my wildest expectations. The lightbulbs were all together in a section dedicated to just lightbulbs. There were no weird fertilizers or sheetrock screws mucking up this lightbulb display. No siree.Self checkout was fast, efficient and peopleless. Just like I hope for.

I have been going to the Biddeford ME Home Depot for over 15 years. I have come when it is super busy and slow. The team works hard to make sure the store stays well stocked. Staff is always helpful and tries to go above and beyond to get you what you need. The manager and his team are well trained and on my most recent visit 6 different people tried to help me. In the end an associate searched the store for what I needed and found it. Thank you Home Depot Biddeford.

Purchased a sander online for same day pickup and despite the fact they have a 2 hour guarantee my order was not ready after 4 hours. I called and asked why and got a huge attitude from the girl that answered the phone. Another teenager collecting minimum wage that does not care about her job. Home Depot needs to focus on getting knowledgeable employees that care. This one incident has made me decide to take my business elsewhere. If a store cant appreciate my business when I am buying one tool than they dont deserve my business when I am ready to spend thousands of dollars. Summer season is coming and I will be taking my wood purchases elsewhere

Curbside pickup was AWESOME! We placed our order at 6pm and it was ready around 1pm the following day. I pulled in on my way home from work, sent the text saying I was there, and the sweetest little thing came out less than 4 minutes later with my order and put it in the back seat for me. Perfect!

Management at this location failed epically. I lost my credit card on Thursday within 15 minutes I reported it at the customer service desk. The associate took my name, phone number and I even provided the last four digits on the card. I was assured I would be contacted if the card was turned in.Sunday I went back to the same Home Depot to purchase some items and inquire about my card to determine whether or not the card is there. I wait, and I wait, and I wait. I inquire twice at the desk and after 20 minutes am finally told theyre on their way up with it. I had never received a call as I was promised I would and I was kept waiting 20 minutes for what should not have taken that long. When I asked why I didnt get a phone call as I had already provided them with all the information; the response was I dont know, I wasnt here, I dont know who you spoke with. I understand the front line is not the real source of the failure here, although any empathy or sincere apology was gravely lacking. Another associate comes out from behind the desk to see just what the problem was and her response was well, with how busy we are, I guess I can understand that Thats an excuse, and quite honestly thats not my problem. If you are busy, staff accordingly. I recognize that I lost my card and thats on me, but I had higher expectations of the level of service that should have been and could have been provided easily. I spent over $400 at this location in 3 days and I will not be making that mistake again. I can just as easily shop in South Portland and I can also shop at Lowes. What a disappointment, the management team should be ashamed of themselves.

Store is well stocked and easy to find everything I needed today. Love coming here.No masks on some customers!Saw a number of fellow customers not wearing masks and management didnt seem to care - even about their own employees about to interact with maskless people in the return line. Amazing to me that the management of this store would allow the safety of all their customers and employees to be at risk because they cant tell a few people to go back to the front door and use at least one of the free masks provided by the store. Stores doing a great job making it easy for everyone to do the right thing here, yet some customers dont, and management doesnt seem inclined to do anything. I get it, its an awkward conversation asking someone to do something theyre not inclined to do, but thats the cost of being open these days.Highly recommend management address the issue. I will not be coming back here anytime soon. Just as soon wait a few days and get what I need by Amazon rather than come into the store again.

I go there often its close by and has amazing prices on cleaning products for the house. Like a carpet freshener i use its 8.99 for a 30 oz box on Amazon Prime at the Depot its 1.98. Laundry detergent is also great prices as well.

Curbside pickup is a joke here, dont do it. I was there for 35 minutes on hold, others were there longer than me. If they want to offer this valuable service they need to fully staff it. I will try again tomorrow to see if I an responsibly get my order or I will just cancel it.

App was somewhat maddening. First mistake, the in-store wifi requires a login. It was still confused about what store I was in, kept giving me placements in Atlanta GA. When I finally had the correct store, the map didnt match the store, aisle 41 was about 10 aisles away from where it said it was. Finally the search engine let me down. I tried several different variations on gray putty window seal caulk roll and none of them led me to what I was after. Hope I remember the brand Moretite next time this happens. Window sealing materials were spread out in three different locations. I ALMOST bought the expensive treatment for keeping a house cool in the summer, when what I needed were the much cheaper films for keeping a house warm in the winter. Poor labelling. Still overall theyre on the right track, and I really appreciate being able to find most items by being directed to aisle and bay.

I went for replacement perennials and a few annuals. I dont ever think they have enough variety of perennials but what was there was well watered and healthy looking. I give the staff five stars! They were friendly and helpful (thank you) ... even though they were wearing masks (thank you) which are hot ... especially while working in warm weather.

I ordered a roll of wire for a project today seeing they showed 1 roll of it in stock in Biddeford, I paid for it online. At the store, they told me it usually takes 2 or 3 hours for orders to be ready, but they said I could go pick it up off the shelf and bring it to the order pickup myself. I couldnt find the exact brand I paid for, but there was a more expensive brand of the same specification cable on the shelf. I asked the electrical clerk about my order when I couldnt find the item. He wanted the UPC code and I gave that to him from my email receipt. He went to the more expensive cable that I had found and he told me its the same cable. I explained to him that its more expensive than the one I paid for online. He said its okay, its the same and to bring it to the order pickup clerk. I did, but the order pickup clerk told me I couldnt take that roll of cable because mine wasnt in the store and was on special order. I said, they showed it as 1 roll in stock in Biddeford which is why I paid for it online. She said I could buy the more expensive one they had in the store and return the other one when it arrives in a couple of weeks. I tried to cancel the order and got a message that the 45 minute window of time they offer to allow order cancelation had expired.Im very unhappy with the misleading waste of time. Im just going to have to wait for the other roll to arrive. With the short daylight hours this time of year, I wasted my time instead of completing my project.The roll of wire came in just over a week later.

They are so rude here,dont want to help customers, and the ones that do dont know much of anything. Thats if you can find anybody to help in the department. So frustrating. My husband went in together a vanity, his cart was stolen with the last vanity in it. Nobody wanted to help him locate it and the workers would allowed him to use the carts they had, as he told him his cart was stolen. There rude and dont seem to care much about there costumers.

The lady working in the Doors department was hardly friendly to say the least. She asked if we had any questions and after answering 1 (we had multiple) she turned and walked away.After purchasing a couple of doors and realizing they wouldnt fit in our jeep with a driver and passenger we asked the service desk if we could leave them behind the counter and pick them up in 30-40 minutes after making room in our vehicle. The service desk associate said we couldnt do that. We would have to have asked to hold the product before purchasing it (which doesnt make sense). After some persuasion and promising I would be back within 40 minutes to pick up my $500 doors the service desk associate begrudgingly agreed.Overall this Home Depot could definitely use some training in customer service and general courtesy manners for their associates.

I drove 40 minutes one way to get wood for a project that has been keeping me busy during the pandemic only to find that they would not cut the wood I needed. Perhaps this should be listed on your website since typically stores that sell lumber also cut lumber. Not everyone, in fact I would say most people would not be able to carry a 10 or 12ft board safely. Even once the pandemic subsides, I will not return to this store. I will take my business to Lowes instead.

Was not impressed. Difficult getting assistance. Associate sitting on floor opening a box of caulking, not offering assistance or getting out of the way. Went back to same isle, associate still sitting on floor, texting on her phone. Spoke with 2 other associates as I was looking for products. Left the store very frustrated. If I did not need the product today, I would have left without buying anything.

Tried curbside pickup twice and both times I left empty handed. I have a 3 yr old I’m trying to avoid bringing inside the stores right now so I opted for curbside. I called the number and nobody ever answered the phone. I went inside to customer service to pick up the order myself and there were 6 employees trying to assist two customers and several more customers waiting in line. I left, the kicker was I walked right by my order sitting there on a cart on my way out. I would have just taken it if I didn’t have to go to customer service first. I cancelled the order.

You still owe me $347 because the person at the store in Biddeford Maine told me that I picked up two hand railings when I did not and then I received an email that I picked him up the same day that I returned $2,000 of the railing system that was the wrong word. I will never go back to your store and I will never recommend your store

Sorry my name is not Deanna. My name is Joan I bought a stove on 5/19/2020. Had to wait of course 2 weeks for delivery. They came with new stove on 6/04/2020. And the delivery driver was awesome. He opened The box mind you know dent in the box The whole back of the stove was damaged look like something had been dropped onto the stove before putting into the box at warehouse The young man was very nice apologized and ordered me a new stove have not heard an apology or nothing from Home Depot warehouse or anybody so now I am waiting two more weeks for another stove I just think I should have got an apology from warehouse or Home Depot in the meantime I receive a bill of costs for the stove just wanted to put it out there that the warehouse should be accountable for this thank you. So will Not buy another appliance at least one that Hass to be delivered

I went in just to get some paint, and saw multiple staff with their masks way down around their necks, and had to leave. I probably had the worst customer service experience ever yesterday. I had some boards cut. I requested that they were cut to a certain length. The kid did not measure the board but used the saw tape to measure them. When I asked him about this he very rudely said that the saw was right. I measured the boards one was a 1/4 inch long the other was 1/8 inch long. He said we dont do precise cuts. I spoke with a manager about this and was told what do you want me to do?

Spent almost an hour here looking furnace cement and nobody working here had a clue where it is. But Paul here is such a special guy, not only he couldn’t tell me where it is, but also raising his voice and giving me an attitude out of frustration and laziness. It’s was insulting to say the least.
