So glad I called North Shore carpet. Dan was excellent, his installers did an amazing job. We had them install a berber runner on our stairs and we are very happy.

Went into Dans store on a Saturday after speaking with him briefly on the phone. Was very helpful and patient with us while we looked at carpet patterns for our stair runner. He provided feedback on different carpets and fabric types. He came over to our house after he closed the store that day to take measurements and about 2 hours later I had a quote. He ordered the carpet and within ten days we had our runner installed. The guys who came over were professional and wore their PPE the whole time. Dan called an hour after they left to ask me about my experience which is greatly appreciated. Its all too easy to support a local business when that business has this level of service. Not to mention the price was completely reasonable.

My husband and I have used North Shore Carpet for the past 35 years. We recently had water damage in our basement and once again Dan was great to work with. He came to the house outside of his normal working hours because it was more convenient for us. He promptly returned our calls. The installers were friendly and efficient. Dan is easy to talk to, has a wide variety of product and stands by his work. I would highly recommend giving him a call for all of your carpet needs.

We had a very positive experience with North Shore Carpet and found the prices extremely competitive. The installation was done on the date we had agreed upon, the installers were very pleasant, fast, professional and obviously knew their trade; even the owner was on hand at the start to make sure everything was just right. We would highly recommend North Shore Carpet.

I was recently in the store to purchase carpet for multiple rooms of my house where I was I was greeted by a salesman who told me immediately as I am to do whether he’ll be closing in the next 15 minutes. Not the most welcoming greeting you can expect of entering a place of business where you plan on spending thousands of dollars. I Proceeded to look around quickly Hesitantly as he went to the back room and didn’t even assist to help me . When I found something I was interested in I called him ask him pricing I replied with Wow that is a lot more than other local carpet stores in the area for the same carpet .His response to me was that’s because I’m better than everybody else at that point I left without saying a word I recommend no one going to this place of business he was nothing but rude and unhelpful

North Shore carpet is the place to go in Beverly if you need carpet. Dan, the owner, and all of his crew are knowledgeable, kind, and perfectionists in their work. 5 Stars here!☆☆☆☆☆
