Pete was punctual on the first day but after that I couldn’t get a hold of him. The shop needed a lot of work. Very unprofessional first impression. It was under construction and the office was very messy.I bought a car here and a week later I took it to the Audi dealership and they found alot of maintenance issues ( it was not a rip off, the issues were actual factual). The codes in the car had been cleared without fixing them. He refused to fix them even if they were a safety concern. I will never recommend this shop to anyone unless you want to deal with a typical salesman.

I found this dealer through CarGurus and call the following day to ask about a Toyota Highlander; the owner, Pete, answered the phone right away. He made the financial application over the phone for me just to make sure that I was good to go before I head a 2 hours drive. He called me back really quick with multiple banks options for the financing. We got everything together the same day, and I drove there 2 hours to get my Toyota Highlander 2015 limited platinum edition for a reasonable price, under the KB book price, and a good mileage. I’m definitely bringing all my friends and family there, even if it is far from home. Pete is very friendly, professional and offers the best service I had ever received. I appreciate the help, and gave 5 starts for this dealership/shop.

Poor customer service. Have been calling for days and havent gotten anyone to answer the phone or give me a call back. Reached out on Facebook as well with no luck. Wanted to purchase a vehicle they had listed cash in hand. Definitely lost a potential sale with the lack of communication. Dont even bother wasting your time.

Reached out multiple times on a car both calling and email thru their website, Received generic email saying Pete would call reach out. Never received anything back. Tried calling and never get a person.

Pete and his staff at Beverly Farms motors were able to locate and purchase an excellent, high-end and hard to find vehicle via online auction at a great price.Pete was able to locate the car in under a week and had it delivered that weekend. His staff prepped and detailed the car. The process was hassle free and I was impressed with the professionalism of the team. Before purchasing the vehicle and having it shipped, Pete had the car thoroughly checked at the other end by an inspection service. The purchase price was much lower than similar vehicles available locally and far superior in condition, even after inspection, servicing, etc.I would recommend Pete to anyone looking for a vehicle in Massachusetts. I am a long time customer and purchase all of my vehicles through Beverly Farms Motors.

I found this place trough a friend who was looking for a car and after shopping around I stopped in and found the best quality cars are here. I met Peter the owner and his great staff , who helped me get and maintain the MB i bought from here. They have good priced cars and great service would recomend them even to my mother!

We actually shopped this small but prestigious dealership several times and each time I hesitated and each time a few days later the late model BMW we were looking at they sold.But that was my fault and Pete the owner was correct that these mint cars with low mileage dont last too long.Anyway, they have a nice inventory of mostly later model cars in excellent shape as Peter the owner showed me his repair shop and certified techs. Most of their business is repeat which says something very positive about the way they do business.They also will finance your car right there with very low rates.Impressive place but if you see a car you like, dont wait on it like I did twice.

We purchased a 2012 Audi Avant from Beverly Farms Motors. It was priced well and we were not expecting it to be in stock as it had low mileage and a one owner no accidents with some factory warranty left on it. We had just test driven the same car type car at another dealership, and the one in beverly farms was thousands less and was a better car. the owner Pete was professional and to the point, and they detailed and serviced the car with new fluids as well. We highly recommend this dealership.

As an accomplished equestrian, I appreciate a good ride. Ill never forget buying my first car from Pete, he patiently took me on a test drive of every car on the lot. I had never driven a car before, let alone a standard, but Pete showed me how to work the stick in a VW GTI and I couldnt have been happier being serviced by Pete.

Stay clear!!! I bought an Audi,S4 here, not only is it a complete lemon, but, the owner Pete, showed me fake vehicle history maintenance as well as a doctored car fax report. After 10 months of battling with him to refund my money, I finally get fed up and decide to trade this lemon of a car in for a new car at a reputable trustworthy dealer.... Come to find out, the car was totaled in an accident in NYC with unibody/frame damage... Salvage vehicle.That was sold at auction and announced at auction of the unibody/frame damage....He sold it to me for double the book value by telling me this was HIS personal car and its hard to let her go!!!and showed me over $12,000 worth of vehicle history maintenance and NONE if had ever been done.Hes a fraud, a liar, and a con man who will do everything to the bare minimum to make it look like he works with you, when in all reality hes well know to the Beverly police department.... I didnt even need to say his name, they knew it.Be very very careful, do yourself a favor, go elsewhere.

Bought an off lease Audi Allroad from Beverly Farms Motors. I was shopping for an Allroad, was considering buying certified from IRA, but found the same car, same remaining of factory warranty and they added an extended warranty to match the one at IRA Audi, but for $3k less overall and I got a better financing rate as well. I figured Id share this experience as it exceeded my expectations in every regard. Very happy.

We are extremely happy with the performance and comfort of our 06 Audi A4 Quatro Wagon. We recently took it to the FL Keys loaded with sailing kayaks and camping gear and, even after driving it some 4,000 miles day after day, each day I would remark to myself, geez, what a comfortable fun car to drive! It has run perfectly with only one very minor, mechanical issue in 10k (replaced an exhaust pipe sleeve) The low pressure, personable sales negotiation and auto delivery was equally pleasurable and greatly appreciated... good reason to return for service and recommend Beverly Farms Motors to other potential customers.

Peter the owner will tell you anything to buy a car. I bought an 2002 Audi from him with the agreement that he would do the timing belt service. His mechanic didnt know what he was doing and over-tightened the timing belt, causing a couple rollers to collapse. On top of that, he did not replace the water pump while doing the timing belt service (anyone who has done a timing belt on an Audi knows that you do the water pump at the same time). All of this had to be fixed by another shop by the tune of $4,000+. Peter (owner of Beverly Farms Motors) refused to pay the bill and claimed the other shop (that i have been going to for years and know the owner) was trying to rip me off. Also, other smaller items that were to be fixed before I picked the car up were masked to seem like they were fixed when in-fact they were not at all. Example: a new antenna because the one on there was not factory, Beverly Farms solution: heat shrink wrap to make it look OEM. Another example: drivers side mirror (safety issue) was broken, Beverly Farms Motors solution: cheap Wal-Mart mirror crudely cut out and pasted over the OEM broken mirror.DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND BUY A CAR SOMEWHERE ELSE!!
