Good store and great shoppers for home deliveries, I would recommend this location. The only problem is that the drivers dont speak English and this can create challenging situations. I am an immigrant as well, I speak 3 languages and it was important for me to learn English. I believe in speaking the language of the society which welcomes me, it is a matter of respect and gratitude.

I think its time for a new pizza cook or a refresher course. I ordered two pirs last night and they were pretty undercooked. Crusts were still dough. Disappointing for the price

Always a pleasure to shop at the Beverly store. Its always clean and shelves are neat. The staff is so helpful! Even the staff shopping for online customers went out of his way to help me look for something. Thank you!

I don’t normally leave reviews but I feel the need to share an experience I had tonight at the Beverly Whole Foods. I am probably at this store every couple weeks to pick up misc. items (their meat section is the best around). Anyway, tonight my wife and I ordered a cheese pizza. I picked it up and brought it home. Once home I noticed the pizza was very overcooked (burnt really). I brought it back and was helped by Sarah in the pizza area. She was not only authentically sorry, even though she didn’t cook the first pizza, she personally phoned over to the customer service area to arrange a refund. After I received the refund I returned to the pizza area and within a few minutes the pizza was ready. Sarah had cooked the perfect pizza! This would have been a one star experience, but with friendly and helpful staff this was quickly turned to a five star experience!!!

Great place to shop for quality food at a great price. Fruits and vegetables are always very fresh. The bakery is incredible. And they have a sit-in food/coffee area that is wonderful.

Hot bar and salad bar so disappointing. I come here weekly because its near my house, and I shop for a lot of vegan options that they have. I grab food to go from the hot bar and EVERY single time I hope the sweet potatoes are cooked, and EVERY single time they are RAW. Along with a ton of their “cooked” veg. Hardly any vegan options at all, and even in the middle of the afternoon the food is crusty and not fresh. So disappointed in the quality considering the standards at other whole foods. Hope it gets better 🤦🏻‍♀️

The staff and people are nice, but this location never has any food in stock. The salad bar and hot bar is also really terrible and doesn’t have good food. I’d go to swampscott or lynnfield

This place is Grocery Heaven. If you have Amazon Prime, youll get occasional Membership Discounts. Quality here is second to none, so if youre shopping to save money, it really may not happen here because you get what you pay for and products here are top notch. I love the prepared food area and items here! The food is very good. Also, the coffee is nice too! Produce is very fresh as well. All in all, I see all the employees here busting their tails to provide a great product. It is Grand Central Station here, but I see why: everyone wants to shop here, because this isnt your average grocery store!!!

Very fresh fruits and vegetables. An excellent selection of organic fruits vegetables and other items. They also have a deli, a bakery, and prepared foods sections. Prices are good too

Its a a whole foods. The place is clean, well organized, aesthetically pleasing. The employees are friendly but not overly friendly. It is more expensive than Market basket for sure, but for the specific things that I buy there its as good of a shopping experience as I can want.

I just bought a chicken and Rice Soup and there was absolutely no rice , five pieces of carrots and a few morsels of chicken and all broth! It was 7.99 and I’m sure the ingredients were under 1.00! I’ve bought this soup in the Lynnfield Store and it was delicious! Not sure what’s going on at this store!

Cooked chickens on Saturday are a great price. Amazing selections of cheese and fresh fruit. The Butcher and Fish Guys have amazingly fresh meats and fish. Yes the prices are high, but the quality is very good. We do do most of our shopping at Market Basket, but theres just some stuff we need to get at Whole Foods.

Been going to whole foods for years, staff is typically very friendly and helpful. Over the weekend I was at Beverly Brimbal Ave store and an associate named Tara (she said she was a supervisor) got upset with me and told her bagger to spit on my groceries. Extremely disappointed and will be finding another place to get groceries moving forward.

I live right down the street from this whole foods and I frequently shop here. The produce is always fresh and the store is always clean and has friendly staff.

Im absolutely disgusted at the fact that the store supervisor Tara felt the need to direct another employee to spit in my food I will never go back there again I do not trust the cleanliness whatsoever the fact that shes a supervisor is extremely concerning. Im really upset about this interaction as Ive been a loyal customer since it opened up right by my house, not recommended at all!

You can only enter the parking lot via the entrance to North Shore Crossing.From the south: When you come off the freeway (Exit 46, Brimbal Ave), you will need to *bear left* at the fork to get onto a small traffic circle, go 3/4 of the way around it, then 1/4 of the way around a second small traffic circle (thats in the middle of Brimbal Ave), to get to southbound Brimbal Ave and the entrance to North Shore Crossing.From the north: When you come off the freeway (Exit 46, Brimbal Ave), youll bear left to cross over the freeway and head south on Brimbal Ave. Youll encounter the second of the two small traffic circles in the From the south directions above. Go 1/2 way around it to continue south on Brimbal Ave to the entrance to North Shore Crossing.

Seafood was fresh, and looked appealing. Staff was a little crazy, but it was Mothers Day. All were professional and polite

Ok, so Im a little late to this...but I placed my Thanksgiving order here. My personal shopper was incredible! She was done and texting me within 30 minutes! Pick up was better if you park near store and tell them where you are! Only two spots for pick-up! I got my order faster than waiting in all the traffic! Thank you so much!

Parking is not great here. Very awkward. I like the products but much prefer Trader Joe’s for general shopping. Whole Foods does have excellent quality fish and meat as well as great variety. It’s just very expensive.

Great general whole foods experience. Overall very clean, and well-stocked. My only complaint is that the sheer number of online-order shoppers that are currently in-store can sometimes make it difficult to get through the aisles if you are shopping in-person.

It’s nice to finally have a grocery store in Beverly that cares more about their standards/products and customers than they do about the bottom-line. I’m not a vegetarian whatsoever, but I do care about where my meat/dairy comes from, and this is the only place close to me (that I know of) where I can go and actually have the option to buy certified humane/animal welfare certified meat/dairy. That alone is enough to bring me in here.

Fair and good place to shop for seafood.

The pizza shop doesnt understand the meaning of vegan and Ive had to return 3 pizzas! They offered me a free pizza after all of the trouble I went through and after everything it was a sausage pizza! They told me next time they would give me another free one but I dont even want to go back anymore. I find myself traveling to the Swampscott store to get better service there. The staff in Beverly are very friendly but seeing that this is a health store, I wish the foodies were better trained, especially with the prices they charge. I hope things change for the better, Im sure they will with time.

The Pineapple Fried Rice from the hot bar is very good! They have a wide variety of healthy food at a reasonable price! Self-check out is also easy to navigate and the staff are always there ready to help! Long live wholefoods Market!

Whole foods Market Bervely, MA is beautiful located about 10 minutes drive to the beach. Enough free parking available. It is also located at a plaza.Bathroom very clean and customer service amazing.

4.5 stars, actually. Staff was super friendly and helpful, gorgeous seafoods meats and produce. Bakery was way too pricey for me, lovely cakes, etc., but Im not paying $17 for an apple 🍎 pie. Oh, and the pet food section was very limited to the point of being lame. But Ill go back again when I want to treat myself. They even have those awesome half-size, short grocery carriages!

I had to declare bankruptcy after shopping here, so sad. Really though, weird place with all the fake shoppers and just flat out overpriced. This place is really for dbs from Manchester with names like Chad and who wear knit sweaters and fancy scarves.

I am an avid customer at Whole Foods and the location is ideal. My only concern is the options. I understand supplies are limited because of the pandemic but even before the options were less desirable. It seems more limited in comparison to the location in Lynnfield. Overall I have had positive service experiences.

The store is nice but its empty all the time. Went in for a dozen or so things at 2 in the afternoon and again everything I needed (mostly sale items) was gone. Asked for multiple items and was told theyll be back tomorrow. Waste of a trip. Wont be returning to this location.

Entire store is largely empty of inventory, which is largely not their fault due to virus panic buying. But other stores are doing a better job of managing the rush of customers and keeping inventory available.

Was so excited to hear Whole Foods was coming to Beverly mainly because I have always loved their hot food bar at the other locations such as Lynnfield. I eat in Lynnfield the all the time when I’m in the area and have always loved it! I don’t shop there because their groceries are like 50-100% more than Market Basket, hence the nickname Whole Paycheck! However, recently I have found that the Beverly location doesn’t seem to care for the hot bar in the same manner as the lynnfield store. For instant, Lynnfield never has empty or dry food. They always replenish items quickly and stir items so they don’t get dry on top. Beverly seems to have empty trays constantly, and the food is SO DRY! For example, The tuna and chicken salads are brown with nasty dry chunks from sitting all day long and not being stirred or swapped out. Gross!
