Ralph Lauren was AWESOME!! My Boyfriend loves this store and its his favorite! We did some shopping and my Boyfriend bought a really nice shirt and some cologne which he enjoys both of them!! Kyla was an AWESOME HELP to my Boyfriend, she was very nice and friendly!! We were grateful and thankful to her for the help she gave us!! She was THE BEST!!

Exemplary customer service both before and after the sale! Kyla was so good with us not only in the store, but a week after, I decided to purchase another item they had in the store and she was very helpful on phone and email. I live several thousand miles away and the same excellent customer service was the same. She is a credit to your store!

The store is beautifully setup. The whole shopping experience here is unique and enjoyable. And the collection is great! One of my favorite store in Rodeo drive!

I just left the store and was upset by my experience despite being enthusiastic when I walked in. This white lady was being helped by one of the men the whole time but my salesperson disappeared at one point and I saw a room they were all in so knocked on the door and asked someone to help me. This old lady salesperson with grey and white hair just completely ignored me and was very cold. My salesperson then eventually came out. I don’t know why I was treated so coldly other than i am young and not a middle aged white lady( I was dressed nice and polite). But they need to work on delivering customer service. Will just order online.

Their salesperson Shawn was very friendly and cordial he went in the back store room and got me the exact size jacket I fitted.The interior and layout of the store is extremely superb and exquisite.I’m happy with my purchase and enjoyed my first shopping experience at that location

Strict rules of social distancing did not take away from the experience of getting some long needed jeans and a few classic t-shirts . Always a pleasure to shop at Polo and Paul has been an amazing Polo Team member in assisting with size , style and selection . Don’t rush the experience , sit back and relax , goto the second floor to experience what your bed sheets should feel and look like , check out the books and all subtle nuances relating to Polo fields . I like this place and the warm fuzzy feeling of style .And tip the Valet (parking in back) well they are working during a pandemic with 90% less engagement and business

Awful treatment. I have spent many thousands in their store over many years and sales woman today checked with manager and I was denied access to a restroom. Not just uncaring, inhumane. Versace and others earlier in the shopping day today...no problem.

My favorite store

Amazing merchandising and great designs. However, it feels less pleasant when you are being served by a service representative who has more attention on his phone than customers. It feels like a dollar shop when the shop personnel talks to you when his eyes are on his phone. Simply unclassy.

Beautiful building and atmosphere. Knowledgable staff.. Mens collection looked weak compared to ladys collection. I bought a sports jacket and sweater that fit well. Pity they had no trousers in my size.

The worst service last week. Never greeted by any staff, just the security. Asked for a polo shirt in orange that wasnt wrinkled or damaged for my husband to wear that night. Asked the associate to assist, after he scoffed when he saw unfolded shirts on the shelf. His reply if I get one from the back it probably going to be wrinkled as its piles of shirts on top of it I replied Please check Of course he came back empty handed and told me that was the only orange large. I replied ok and left. The truth is i dont think he checked...he was so annoyed by the unfolded shirts my request made his anger worst. I work for a luxury retailer and this is a disaster to see first hand. Needless to say I will never be back. Online shop will get my business. This is the issue with stores...and why so many close. Online is always nice and willing to help and provide customer service.

Of course the clothes are excellent, but this review is all about the service. We shopped at every store on Rodeo Drive down and back from the Beverly Wilshire during our visit to the area over our daughters (ages eight and six) spring break. We were really out looking for clothes for mom, but in Ralph Lauren the staff was so engaging with our girls that we ended up checking out the kids section. The staff decided that since this was the girls first real clothes shopping experience, it had to be one to remember. They gathered all the outfits in the girls sizes, escorted us to a beautiful dressing room, and proceeded to treat the girls like Hollywood stars as they modeled away, providing fashion advice, snacks and lemonade, and ultimately steaming dresses for the girls to wear out of the store. It was truly above and beyond, and we will never forget it. We cant thank the Ralph Lauren store and staff enough.

Are you kidding me?? The holy grail. Nothing is better than the Ralph Boutique. I felt sooo pampered, at home, and welcome...by everyone! I grew up in this snobby, often unkind neighborhood. The other shops would do well to take lessons (from the Ralph family) on how to deliver incomparable SERVICE, and how to exude beautiful attitudes and personas. Oh, you cant teach that, you just have to HAVE it! I hated to leave. Will return to town soon ONLY to shop at Ralph Lauren. My new home away from home.

Stopped in looking for just the right slack...not a jean...not a dress pant....and BOOM....Stephen Christensen, who has been in the business for years, found exactly what I wanted....In fact....6 pairs of exactly what I wanted.....My wife and I visit from out of town and we will make this store a required stop from now on with every visit....Great job...

Dont forget to pick up one of the signature scented candles that can only be bought in selected Ralph Lauren retail stores, this happens to be one of them. Take advantage of the free engraving service as well, you will be pleased that you picked up a unique souvenir while shopping on Rodeo Drive.

I like the polo shirts and the cologne- dark green polo is the best. The clothes last a lot longer.

Called this location looking for a specific type of bracelet I saw on the Ralph Lauren site that was no longer on the site. It was removed just two days prior to my phone call. I described the bracelet and even had them look up a picture of the piece on a model online. The woman I spoke with was basically useless. Called the store in Texas, they found it immediately for me.

The decor was really classy and luxurious and the ambiance was fine, but the staff were not exactly friendly but rather condescending and ignorant of customers who did not wear expensive branded clothing.
