Worse pharmacy ever! Keeps you on hold for ever, and then hang up on you.When you get lucky enough to speak to one of them, they are extremely rude, contradict each other and blame you for lying.The recording says walk-in vaccine are welcome, but they don’t honour it!I ended up going to cvs by Western Ave, where I was welcomed and the workers were extremely nice and helpful!

Just all around bad guys, seriously go to another. Bad attitudes, and as a person of color who happens to love cvs I’m often followed at this location. I stick to myself and always purchase plenty of items so it’s sad that at this point we’re still doing the following me around thing.

This is the best CVS I have ever been to. They have underground parking, bathrooms are always clean and they smell good too. They have a wide variety of snacks, also they have a huge cosmetic selection, you never have to wait in long lines. I LIVE THIS STORE !!!!!!

The manager there was so nice. He was very patient with me. I had to care card numbers and he deleted one and updated the other one for me. Every associate that I passed in the store asked me if I needed any help. A nice introduction to Beverly Hills

Disaster is an understatement. They always shortchange me on my medications or dont even have them. nobody bothers to call and notify. The automated system states the medications are ready auto filled and when you go to pick them up they have no idea what is going on. Worst than that they dont have a solution. Terrible pharmacy and careless staff. I will report it to BBB and call their top management

Purchased 1 package exercise bands, which had already been open with damaged sleeve, and did not notice the fine print for latex content. Store manager strictly enforces Covid-19 no return policy. This CVS new policy only benefits them financially at the expense of the customers. They are profiteering from the pandemic! Go to Rite aid or Walgreen, no more CVS!

Wow. I work at a clinic and needed to call in a new prescription for a client. I was on hold for 20mins the 1st time. Called again and was put on hold 3x. Once I got a person I told her how unprofessional it was to keep people on the phone for more than 5mins. She then said the pharmacist was busy. I understood but was frustrated because I was calling on behave of my boss(Doctor) she then put me on hold again without any warning or anything. Basically hanging up on me after I said I was calling for the doctor. I was then kept on hold for a total of 45 mins EACH time I called. Horrible service I will be reaching out to Corporate to complain

Surprised by most of the posts. The customer service for me was very good. The pharmacy was able to utilize my MedImpact coverage which gave several other pharmacies problems. Also, the use of text alerts and (at times) the CVS app for pickup makes the process much faster. I have never dropped off a written prescription as all of mine have been e-scripted, but this is the new standard. Unlike other places, parking is simple and easy and the store is navigable (like most CVS branches) very easily.I would recommend this CVS to someone who wanted to have an easy pickup with an e-prescription who lives in West LA/Beverly Hills.

They havent answered the phone for 52 minutes this morning. I lost my patience and hung up. Called again this afternoon, already on hold for 2 hrs and 5 minutes. As soon as I run out of my refills, Ill take my business to another pharmacy. This is not acceptable!

This is truly the world business I have dealt with in Los Angeles. Period. I have spent 20 to 30 minutes in line waiting for prescriptions that have been reported filled, only to find them not filled. Then they are promised ready in 10 minutes. As that ups my time to 40 minutes standing in CVS, I choose to come back the following day. Wait in line again for 20 minutes, and the prescription has not been filled. But can be in 10 minutes.I suspect it is a management issue, as they are horrendously understaffed.By far the most convenient pharmacy for me geographically, but I will never be setting foot in it again.

A functionally retarded lemur would provide better service than these painfully incompetent individuals. Theres a long line 100% of the time. There is a 100% chance your prescription will be lost or just not filled. The pharmacists are rude, bitter, difficult and have the customer service savvy of a group of 15 year old sandwich artists who hate their jobs. I feel sorry for their loved ones for having to put up with them on holidays. The whole staff should be fired. The DMV has a much better reputation for customer service.The rest of the store is super.

This is already an infamously poorly staffed location, but after dealing just now with the pharmacy I see it also has poor staff customer service as well. I called regarding a prescription, was left on hold for 10 minutes, had someone pick up briefly to see if Id been helped which I thought I would be so I said yes, when finally someone else came on the line I went ahead and started over rather than be left indefinitely on hold. When I asked a question, I overheard the person on the other line mutter I dont have time for this. I asked when they closed today, and it wasnt for another 3 hours. So hes on the clock but doesnt have TIME to do his JOB? WTF.

I called to place a prescription at 7:05 pm 3/10/2020. The pharmacist was extremely rude and unprofessional, and refused to take a prescription for a patient. I will never refer anyone to this pharmacy. Its shameful for the pharmacy to hire such an unprofessional pharmacist.

The store is disorganized and the help is lacking. The worst part about this CVS is there pharmacy. They give inaccurate information, they have issues with their inventory, they are not timely when giving medication, the really understaffed Regardless if you can go to this pharmacy expect to stay at least a half an hour. However, the absolute worst thing they do is they always Mitts boxes. Do not ask your doctor to fax your medication to the pharmacy.

I will be switching my prescription location because this is just unacceptable. Do not send your perscription here. Be sure to call them on the phone if you try to use the drive thru. Called after waiting for a few minutes to a rude response of we didnt hear it. They also refuse to check if they can get things they dont have, they just say we dont have. Its across the street from my office and I have to stop going here.
