One of my favorite stores in the area. Bought multiple items from here over time. Would recommend.

Want to take a moment to praise John, a sales associate here for his service in getting me my red shopper. He exudes class, is very personable and accommodating to your needs. There was not a doubt he would find my bag, even though it was not at his store. He found it, shipped it and seemed very ecstatic that he could call me back after finding it. He is a gem for MCM Rodeo, and I hope they know it!!! He will forever be my sales contact for MCM!!! Thanks John!!!! You are phenomenal!

Sales Associates Wendy and Nicholas are phenomenal! They were extremely helpful and took theyre time to make me and my friend feel at home. I wanted to buy myself a little gift for my Birthday the guy helping wasnt really no help he put a sign in front of the door way. So I had to wait for him to move it so I can walkout the door. I went straight to gucci and stood in line for an hour and bought me 2 purses. I dont deal with ignorance.

I called the store a couple of days before hand to ask if they process online returns. The associate I spoke with said they did. When I get to the store, I’m informed they do not accept online returns due to COVID-19. They associate was so rude. I explained I still would like to purchase a phone case and wallet. He went over to where the phone cases were located and was like this doesn’t fit your phone this doesn’t fit your phone. We have no cases to fit your phone. Did not want to help me at all. I was really discriminated against. Because of my skin. Then this awesome Manager stepped in. She helped find me iPhone case for my daughter and me. She was the most nicest person ever. Wendy turned the whole situation around and appreciate her kindness and helpful helpless. Wendy is the reason I’m giving four stars the one missing star because the associate was rude for no reason. Thank you so much Wendy for all your help.

The staff at MCM Rodeo drive are amazing. I went in expecting to buy a bag but did not expect to receive the fantastic customer service that I did. Artour and his manager have the best customer service on Rodeo and were super patient and welcoming. Artour took his time to show me every single bag I wanted to see, and just made my shopping experience one that I’ll never forget. He and his manager are rated 10/10 in my eyes & deserve the highest regard. Thank you Artour! I will be back when I visit LA again.
