The store has always been very clean and decently stocked.Sometimes the displays are a little less inspired than Id hoped theyd be. I guess it depends on the season and whos setting up the visions for that display.I have felt at this location like Ive been approached aggressively when Im just wandering and asked if I can be helped and then shadowed for a tad, but thats only once in a while.

Shady operations. Ordered a popcorn machine online for in-store pickup. The guy brought it to our car (after we waited 20+ minutes and had to call to get any service) and put it in the back. When we got home, we noticed the machine wasn’t even in a box. It was also missing 2 parts, was covered in sticky residue on the front and had a piece of popcorn already in it. We took it back the same night. Incredibly sketchy that the store tried to pawn off their floor model on us, but didn’t tell us and didn’t offer a discount. The worker who processed the refund was nice, but that’s the only positive.

I would give zero star if I could. I made an appointment for a consultation with a designer at the Beverly Hills store on Sunday at 10am. I got there at 10 am only to find out the store opens at 11am on Sundays. If your store opens at 11 am why would you want to customers to have the option to choose a time slot at 10 am and send numerous reminders about the appointment like its really gonna happen? When I got home and called the store at 12pm, the woman answered the phone (Lisa) reacted with an indifferent voice saying the store opens at 11am without apologizing or whatsoever. She made me feel its my fault that I didnt check the store opening time. When I apparently got frustrated, she then apologized but soon put me on hold in the middle of the conversation without explaining why. After 2 min of waiting on the line, I realized this is just the way they deal with the customers they do not want to speak to, so I hung up because I didnt know what I was waiting for.After 20 min, she called still with condescending voice suggesting I can reschedule with them. But No thank you.I am really disappointed at their service.

Love crate and barrel and I’m a rewards card holder here but today I was treated as a thief by Albert because I wanted to exchange a linen duvet cover. I went in a few hours earlier in the day and bought a duvet cover, got back to my home and didn’t like the way it looked with my rug. Went back in a couple hours later and was greeted at the door by Albert, told him I’d like to exchange the cover for another because it didn’t match my rug. He ignores me, takes it and opens it up and asked me if it was used to which I said no. He didn’t believe me and called the manager down to help. She came down and neither one of them were even the least bit friendly or kind to me. She once again asked if it was used or if I put it on my bed and I said no. And they both grabbed my receipt and were staring at it as if they’ve never seen a receipt before. Then they finally process the return (o wanted an exchange not a return) and proceeded to be rude and not even look at me. I’m so disappointed by your customer service today. Ridiculous. It’s one thing to ask nicely if I used it and another to not even be nice to me and treat me like I stole something..

Disappointing pickup service. Very bad employee coordination between pickup employees and store employees. They dont respond on the pickups chat service. The order isnt ready for you upon arrival. Expect to wait 20 minutes and have someone come out 1-2 times before they figure anything out. Expect them not to be able to open your order number if you clicked Ive arrived.Expect the store clerks on the phone, to have literally, zero interest and be borderline rude and upset that you are calling about a pickup. Doesnt matter that your are spending 100s of $ with them...

Im sorry to say but they have the Worst customer service I ever head !I order a bed 6 weeks ago cost me 3,000I schedule a delivery date and they show up without the bed saying that its cant be delivered till Oc 1 witch is almost 4 month after I placed my orderI talked to Lisa the Manager and norlan and they cant give me a solution they said its pushback because of COVID-19I dont like that a corporations are given an excuse of Covid to not bring your ServisCovd is over Business are usual for the paste 1 year and they still using that excuseAnd I need to sleep on my mattresses for anther 2 month !!Dont go there you wont get any good service !! I there so many places that you can spend this amount of money and get the right customer service

Pretentious. Not knowledgable. You’re doing them a favor by shopping at this location. Needed to pick up a package, had trouble fitting it and they said they’d call me back to coordinate shipping. No one did and then they told me I needed to place the entire order again. Long pauses and confusion because they have no idea what they’re doing and really don’t care.

I returned a set of dishes that had glazing defects. The sales associate, Linda R., helped me with the return. She mentioned that the set was there “most basic dishes” in a condescending tone that I didn’t appreciate. Then she asked for my email to only send an email copy of the receipt. Linda went ahead and signed me up to their newsletter. I didn’t ask for this. I already submitted a requested for my data to be deleted but I will not shop here again.

I dont have a clue as that how to pick out furniture and my design consultant at the store Jeff was just fantastic and I will have no problems at all going back to him to help me pick out any other furniture I may need in the future. He just made it so easy for me. Theu have really good quality furniture, rugs, chairs , lamps entertainment centers and just about everything. This is not Ikea quality furniture this is really high-end furniture at a reasonable priceabd you get to see some really unique pieces that you wouldnt see it a lot of other stores. So thanks to Jeff everyone else who helped me out there

Customer service needs improvement. Employees are pretentious. From the greeters to the sales associates. Not the first time I have a bad experience in this store. After the last time, I decided to give the benefit of the doubt and shopped again. I was disappointed at the lack of sensitivity from the employees. I expected better since it’s in the best part of town.

Very clean store. Staff not very friendly to customers - to coworkers yes. Was expecting a lot more from staff, Beverly Hills location and from products. Store seemed sparsely stocked. Parking a bit tricky - didnt know about closest lot until after the visit.

This is one of the best Crate and Barrel stores. More convenient than the Grove because of mall parking. Beverly Hills has great parking and its usually free. The salespeople are super helpful. They helped us pick out our dining table, dining buffet, and chairs.Also worth stopping by to check on their clearance items and deals. They have them gathered on the second floor. We got lucky and scored a great deal on our dining buffet.I give it four stars because Crate and Barrel is expensive, and havent seen any furniture stores meriting 5 stars. Overall, I like Restoration Hardware more, but its significantly more expensive. Crate and Barrel is our #2 choice - great items but still expensive.

Such a helpful staff. They were able to order my patio set and set up the shipping according to my desired schedule in about 3 weeks. I was actually down-sold as the kind salesperson (sorry, I dont remember the name) pointed out that given my parameters including weather durability & seating, my better option was the one that cost a bit less. Excited about my new set!

Staff at location were very helpful. However, my experience with C&B furniture deliveries has been attrocious in 3 of 3 instances. I dont fault the specific store for this, but it does make it hard to recommend the brand overall.

Try your best to avoid this store. If you really can not, at least avoid Glenn and David. They lie to you about their discount policy and never admit what they said later on. I think its a very fundamental trust you dont get from this store. What more can you expect? Its a very astonishing experience for me, and David was also very rude when my wife and I called, and he said he will complain me. Ill talk to their manager to see if its just these two employees or its a general trick of the store. Ill keep updating.

We moved from another state and decided to leave all of our old furniture behind, and start fresh! We absolutely love the quality if Crate & Barrel, but what keeps me coming back again (and again...they recognize me when I come in lol) is the exceptional customer service I have received from Isha. When I tell you that this woman knows her stuff, Im not kidding! She is knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, and has a calm demeanor. She went out of her way to make some special accommodations that I needed, and I am very grateful for that.Again, the quality is amazing. For those with allergies to chemically processed furniture, Crate & Barrel is the solution for you. The pieces are timeless and well crafted. Ask for Isha when you stop by. You wont be disappointed.

I had a quality issue with a food item and store manager was unwillling to listen to my experience and would not issue an exchange on a $17 item. Store manager is extremely rude and petty and the stores return policy is antiquated! Very dissatisfied and will not return to store.
