I have been to this restaurant many times but just went today and the sandwich was awful, the attitude of the owner was completely disrespectful and told me nothing he could (would) do and I should go somewhere else. I was not even asking for my money back - just trying to have a conversation. Believe me I will go somewhere else where they can make a sandwich the right way and where my business is wanted. Do yourself a favor and find a different place to go. The sandwich quality was poor, very greasy and not made correctly. Clearly this restaurant does not need the business or money if he is telling me to go somewhere else. There are lots of small businesses that appreciate their customers.I have seen your reply to my review above - it’s so easy for you to write those words but please remember when I was in front of you it was quite different. Please don’t forget you told me to leave and go somewhere else and didn’t care one bit about correcting the matter or addressing my concerns. Words don’t mean anything without action to back it.

Good service. Food order was correct. Their door does not open all the way. I asked and they are making it like that so the wind doesnt blow the door open when it is stormy. Totally makes sense but a sign saying that would be helpful. Only reason for the 4 stars.

I got a chicken parm sub And it was delicious as was my pizza roll unfortunately the large fries I got had absolutely no salt on them in they do not give me salt to put on them they Got thrown away because neither of us likes them thats toobad because I got a size large and it was more expensive and we threw them out

The best and cleanest place I’ve been. Their roast beef are just the best. I really like their pizzas which I get every other week with some feta on it and they cook it just right. Very friendly. Definitely will go back.

I often take my friends to this restaurant with my highest recommendations. I go their often. I get very good feedback from my friends. The the cooking is tasty and the team is attentive and cooperative. always when we visit this place we enjoy a pleasing time. warmly recommended.

We use to love Nicks but have been disappointed to the past couple times. I understand that friday nights are a busy night for deliveries but if take out is what you do then poor service should be no excuse.Last night when we ordered our dinner which was a large half cheese half pepperoni pizza, a large fry and a buffalo chicken wrap we were never given a delivery estimate. An hour and a half later and phone call our order showed up. Mind you we live about a 1/2 mile away. We should have picked it up. Our pizza was luke warm, our fries were cold and our wrap was a cold buffo chicken sub.We wont be going back for some time

Clearly they can’t cook a pizza. Ask for it well done I get barely cooked. On multiple occasions. Ordered a ceaser wrap no chicken extra ceaser dressing. Got a wrap with chicken and 1( not extra) GREEK DRESSING. I understand working in a restaurant so I know this is NOT ACCEPTABLE!

Why do I wait A HOUR OR MORE EVERYTIME SMALL PIZZA AND SUB ONE HOUR DELIVERY ! I just don’t understand anytime of the day all day I wait sooo damn long.

Great place and online ordering is very convenient. The fried chicken sandwich is a hidden gem and we almost always get the Greek salad. The only downside is they mess up the order sometimes and the owner doesnt understand how to view the orders in their system, so he just argues with you until you give up. We order a lot and this has only happened twice, so they still get 5 stars from me.

Just wasted my money on this place feel free to come pay 9+ dollars for a 6 inch large steak and cheese sub.Portions are ridiculous small for the price just go to McDonalds next door.

Ordered bacon cheeseburger.1) Fake advertisement. Looked nothing like burger on the menu.2) Ever made a frozen patty on a pan? Tasted and looked like a school lunch burger3) Ketchup- not Heinz. To me it makes a difference. My daughters words, the ketchup tastes like cold apple pie.

THEIR ROAST BEEF AND SAUCE ARE THE BEST IN WAKEFIELD; TIED WITH BILLYS ROAST BEEF AND SEAFOOD. IVE TRIED MANY DIFFERENT KINDS OF THEIR SUBS. ALL DELICIOUS !! ABSOLUTELY LOVE NICKS !!! FORGET ABOUT LISAS. THATS GARBAGE !!!NICKS IS THE VERY BEST !!!!!!!

Great lunch spot. Their small subs are perfect for a lunch meal. Very fresh and consistent.

This place is the best. Great pizza and great food. Very reasonably priced for the large portions. Try some of their salads (chicken kabob, steak tip) for a great salad thats big enough for at least a meal and a half. But who am i kidding... the ONLY thing that you should ever order here is the SUPER BEEF! Get it with everything on it, and you are in for a serious treat. I have friends who come to visit just for super beefs. Enjoy.

We had the pizza. The crust was wonderful. Light and crispy. The sauce was great. But my only complaint was that there was very little toppings. We got onoins hamburger and peppers and you could hardly find the meat. The staff was friendly.

Steak and cheese bomb sub was phenomenal! Just something weird about my chicken salad. The shredded chicken was just like a huge clump of dried patty. Threw that out.

Really wanted to like this place. The price was decent, but the food was bland at best. The chicken used for the chicken parm tasted off which we ended up throwing out. There are too many other shops in the area for us to give this another shot.
