Kwame is AMAZING!!! The service he provided was unparalleled. In a pandemic, he went out of his way to ensure that I received the attention to have my speaker set up and it was a seamless, positive experience start to finish. Kwame is professional and thorough. He gave me photos and a short virtual tour of the BH shop so I could see the various products. Setting up the appointment was easy and I am so happy with my purchase! When I first walked in, I was amazed at how beautiful the store was, it was spacious, clean, and inviting. I was helped out by an associated named Gabby, she was incredibly knowledgeable and made me feel instantly comfortable. I had an idea for a gift but I wasnt sure exactly what I wanted. After I expressed this to Gabby, she helped me narrow it down to the P2 speaker. My friend absolutely loved her gift! Thank you so much Gabby!!

Recently bought a Beolit 17 from Braden. The whole experience was so easy and seamless. Really loving the sound quality out of this product. The bass is so crisp and present and over sound is so natural. Braden’s product knowledge was exceptional and I would highly recommend giving him a call for all your audio and video needs!

The staff are all professional and extremely knowledgeable. Mr. Braden Eyre assisted me in putting together the exact wireless streaming speaker system in my home for music and television. His expertise, kindness, and professionalism was and is top notch!!!

After checking their hours, I arrived here at 5:35 pm on Saturday. It was shut. They are supposed to close at 6. What kind of retail closes at 6 anyway? The shops on Rodeo close earlier than other areas but this shop is even earlier than that. But well, who cares what they post as store hours when they just close whenever they fancy. LA needs a better BO store than this lazy and unprofessional lads.

I had a fantastic experience with B&O Rodeo Drive. I have had my eyes on a set of BeoLab 50 speakers for a while, and was finally able to stop in the store to see them in person. Gaby was phenomenal in showing me the speakers, walking me through the the features and finish options and letting me demo them in her store. Rudy helped seal the deal by taking me through the technical aspects of the speakers and helping me with input options for the speakers. It was a thoroughly enjoyable experience! Due to COVID, the arrival of the speakers was delayed a bit, but Gaby kept me up to speed on progress throughout their journey to the US.When the speakers arrived, the real fun began. I love audio and wanted to set them up myself. Thankfully, Rudy was there to help by phone (walking me off the ledge on one occasion) until I got everything up and running. The speakers themselves are magnificent! They are physically beautiful, and the real excitement comes with the sound...they are incredibly detailed, with a huge amount of power...the bass just washes over me as Im listening, just incredible. The best speakers/ listening rooms I have experienced (there have been quite a few) make you feel like you are sitting center stage during a concert/ session. The best way I can describe the 50s is they make you feel like you are a very tiny person sitting on the edge of a stage during a live performance...the soundstage is just that big and all-enveloping; it is almost overwhelming, which is amazing.I am 110% satisfied with B&O Rodeo Drive and 110% satisfied with the speakers!

Gaby at the B&O store in Beverly Hills was extremely helpful in assisting me to select the correct tv & sound system for my bedroom.After her walking me through several options, I decided on an LGC9 OLEG tv and a Beosound stage. Was really hoping to be wowed, sure they had some alternative speaker designs, but for clarity and choice of range I think Bose is a better option. Also the sales person showed zero interest in me, probably because I was from overseas, So I purchases my noise cancelling headphones from Bose instead.

Outdated sound quality for earbuds.
