Computer usage to make a copy from personal email cost me 9 dollars. Very disapointed.Charged by the minute, but the computer is too slow.Fax costs $2.39 a page but it is not posted. Bad service.But manager refunded me for computer usage time and copies because the copies were automatically produced in color. Color cost much more money.Terribly expensive and not much customer control over choices.

I was recently served by Sumner and Jon in the Tech Department with a complex phone repair situation. They were extremely knowledgeable, courteous and professional. They involved their department manager Dann and store manager Joe to help bring resolution to the matter. I would highly recommend this store, especially the technicians, to anyone with a Staples need.

Staples sells all the best school supply brands and office supply brands and has stylish but still good quality items.

After a horrible customer service experience at one of Staples competitors, we trudged over to Staples in North Beverly to try to print our wedding programs. Alex behind the copy desk was professional, eager to help us, explained our options thoroughly, helped us tweak the programs to make them look their very best. Customer service was good but management was poor. Everything was so disorganized. Even though their computer said they had 10 of the item I wanted no one could find it. All of their over stock was just thrown in the top shelf and a mess.

Staples took a used printer off my hands through their recycle program. Darlene was extremely helpful. Thanks!

Beverly MA Staples is always a pleasure to shop. As usual I was approached with a smile and brought to what I wanted -- even though I was just browsing after using the UPS desk. Great experience.

Its a Staples so they have the inventory Staples has.....fine.But the service is HORRIBLE. I foolishly bought something online to pick up at the store. Got the email saying it was ready for pickup. Got to the store and was told they didnt have all the items in stock. So I took what they had and told them to cancel the other items; they said no problem. Of course they didnt. Had to go back and talk with manager who promised that the order was being processed correctly and my refund would come. I told him I would buy him lunch if that turned out to be true. I never had to buy lunch as of course the refund did not go through. Go back to the store for visit #3...in desperation or frustration the clerk just gave me a coupon for the amount I was supposed to be refunded.All in all, typical retail store.....management is only a long forgotten concept and customers are something to be tolerated not served. Like others, they are simply too successful to care anymore.I now try to get all the Staples type items I need at an online location named after a long river in South America. No trips to the store, easy refund process if necessary and no interaction with someone who thinks they are doing their job simply because they were handed a title.

Well stocked with everyday office supplies but if you need a specialty product, Best Buy is a better option.

I hate this Staples. Young woman in the copy center copied a 22 page curriculum vitae with the watermark on the resume paper not facing the correct direction THREE TIMES. Each time I had to tell her it was wrong and shed say It is?. Called manager over and he screwed it up too!! Had to leave and go to Kinkos. By the way, Jeff in the copy center is outstanding!! Have had.many problems in this store over the last 10+ years. 2 miles from my house and I need to travel about 7 miles to the next location to get some things done. This stote, and Staples in general, is a mess. Theyre supposed to be the office experts, right? Theyre not.

Big location, large selection of products. The staff is helpful, and having a Staples here in Beverly is super convenient. I always go here for an awesome array of pens, paper goods, and ink refills.

Only place youll need to go for any office school or work supplies. they are very helpful and if theres not a product available at there store they have great associates to help you find a store that does or even online cool place

Always well stocked and very friendly and helpful employees

I spent over two days trying to have them print a picture that was somehow coming out black. After finally admitting their printer was broken on the second day, they shrugged and just said try another Staples. Thank you for taking up my lunch break for two days and not even giving me a discounted print somewhere else.

Didnt have a iPhone charger that was reasonably priced.

I went to the store originally for something but I saw they had apple AirPods boxes that said “available in store”. So I went back later that day expecting to buy them and when I asked they said “we don’t carry these in store”. I think they probably have the worst customer service I’ve ever and they should not advertise something if they aren’t going to sell it
