Ive been taking my F-150 to Kelly Ford for service the past two years and have always been extremely satisfied with their work. The service managers are knowledgeable and professional. And the mechanics are always available for any detailed questions I have about their work. I feel very lucky to have a neighborhood garage that I can depend on to repair my truck.

We are VERY unhappy with Kelly Ford !!! Would never go back. we waited 33 days for the finance person at Kelly Ford to process our paperwork so that we could purchase our leased 2018 F-150. When we came to pickup the vehicle the Registration was incorrect after telling him numerous times that we wanted both names on it and then the vehicle failed inspection! Guess what- the vehicle was no longer on warranty and I have to pay for repairs-if it in fact needs repairs. Meanwhile the truck is sitting in my driveway with a Red rejection sticker and we are still waiting for the correct registration. we are VERY unhappy and would never purchase or do any business with Kelly Ford. They were the best, easiest vehicle purchasing experience ever! I just purchased a Jeep here, the sales consultant, Mohamed was more knowledgeable and helpful than some of the sales people I had dealt with at actual Jeep dealerships. I stopped in on a Friday afternoon without an appointment and they were still able to get all of the paperwork done quickly and had the Jeep ready for me to pick up the next day!

I’ve been taking my car here for the last 1.5 years or so for inspections and service. They’ve never tried to upsell me anything I didn’t need and are normally very quick. If ford were to bring the new focus to North America, maybe I’d buy from them too

I bought my car at Kelly Ford 4 years ago and have been happy with their service ever since! I had a situation with my tire pressure recently. One tire was low on air. The other 3 were at or above what they should have been. This was shown to me on the message center of my car. I called Kelly about 3:30 and was told I could come right in! They serviced the car and discovered that the tire with low air was leaking. So it was taken off and sealed, then all were put at correct air pressure. I was delighted that the situation had been handled the same afternoon successfully!! Thank you Kelly Ford!

The experience started off awful because there was no communication, I was lied to by the attendant at the service desk, and the charge for the service performed was ridiculous. However, after speaking with the General Manager Adam who had the Service Manager Melvin contact me I felt better about how things ended. I just hope they use this as a lesson on how to better communicate and not lie and or take advantage of people.

I have a a serious aversion to car dealerships and car buying. It has always seemed way too drawn out and shady. With that being said, I bought my first brand new car today, and couldn’t be happier with my experience here. Super quick, very efficient, and no bs. The 2 people I dealt with were Mohamed In sales, and Gary, in Finance. They were both on top of their game and made the process quick and easy….Will be keeping them as my dealership for the duration.

I went in for an oil change and multi point inspection. It was only $50 for all of that which is suspiciously cheap. I used to have to pay 70 something for an oil change for my old Subaru at their dealership. I never received a copy of the inspection report and I checked under the hood and noticed they didn’t top off any of the fluids. I went back inside and brought this to their attention. To their credit the people working there were very friendly and helpful. I received a copy of the inspection report and they took it back to fill up the fluids. The wiper fluid was topped off all the way but the other red fluid which I’m not sure what it is was only filled halfway and before it was at the minimum line. I would expect more especially for such basic services. I think I will try some of the other Ford dealerships in my area next time

Vehicle went in for recall work. After 3 days of no communication and constant phone calls from me they gave me a loaner until my truck was done.2 weeks later I got my truck back and it was damaged.Since then, I have been trying to reach the service manager to deal with the damage. It has been almost a Month of me calling every couple days, stopping by the dealership (4-5 times) and never getting anywhere.I was told they would make it right but I’m running out of patience trying to constantly get ahold of someone. I leave my name and number each time and never get a call back. The work was ok, but the customer service and management of the service dept is horrendous.

Horrible customer service and unprofessional staff that do not like being questioned. Manager admitted to purposely knowing prices for their car listings are much cheaper online and that they won’t disclose the real sale price unless you specifically ask them to or come in. No responsibility taken just fake apologies after driving an hour to see 2 of their vehicles. Do not recommend any Kelly Auto anywhere if this experience is an indication of how they operate across New England.

I stopped by Kelly Ford as a last hope and Mr. Orlando came out to greet me, and now I’ve got an awesome F-150 in my driveway!The process was excellent, I feel I was given more then a fair deal for my lease trade and for the new truck and it’s financing terms. I had no appointment yet they were able to accommodate me during a reasonable time. While I waited I was checking out cars and sales staff greeted me let me know that they are they if I have any questions. Good people to work with. No courtesy car available so I had to wait for the diagnosis of my C-max engine light. Then they needed to order the part so I returned for another wait. But this part was not good so they ordered another. All seemed ok but them my enginelight came on again and they don’t have any appointments for the next 2 weeks. I hope the car will be ok for short drives it was the transmission fluid pump.They are trying.

I came to Kelly for recall work. That was fine. A hitch piece wasn’t in stock. I got a call to bring the car back for a 20 minute installation when the part came in. It took almost an hour and a half. Wouldn’t normally care but didn’t like sitting indoors with people for that long during Covid. I would have made plans to leave. Anyway, the work was fine and staff was polite.

This is the service department. The person who helped me was a woman.She was very gracious, polite and helpful. She asked a male co-worker for an answer to one of my questions. He was very brusk and unfriendly toward her and me. I felt offended. I have been a customer of Kelly Ford for many years and have never had such an experience. The only way I can identify the male person is that he spoke Spanish. Note: I have no biases in this regard and use this description only to make the situation as clear as possible.

I called first thing on the morning because I had a nail on my tire and was losing air quickly. I believe I talked to Melvin and he told me they were fully booked but he could get me in when he can. Came in and he immediately had people working on my car. There was also a recall that needed to be done. I was out of there in about an hour and a half which was great without an appointment. Was great that he squeezed me in before other appointments arrived. Great service and a great attitude. He helped me out. Noticed he was also nonstop working hard the entire time I was there. They charge $400 for a paperwork fee. Outrageous. They wouldnt discount the vehicle unless I financed it. Give me a break. Not a great experience. The finance guy is a bit arrogant. He called me repeatedly on speakerphone after I had asked him nicely not to. I will never go back.Update: I called the owner after he left a response to my review and left a message. He never called me back.

I was struck by the lax COVID precautions:1. I was asked to sign the work order with the same pen the service rep had just used. When I asked for a clean pen, he had no idea what I was talking about. Finally another employee got me a new pen.2. When paying, the cashier took my credit card with her bare hand, processed the sale and returned my card to me. I immediately used the available hand sanitizer to clean my card and my hands.Sloppy work:Part of the work done on my car was to replace the rear wiper mechanism. When I got my car the rear window was full of dirt and grease. I had to get someone to clean it for me before I left.In addition, i had to wait 3 weeks for my appointment. Brian Kelly does NOT make it easy - or safe. I truly wish there was another Ford dealer where I could go for service.Brian

Sorry Guys, but this time I can’t give 5 Stars. The team at Kelly Ford is great, Dan was helpful, but my truck went in for a ‘simple’ fix and they had to replace a valve body in the transmission. Dropped the truck off on on Jan 4th and due to faulty parts, scheduling, and apparently bad luck, I did not get the vehicle back until Feb 3rd. Granted, it was under warranty and they were kind enough to give me a vehicle to use, but I was given date after date when it would be done, and the never delivered on time.Doesn’t mean I will not go back, but i’ve lost a little confidence at Kelly Ford.

Kelly Ford is the most inept dealership Ive had the pleasure of dealing with. I had a lease from them for 3 years and the time has come for me to return the car. I made an appointment to return my lease 3 weeks ago and I was told that the person (Gary) that does lease returns is not there. I asked if anyone else could take it for me and they said no, no one else is capable. I spoke to the general manager (Adam H) and I explained to him that I had made the appointment and if someone could take the car back as I could not take it. I once again was told no you cant leave it, you can take it to any other Ford and return it to them. They didnt care that I made an appointment and they could have cared less that I was a customer for the last 3 years. The General Manager Adam, the one that is supposed to have all controls of the dealership, said he didnt know how to take in a lease. I was then forced to go to another Ford dealership and they denied me returning the car, especiallyone from Kelly Ford because they did not want to deal with them at all. To me, this says a lot about them when another local ford dealership is saying they dont want to deal with them on the return. I hope this helps anyone looking for a great buying experience realize that if you are leasing a car from them you may not be able to return it and deal with extreme incompetence as only one person in the whole dealership can return cars. BUYER/LESSOR BEWARE!! If I could give any negative stars I would rate it a Negative 5. If you are a Ford consumer I would urge you to visit any other but this one.

A big shout out to Stephanie in Service Dept for taking us in when we were stranded w/our truck broken down @1500 from home. Although not as quick as we would have liked, other dealers in the area would not take us for weeks! Also got a good rate for a rental car thru Kelly Ford for the 12 days stranded waiting for our truck to be repaired. All was not perfect but in hindsight, it was a positive experience. I went in for an oil and filter. When I first got there at the time I was given, calling the day before, I was told it could take up to 3 hrs and did I have a ride. Disappointed, I went inside and waiting to fill out paper work I was arranging a ride. The service writer said he could get me in right away. My car was completed in an hour. Better than over 3.
