Isaiah and his team were great! We had them install a granite fireplace in our home. The final product was amazing. They were able to cut the face of fireplace into 1 huge slab floor to ceiling. Unfortunately one of our other construction workers pulled the shims out before it was dry and the granite shifted. Classic rock came back out to fix it free of charge and it wasn’t even their fault in the first place. Very happy with the results and I would definitely hire them in the future. Went here for a free piece of stone to make an island. Danielle helped me pick out a perfect piece of quartz. To cut it to size was a very reasonable fee. I am so in love with it! The customer service was 5 star as is their products. Highly recommend

We had kitchen countertops installed. When ordering, we said small sink. I noticed on the invoice the dimensions didnt look right. Emailed to confirm we are getting the small sink. Told it would be fixed. Called to confirm we are getting the small sink and also arranged the install. Told it would be fixed. They walk in with a MEDIUM sink on day of install. We were told we would get a phone call from the owner. No phone call. We had to accept it because they already cut the stone and we already paid the plumber to uninstall our current sink. They were expecting us to pay for a plumber twice? The only phone call we got was for final payment. No apology. Unprofessional. Do not recommend.

We recently moved into a condo that needed major upgrading after 30 years including major kitchen upgrade. Nicole and Gabby were great to work with. They made us feel comfortable in choosing our quartz countertops, and made the scheduling and delivery smooth. Chris and Fabricio did the initial measurements for the template and did the installation. I have to admit I was nervous that the install would go smoothly, but they did a great job. They showed great care that they did not scratch walls or appliances. We highly recommend Classic Rock Marble for your project!

We had a new countertop put in last week. The guys were great. The staff from the 1st call to the installation were professional and helpful. If any one needs countertops etc. do not hesitate to call.

I called Classic Rock Granite because a different local granite company made an error that needed correcting. That company wanted to charge me $150 to enlarge a hole for a faucet they had made too small. Frustrated, I called Classic Rock to see what they would charge. I spoke with Virgilio and he said they would only charge me $25. He was very surprised this other company would demand so much. They came the next day and drilled the new hole within ten minutes. I am so grateful to them and to Classic Granite. Highly recommend. Very polite and professional and they really saved the day.

I dont generally leave reviews but, in this case, I was very unhappy with my experience using Classic Rock. Their communication was very poor and they never followed through with any requests for additional information. Their workers showed up, unexpectedly, both times they were at the house; once two hours early, the second time without any notification at all. When our old countertops were removed, they were left outside our back door and blocked our neighbors driveway, even though we paid for their removal. We called shortly after their workers left around 2 pm and told them the countertops had to removed that day, no excuses, since they werent totally on our property. The countertops were not picked up until the following morning. When they did pick them up, they left their trash in a box they felt entitled to dump stone dust in that was open and leaking out the bottom. They also left a mess on the back porch. Finally, the installation was less than perfect. My experience with Granite Girls was much better. They were very responsive, informative, professional, and didn’t leave any mess behind.

I have been working with Classic Roc for over six years now.... From the first time we renovated our bathroom, Our massive kitchen expansion and again recently on a new bathroom refresh. VERY PROFESSIONAL.. The Classic Rock Yeam came out right away and made a template. And got rock exactly the style and color our customer wanted. Also with custome cuts and 4 pieces .. Everything matched beautifully . They left the place clean and were done installing and polishing in jest a few hours for the install. Will definately use them again and again.

I prefer dealing with small businesses. I enjoy knowing where my money is going. Being in direct contact with the contractor. This company did a wonderful job on my kitchen as well as my fireplace. Isaias came up with ideas that I had no idea where even possible. When all the work was finished I was still under budget. Everytime I step into my kitchen I am grateful that I chose Classic Rock.
