Margie was quick to warmly greet me and my wife and explain how she was going to guide us through the mattress selection process. She made sure that we had a protective cover so we could safely try each mattress in the assortment. Margie asked some specific qualifying questions to get us going in the right direction. This allowed her to focus on mattresses that met our needs. The sampling took some time (about an hour) and allowed us to narrow down our choices making us feel confident that we purchased the best mattress for both of us. Her knowledge of the features and benefits of each line was extensive and explained the various differences clearly and in laymen’s terms. The details of the warranty and delivery process was thorough and while the system was a bit slow in processing the order at the end, our time was well spent. We had to delay our delivery significantly and Margie was helpful in managing that for us. Contact Margie if you are need a new mattress. She was fantastic.

We used Mattress Firm for the first time to shop for a mattress and had a great experience thanks to Henry, the sales rep at the store. He guided us through various steps to ensure we got the right mattress and his wealth of information on sleeping posture, pillows, etc. was incredibly helpful. We had our mattress within 3 days of purchase, including the first pillows that have ever worked for us!

They only had Memory Foam in the store...not what I wanted and fairly pricey for memory foam .(I got a higher end version)...but I am happy with it memory foam has come along way! This Sleepys mattress is thick beautiful and excellent quality. I needed same day service.....they made my life Easy.., I didnt wait for service.. the store manager waited on me himself with great personal service and even lifted it into my car himself. .Great Staff Service and location . I am in the process of buying a bed with the help of Margie Wells, at the Mattress Firm on Enon Street in Beverly, MA. Shes well informed about all the top brands and can give you in-depth details about new bed technology that relieve pressure points, keep you cool at night, etc. Shes especially helpful if you want to know about the Tempur-pedic sleep experience, and how that compares to other mattresses.Update: With help from Margie, I decided on a Purple 4 Hybrid Premier and I love it! It feels soft and bouncy when you get in but it provides great support and keeps you cool. The Purple sheets are also heavenly! Even if you dont have the Purple mattress, you should try those sheets (bamboo)! You wont go back to cotton.

Just bought a mattress from Mattress Firm in Beverly. I had done a lot of research online and also went to Jordans Furniture to check out their Sleep Lab. The mattresses we saw and tested there were quite pricey. The sales rep., Brian, at Mattress Firm was incredibly helpful and knowledgable but did not put any pressure on us to make a purchase. He even sold us a mattress at a deeper discount than the tag indicated and matched the lowest local mattress delivery price (Bernie and Phyls). The mattress will be delivered in a few days and we cant wait

Very happy with my purchases. The gentleman working carried my bed frame outside and put it in my car without even being asked. My frame from 10 years ago finally broke so I needed a new one. My bed was purchased from here a year and a half ago and it is the best purchase I have ever made in my life. Still feels like new and so comfortable. I sleep like a baby.

I called the North Beverly MA store this afternoon with an unusual request : asking if I could possibly obtain a receipt for a couple of beds Id purchased back in 2008 (yes - 11 years ago!). A pleasant fellow named Craig (the store manager) advised that thered been a transition from Sleepys to Mattress Firm and hed look into this to see how far back the purchase records from Sleepys had been retained.Though I was optimistic - I didnt have high expectations that my request could be fulfilled. Then within a couple of minutes of searching - Craig found the receipt! I asked if he could email it to me for convenience (to save driving to the N Beverly store) and he followed up promptly with a PDF based receipt detailing my purchase.Service like that makes this company stand out. There are always going to be customers with various needs to be addressed - some unusual like mine today - some straightforward. Its how customers are taken care of that makes all the difference. Ill be going back to Mattress Firm (specifically this store) the next time my family needs any mattresses or bedding.Nicely done Craig (Thank you)!
