My mother was having problems hearing. We got an appointment fast. The receptionist was kind and made her feel comfortable. Shannon was professional, knowledgeable and answered all our questions before and after her test. When mom was fit with her hearing aids everything was explained to her, she left smiling because she could hear the birds singing again. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

I’m delighted to tell my story of how things went at Belsono Hearing Center. My family set up an appointment over the phone with Rachel who was extremely helpful in the process of scheduling the best day that worked for me to get there since I live a bit away. When I got there for my appointment, Rachel helped me with my paperwork (thank goodness) and got me in quickly with Dr. Hollister who was also very kind and humorous. She got me tested for the hearing device which I just got today and LOVE. I feel wayy more confident having a conversation with people and the device only took a week to come in. I’m seriously so pleased with this whole experience. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
