They have the worst selection. For example they had no Gatorade in the store. Shelves are constantly empty. Unless you want Something really basic like a bottle of water or a loaf a very unspecific read this might be the place to come just wear good shoes because the floor is torn up and see photos photos

Stopped in here for lunch today. The lady at the deli was super super slow. Took her about 15 minutes just to make my TBA sandwich 🥪. Next time I’ll grab the chicken already pre cooked🍗 ready to go. The place is spotless, deli,Counters, front of store, parking lot, and parking structure. There were 3 cashiers working,no waiting in line considering the COVID.

Its awful that the Ralphs nearby is closing. This grocery store that I have been going to for 36 years is probably the worst stocked store in the grocery world. Youll find mold on fruit often when you shop, items that are rarely in stock or are there one day and then you never see them again and high prices based on its location. A better choice is The pavilions on Santa Monica boulevard in West Hollywood its larger and its buyers are more concerned with getting a good stuff then this store on South Beverly at Olympic. The staff really doesnt care and is a mix of the type of people youd find working at a DMV working there. In other words they could care less about their job or about you and theyre there because of the union pay and an opportunity to work in Beverly Hills.

This store should be shut down or remodeled. Tired and disorganized. No rhyme or reason for locating specific types of food. Canned goods stacked with bakery goods and not marked well.

This is for the Beverly Hills location at Olympic and Beverly Dr. Store staff is awesome, always friendly. Not a HUGE variety (no full bakery, and no bulkier items) but everything here is great/fresh, clean, and well stocked. Prices are average, make sure to download the App to add digital coupons, and the sales are great!!

I live in Beverly Hills so I frequently go to this Pavilions. I went here yesterday (4/23/2020) during COVID-19 lock-down. Smart & Finals was completely out of toilet paper as most places. But this Pavilions had plenty. Limit 1 per customer but they were mega rolls (38?).There was no line. It wasnt too crowded.

Pavilions known as good quality supermarket a little bit more expensive than Ralphs market and a little bit cheaper than Gelsons.They carry a lot of Organic food. Highly recommended for shopping at Pavilions.

So I went here yesterday expecting chaos and bare shelves and yes there was a little bit of that but for the most part they have done a great job as they always have in making sure they are prepared, stocked, and CLEAN. These are weird times but having a good go to spot for necessities is key and they are perfect for just that.

Theyre always stocked with a lot of items And they always keep a lot of their registers open to get us in-and-out of there as quickly as possible

Ive been coming to this pavilions almost everyday for the past 7 years. It is a very clean place with lots of options as well as friendly staff. The food that they make there like the sushi and fried chicken is very good and I get it very regularly. The flower section is well stocked with a vast array of flowers. The only problem I have is that they move a lot of the stuff too much and sometimes there are not enough cashiers open.

They don’t sell alcohol after 10 pm - and they also don’t put signs up to tell you- and finally when you ask why they don’t put up signs they give you an attitude- the employee with the FC Barcelona face mask verbally aggressive when questioned about policy - manager with the short hair also standing in front of line purchasing items when 4 customers are waiting behind her - great customer experience pavilions 👍🏼Ah it all makes sense- I just called and asked for manager and the one manager Cindy passed me off the the night manager Douglas - Douglas is the guy in the FC Barcelona masks - he’s the classy gentleman that told me to stay hydrated after he said have a nice night with a snide tone -Please guys we can’t keep supporting places that don’t give a sh!t about the customer- they obviously have a terrible culture engrained in that location-

I came to get a floral arrangement here. There is a 20% charge for them to arrange it for you. Simply you can go to Ralphs with no charge.Then the lines with 1 (maybe 2 registers) is just crazy... It is always like that

A lot of the times it is pretty cold in here and it seems most of the times they are under-staffed. I have gone in and there are 6 to 7 people in line and only 2 registers open. The employee are nice and helpful but management needs to staff better. Not a huge selection but its there and parking is good.

I am close by this Pavilions and every time I go in (which is rarely) I have a bad experience. The people who work at this Pavilions are very rude and treat customers the worst. The first time I went in, I asked the bakery if they had more of what was not on the shelf and she said no. I asked someone else and they had it in the back. Another time I went in, something was wrong with their card machine and and the cashier looked at me rude and said Call your bank. There was nothing wrong with my card, just their machine. Dont go to this store. I learned my lesson after three visits to not go back.

Went on a sort of quest with my daughter to find baked goods to buy on Christmas day. After a few closed bakery disappointments, we ended up here. There was not the greatest selection (partly because we only buy Kosher so it limited our choices) but the selection was sufficient enough for us to have found items that we liked.

The service worker in the meat Dept. was incredibly rude...he had so much attitude. I asked him for 2 lbs of ground beef and he definitely did not want to be bothered. I will not go there again...its a food service job...that means you will be dealing with the public.

My favorite store for a few reasons. #1 covered parking as well as just parking itself #2 the best deli with quality meats and cheeses #3 always clean and never a old or aged piece of meat like some of the stores. #4 a clean good organic market.My #1 and always shop here.

My family shops at this Pavillions location twice a week because it is the nearest grocery store to us. I know 2 of the checkers by name and like them. The store itself, however, is NOT a good representation of the chain. It is POORLY STOCKED on a regular basis. The Dairy Section is missing basic milk products every other time I need them. When they are there, the milk containers are misshaped from being crammed into the shelves. The Produce Section is not well maintained and the selection is limited. It simply doesn’t look like a store in this location should look! I have actually wondered if this store was scheduled to close soon. This is the very first time I have ever made a comment about anything anywhere. I am not interested in getting anyone in trouble but I wanted someone to know if something could be done.Respectfully,Marsha K.

Gotta love this old school tiny market, as they stuff 10lbs of shopping into a 5lbs bag. The location is excellent and the parking is super easy. The service is on point as is the selection.

Such a weird and unfriendly vibe at this market. I work close by and I have mentioned it to my colleagues who agree. Its very bizarre. I would suggest going there just to feel it. On a very recent visit, 10/21/19 in the morning I bought some fruit and did a cash back transaction of $100. The cashier openly complained about me and berated me for doing this because it took all of her cash in the till, saying now everyone in line after me has to wait until she goes to the bank, and they dont have cash in the morning. I just shook my head and thought, am I really in a Pavilions, supposedly a professional business??? Be prepared when you open the doors, dont blame the customer for your organizations incompetence!

Very easy store to find and multiple accesses to parking. From both sides of the street but youre usually busy streets. Inside the store its actually surprisingly easy to find what youre looking for and theyre very good on when registers get long lines about calling people up to open other registers, which we all know doesnt usually happen that way.

This pavilions has some good products and usually good produce (delicious organic beets) but surprising gaps in inventory (No lentils, lackluster chip selection). Some items, especially beer, are strangely priced at slightly higher prices than other stores just a few miles away. I assume that is because of this stores location in an affluent neigborhood, but that doesnt make it less annoying. Staff is friendly.

It has an old town ambience. Its kind of pricey. There are deals if you obtain a Pavilions card. Located in Beverly Hills.

Long Long line, rude cashier, only one check stand open today @ 8 p.m.. this particular store is always understaffed, runs out of bags has a poor produce selection, and is generally understaffed and under stocked. Been going here for 20 years and its never changed. I guess I should know better.

Since Albertsons bought this place the prices are getting sky highWorse than that it has absolutely no charm left.They’ve limited their stock on everything and gone very generic with very few items left from the great selection they used to have. It’s no longer fun here.Bristol farms is far superior.THE PRICES ARE NIW THE SAME AS GELSONS, rediculously over priced.

I go here when we need something for work.....I am a cook in one of the department stores in beverly hills.....the staff are warm, friendly and helpful; we always need a copy of an old receipt... its always good to see them...Hi Miss Jeanette!....the shelves are fully stocked with what we need and the bakery, the bagels to be exact, is the best....and they have lots of parking....
