Dirtiest and nastiest wholefood I have visited. An old filty garage has been converted into a parking without adequate ventilation and extremely dirty.Inside the place not very clean with prices much higher than other Wholefood stores. I have enjoyed visiting all other Wholefood stores except the one in Bevsrly Hills.Everything I come here it upsets me entering the parking area which is not habitable with full of car fumes.One wonder that with all the.mimoney Amazon is making why can they build a nice clean Market like any other places.

In a city that has thankfully avoided big retail stores, it is a real blessing to have such a huge grocery chain right in the middle of town, yet small enough not to be a nuisance. In fact unless youre a local youd never even know its there. Lucky for us it is because it prevents us from having to leave town every time we need to grab a carton of milk or stick of butter. Not only this - its Whole Foods, where we can get all the healthy stuff too. Sure, it can get a little crowded in here, but you never know what celebrity you might literally bump into, so its all good. The staff is indeed very friendly and keep the shelves stocked continuously. So there you go - Whole Foods has it all, right here at Crescent and Dayton, so theres no excuse for leaving town. Raul was inattentive and impolite. I was trying to bring to his attention that the lines were chaotic and over 10 people were waiting in line but cashiers were seeing people from different aisles. My hand accidentally brushed against his forearm and he rudely told me not to touch him.I wanted to tell him about the issue and he wasnt even listening. As I was talking, he started talking to one of the cashiers, without even saying excuse me. He absolutely did not pay attention to anything I had to say. He then had the audacity to sarcastically tell me to have a nice day. What a shame to put such a poor mannered and incompetent person in charge of a store.

Love Whole foods ,most healthy ,good section for cosmetic and vitamins ...

They supplied excellent coffee, cookies, and other things at a low cost. This coffee establishment was recommended to me by a friend, and I was pleasantly surprised.

Longest grocery store checkout line Ive ever seen in my life. Slow moving which is even worse. Its sad... One of my favorite grocery store layouts ever. Staff all looks like they dont want to be there and again... check out is abysmally slow

This Whole Foods has a death march checkout waddle down the chip aisle. I smacked my arm on the ice cream condiments sticking out the freezer trying to squeeze by the zombie line.

Decent store. They have a good selection of products here, the parking is really convenient, and the store is clean and some of the employees are very helpful.However, they are horrible with managing lines. They can wait until a long line widdles down to a few people after 15 minutes of barely moving...employees walking around completely oblivious, and THEN open two more lanes. And when they do, they dont bring in the people who had been waiting a long time in line, so people who were not in line for 15 minutes or even one second, jump in and to the new lanes. Since the lines go down shopping aisles, people in the back of a long line are unable to see that new registers have opened up. So when new registers open up, the people who have been in line for a long time do not reap the benefits of it, instead people have not waited in line at all get rewarded. Its all very frustrating 😖.Also, about a third of the time sandwich bar is not manned. Pretty regularly I will wait around for up to five or six minutes and nobody will show up, so I just walk away. Other employees will sometimes walk by and acknowledge that alter its supposed to be manned by someone, but they just shrug their shoulders and walk away and never try to find someone to help you out. This is the only location Ive been in where this happens...and it happens regularly.Hopefully someone in management sees this, because it would be a great improvement to the customer experience if they were able to help the sandwich/deli counter from being deserted for extended periods of time, and if they did what other stores do and got an employee to help manage the long lines efficiently and fairly.

Good selection of high quality groceries. Just wish it were not so expensive (although if you find items on sale, thot prices are fine.)

Honestly? Eh. Or should I say, Meh. The layout is awful - its all too easy to go around in circles. Good produce, of course - but quite limited. I asked for green cabbage and guess what? They had only red!

Hands down - the friendliest Whole Foods Ive been in. Every single time Ive shopped here, every employee, in every dept, has just been so helpful and courteous! They go above and beyond. And, of course, such great foods!!

Whole Foods is very consistent serving Top Notch organic produce of almost every kind. Theyre prepared foods are very tasty, the lines are reasonably short, and the selection is very broad. Ive been going to Whole Foods for almost 30 years and its a regular part of my diet and my family is nutrition.

Love the price of chuck roast and freshness but it ruined my expereince and made me late to wait in line for 20 minutes at this store. This is also the only Whole Foods in the city that doesn’t do 1 line for all registers. So it feels pike only my line took so long because it’s at the end of the store. Very frustratingly long waiting expereince. With lack of regaurd from employees.

Nice, small store reminds me of the health food markets of bygone days. Never been to this store before but was in the area so stopped in. Im used to the monster WF stores like in El Segundo, Torrance or even up north in Oxnard! BH is kept clean and is occupied by many people shopping for others. I hope all the packaging materials get reused or recycled? Sheesh, what a big operation going on in the food delivery business! 🤗😀

I dont think youd want my review. If I didnt need to go there, I wouldnt. I can understand the space restriction but even entering the store is an issue. Parking, driving around in circles. The bakery, that doesnt carry La Brea bread anymore always seems to fill the walkway with boxes, a cart besides the middle of the isle donut/muffin display leaving about 30 to squeeze through, if nobody happens to check the cookies. Continuing the normal right to left walk way is then blocked by people waiting for coffee, another squeeze. Then the line for sandwiches, there has been a wash- table/ freezer thats been wrapped in Saran plastic for weeks now. The counters/ glass must never be viewed from the customer side because they need a good cleaning. As this all occurs @ 12 noon, trying to get out as soon as I can, Ive never taken a photo but yes, this is something thats occurred over the last 5-6 years. Not good, not recommended and The Worst Whole Foods( kinda hilarious considering its Beverly Hills), from the East coast to the West coast and in between, Ive never seen and experienced anything like this one. The people working there are getting the stars for having to put up with working in that environment. As do the customers. Good luck.

Love it here, it’s your average Whole Foods market. I rarely go out to the market verses delivery although everyone is pleasant. My pup once broke out of her harness looking for me and when I went back inside to buy her her dog biscuits (we were on a long walk) one of the young ladies who worked there was keeping her company. Sweetest thing ever!! Definitely went the extra mile.

Nice place. But today I ordered same tuna salad sandwich with no add-on as what I did for the past 8 month. I don‘t know why it is $8 with extra $1 instead of $7 as usual. Maybe it is because there is an extra wrap paper? I asked because the guy forget to cut the sandwich. Glad the cashier is very reasonable and only charged me $8.

Good food selection but overpriced. free parking if you finish your shopping within 90mins. Their chocolate selection could be a bit more elaborate and I wish they would use sunflower/rice bran or olive oil for all of their hot bar dishes instead of just a select few.

I am very satisfied with Whole Foods customer service. There was a confusion with my order through Prime Now and Daniel the supervisor was helpful with the situation and was able to resolve along with his florist department team. This speaks very highly of his customer oriented service. This is why we shop at Whole Foods. GO WHOLE FOODS!

The most mediocre location ever shopped. I happen to shop there frequently and staff is constantly changing. Place is understaffed, disorganized, staff untrained, hot bar is stale and with always same menu. I would not recommend to shop any fresh food there. The overall experience is not at the level of other stores...amazon owning it did not really bring any added value.

When I first started shopping there I was a bit disappointed because of the lack of selection in some ways but I understand the issue with there not being enough space in Beverly Hills to put a larger store. That being said I’ve gotten used to it now and really like the people who work there. All very kind and friendly once you get to know them. Tylor, one of the managers there is just the best he makes you feel good every time you check out with him.

I definitely like to come here to grab lunch a few times in a week! I’m really a pasta eater and love salads. Whole Foods in my go to store! Great location!

We live right by this Whole Foods. It’s a smaller one but have most of what the normal Whole Foods has. The cashiers got attitude and the prices are insane. The place is clean and well organized. It’s your typical Whole Foods with way less hipsters

Hot bar food repeatedly not fresh. Christmas music playing 10/04/19 - maybe bah humbug, but such a turn off at this early date. Until I absolutely have to I’ll avoid this location.

I love Whole Foods but online it says that they close at 10 and I showed up at 9:05 and they told me that they were closed and would not let me inside. I will instead shop at another store now

A Whole Foods is defined by both the quality of its food and of its service. Thats why some of us choose to shop there, but its the service that truly makes want to pay more. The unfriendly Hispanic lady (usually has her hair up) who tends the flower shop and for whom both a good morning and answering a few questions about her flowers is a chore and bore is not why some of us shop choose to pay more at WH. I can get that at the 99 Cent store. I have resisted writing this review but its the third time this happened and I like buying flowers so time for management and other customers to know.

Stopped by to pickup some “fresh” chopped fruits. The kiwi inside the package was soggy and old. Not sure how long ago they cut this fruit. At the register, a lady was complaining about her fruit being gross too and wanting to return it.

Went into Whole Foods today to get lunch, I had the broccoli bow tie pasta salad. While I was eating i take a bite and feel something rubbery in my mouth. Pull whatever it was out and it was a RUBBER BAND! The employees need to be more mindful when they prepare the food. I could have choked, went to the hospital or possibly died because of this. Will not be returning to this location as this is the third time I have found something that WASNT food IN my food. Very disappointing.

I am a 73 yr. old African American woman. I shop at Whole Foodsall over the Country. The store in Beverly Hills is my favorite. However,my friends & I find that some of the customers think they are entitled tojump in front of minorities, like we are in the 1940s & 1950s. I am shockedsomeone has not hurt one of these disrespectful people. I was in there todayI had 3 items & some woman acted like I was not in line & got in front of me.The cashier told her I was next & she said she only had two things. If she hadasked me if she could go in front of me I would have said yes. I told her sheshould be careful because other people wont be so passive. The cashier aHispanic told me not to worry she knew who was next. Many of my friendsrefuse to go there. I tell them they should not stay away because the staff willnot tolerate this egregious behavior. Anyone having a problem should ask forPaul who will make sure you are always treated with respect.These people are insecure & miserable. They pretend having money is everything.They are not intelligent because a refined person would never behave this way.

I come here a lot! And first time I bought this prosciutto here’ I get so disappointed and mad when I got home and seeing this meat like this!! Some slices is thick and just so messy !! The Other Whole Foods they always serve me prosciutto very nicely and neat and so thin!! Lazy people,! Or maybe bec I’m asian ‘ he think I don’t really care!

I got mixed feelings about this place. One of the smaller Whole Foods in the city with a very limited salad bar. The fresh juice is good, Im a fan of the Einstein and the wheat grass shots. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. But its very cramped and they dont have a lot of the same items as other stores. Its like the Target City version of Whole Foods. However, they do have a surprising beer selection. A lot of limited and rare releases like the sours and big IPAs.

I think they sell the best products. Healthy, no GMO and controlled. Very busy place with a terrible parking situation, but great for your grocery shopping.

So this is a 5-star rating because I always have a wonderful time here. However, Today I bought the grilled pepper sushi roll and the center was frozen.... I took a bite and it was ICE.So I think the service is amazing. I think the product the store offers is amazing. I come to lunch there most days out of the week....That dang icy roll..... slight disappointmentI will let it slide and will be returningBtw.. I would have returned it but I was already back at work.
