Cartier is known for its savior-faire and luxury experience. The aforementioned are what have created the legacy they are today. As of late, my past two experiences at this location have left much to be desired. My experience, along with my husband, have felt anything but luxurious.The lack of customer service and organization as one waits at the door has nothing to do with COVID protocol. Rather it seems to stem from employees who make it quite apparent they are there for their paycheck and nothing more; perhaps, they also like telling friends and family they work at Cartier. But, that is nothing to brag about if you are not going to provide the type of customer experience high-end clients yearn for and expect.Once in the door, with or without an appointment, the client experience with a sales associate feels as if they are pontificating rather than providing luxurious story-telling to enthrall and entice the client into making a dream purchase. The atmosphere of discontent and competitiveness amongst employees is something a client should not be able to feel or notice, but it is there - at least the past couple of times my husband and I have been inside the boutique.Management should be competent enough to turn this around whether it be through proper coaching or quality hiring practices. Of course, Cartier will continue to remain at the top of a clients list when it comes to shopping for exquisite jewellery. I just hope the customer experience can one day return to offering the one-of-a-kind luxury experiences it is also known for.

I needed a new band for my Cartier watch. I called to see if they had it in stock and worked with Rita. She was fantastic! She submitted my order and followed up quickly and set up an appointment for me to pick it up and to install the new watch band. Rita, Cartier is lucky to have someone like you delivering exceptional service.

Got my daughter her birthday present from here. Great experience. Great sales team. Just make an appointment before coming.

I have been going to the Cartier store for Cartier watch repairs on quite few occasions, my watch is from 1998! And still working condition. It has a deep sentimental meaning to me since I bought it with my first jobs savings. The person who has attended me the last two times has been Maureen who is pleasant, prompt and professional. She also welcomes my little one when we go giving her something to draw on like some paper dragons. Love this store and her. I will be back to do some shopping hopefully with her, shes an asset to the Cartier brand. Also note if you need to do shopping or any repairs you must have an appointment in advance, I went twice on 2020 and on 2021 and it was required.

I went to buy a watch with my husband for our anniversary, and the services we received was horrible. The salesperson who helped us apparently thought that we only came to look and leave. I asked him to show me some watches and he was keep saying that all the watches that I was asking he didnt have in the boutique .He did not want to show us the watches because I saw that the other salesperson took it out from the drawer the styles that I was asking with all that bad service I bought the watch here because my husband didnt want to go to Costa Mesa.

Best customer service! We came to change the cord of our love bracelet and very impressed with the way Cartier treat us. Would love to recommend this store.

Very luxurious place. Very attentive sales person. Clean and very nicely decorated. Friendly and very welcoming staff. Parking is limited. Need to walk along rodeo drive and some side streets.

You can’t go wrong with Cartier. They have such timeless pieces. The staff was very accommodating without being too pushy. The store is very clean and well-kept.

I was in the store yesterday to look at the Love bracelets and rings. I had made an appointment by phone and was informed that my appointment would last 30 minutes, and that there is a 5 minute grace period before the appointment would be given away.I arrived and checked in 5 minutes before my appointment time, and was ushered in soon after and told to have a seat while my assigned Sales Rep finished up with his clients from the previous slot. The customers appeared to having some credit card issues that took 15-20 minutes into my appointment to sort out.By the time the sales rep came to me, I had maybe 10 minutes left in my appointment. While the sales rep was generally polite, it felt like I was being rushed through my purchase. I didnt really feel comfortable to explore options and try on different colors and sizes of the bracelets. The sales rep was moving very hastily and seemed to be in a hurry to finish up with me. Maybe because he was in a rush, the handling of the Love collection made the pieces feel cheap. My transaction only took 10 minutes and I was out by the end of my allotted 30 minutes.It was unfortunate and a bit disappointing because this is not really the level and quality of service/experience I would expect from a world-class jewelry brand.

A piece of item (back of the earrings) broke apart, and I wasn’t even offered to replace, or repair it. I was told I need to buy the new item, but unfortunately they didn’t have platinum items at the store, only white gold. I didn’t want white gold, I wanted same material as my earrings were made of.When I ask what to do with the part that is broken, I’ve been told that it’s just a piece of metal, and it’s up to me. Sounded like trash.This is not quality you expect when you purchase high end items for a high price. I got my items in Europe, and didn’t expect rodeo drive store to be source of such a bad experience. So disappointing.Update. Dear Cartier, what was the point of leaving an email, if you don’t reply to it at all.

Enticing window displays !! The sales staff were very sincere and welcoming. I tested the lady (Anita) and didnt purchase on my first visit. However, upon my return she was just as welcoming and accommodating as on my first visit. I purchased a watch (tank franchise for my mother and I think she will be happy. My only critique is that security guards need to step back to observe. They were too much in your face while shopping and makes the guest feel like a criminal.

The store itself is stunning and the pieces are all remarkably crafted. As a younger single female buyer I am sometimes treated differently than other clientele in luxury stores who dont have the same work ethic as one particularly amazing Cartier SA- Daniel Oblath! He made me feel welcomed and offered his valuable opinion on the pieces I tried on. I never felt rushed or intimidated (in contrast, I was assisted by an older gentleman the next day who made me feel like I was wasting his time because I was only there to pick up an order, I assume). Daniel was patient and was very helpful in getting my ordered LOVE bracelet into the store the very next day when they didnt have my 15cm size in stock, instead of encouraging me to go with the next size up. His passion for the maison and genuine respect for his clients shine through. A fantastic addition to the Cartier sales team! Now I have a wonderful memory to go with my LOVE bracelet :)

Great place. If you ever see a guy named Sean/Shaun/Shawn in the parking lot, NEVER give him a down-payment without going inside the store (and getting a receipt and order #). I gave him a $3K down-payment on a watch and I think he wasnt an employee... My rent for next month will be paid, so its no biggie for me, but maybe your rent wont be covered, and you wont ever get your watch. So be careful... My best advice for you is to not get drunk and hand out stacks of $100 bills trying to get a watch from some dude in the parking lot.

I went into Cartier 9/6/2019 with my best friend, and sister and customer service was horrible. My sister and I are African Americans, and my best friend is white we were never greeted. We stood around most of the time we were there, with no assistance. My best friend loves Rodeo Drive and wanted my sister and I to experience it. I was interested in a few items, but decided to take my business to Tory Burch. Its a sad reality we as Black people face quite often. My best friend was very upset, we have been on vacation for a week, and we came to California specially to visit Rodeo Drive. My friend cried later because she said she was starting to believe since she was with us she was being mistreated. Im so disappointed, my best friend was so upset at her experience and Im disappointed I wasnt treated as a human being.

I bought a lovely bangle for my self last month here at Cartier.

Its a pure pleasure just to be in the store. Had to walk in with a small dog, but even so was very much welcomed by all the sales team including the door man.Everyone was friendly and helpful, great experience.I didnt find what I was looking for at this time, but I will surely come back.

Maureen Thorpe at Cartier was so incredibly helpful and professional. I originally brought my watch to a repair store in the Marina, Swiss Jewelers. They charged me $450 and never fixed my watch. At the time I didnt know Cartier did repairs but now I will never go anywhere else. They fixed my watch and FedEx it to my home at no additional cost. They are amazing!

I tried to make a reservation over the phone, but they made a long wait, and even then they couldnt get back to the phone.

One of my favorite jewerlery brands!

I tried calling these people for a simple strap. I had the reference number in hand and gave it to what seems like a new employee that didnt understand how to find the strap Im looking for using the reference number. It started getting very frustrating trying to speak to this young lady because I could tell she didnt really know much about the watch we are talking about. I then asked how will you find the strap Im wanting without knowing how to look up the reference number to where she responds with we have a little ruler we use lol. At this point it was getting out of hand and out of nowhere it seems like a 3rd person was listening in on the conversation and she jumped into the conversation being very rude and essentially hanging up on me. Guess Ill wear my 37,600$ watch without a strap.

I visited the store and was blown away by the service given by Mr. Lynch. He has amazing insight on the brand and his attentiveness was greatly appreciated.

Certain persons that are employed in this store have an issue with the skin color of some shoppers, however aside from being profilied and observing what I presume to be acts of aggression by a security guard (flexing of the arms, animated actions of talking into his hand, stare downs) my shopping experience here was great and my SA is top notch.

I wasnt good at English so I didnt know what to expect and I was waiting for it. Originally Cartier was not able to get a refund, but I thought it was too early to buy. I asked about the exchange. Cartier is a sophisticated jewelery store in the heart of Los Angeles, famous especially for its traditional watches. The jewelry and watches sold here are top-notch and equally high prices. The products are beautiful and of high quality. A great store for those who are not willing to save to give to those they love with good taste and refinement.

Perfect place. Perfect service. Perfect decorations. Only with sizes tugovato. I had to wait for the delivery of the ring from NY a couple of days. At this point, we quarreled and dispersed to different parts of the state.

I bought a perfume for my husband here and was very friendly.
